In the use process, the brake disc 5 is placed on the supporting plate 23, the first telescopic cylinder 8 is started, the first telescopic cylinder 8 drives the lifting seat 10 and the expanding mechanism arranged below the lifting seat 10 to move downwards to be close to the position above the brake disc 5, the first threaded rod 16 is properly rotated, the first threaded rod 16 drives the two movable seats 18 and the arc pressing plates 4 arranged on the two movable seats 18 to be properly far away from each other until the bottom ends of the inserting rods 19 arranged on the lower surfaces of the two arc pressing plates 4 are aligned with corresponding bolt holes on the brake disc 5, then the first telescopic cylinder 8 is started again, the first telescopic cylinder 8 drives the three inserting rods 19 to be correspondingly inserted into the bolt holes on the brake disc 5, the first threaded rod 16 is rotated again, the first threaded rod 16 drives one inserting rod 19 and the two inserting rods 19 respectively arranged on the two arc pressing plates 4 to be far away from each other until one side of the rubber collar 20 sleeved on the outer surfaces of the inserting rods 19 is tightly tangent with the inner sides of the bolt holes, then, the first telescopic cylinder 8 is properly started, the two arc-shaped pressing plates 4 are moved downwards to be matched with the lower supporting plate 23 to fixedly clamp the brake disc 5, meanwhile, the cross clamping blocks 25 arranged at the bottom end of the rotating rod 3 are inserted into the cross grooves 24 arranged in the supporting rod 22, the second telescopic cylinder 34 is started, the second telescopic cylinder 34 drives the moving frame 30 and a mechanism arranged on the moving frame 30 to move towards the brake disc 5, the two transverse grinding rollers 26 are respectively positioned at the upper surface and the lower surface of the disc body of the brake disc 5, the second threaded rod 33 is rotated, the two mounting seats 29 drive the two transverse grinding rollers 26 to be mutually close to the upper surface and the lower surface of the disc body of the brake disc 5, then, the third telescopic cylinder 40 is started, the third telescopic cylinder 40 pushes the outer surface of the vertical grinding roller 37 arranged at one end of the moving plate 38 to be tightly attached to one side of the brake disc 5, then, three second motors 28 are started, the three second motors 28 respectively drive the two horizontal grinding rollers 26 and one vertical grinding roller 37 to rotate, meanwhile, the first motor 12 is started, the first motor 12 drives the rotating rod 3 to rotate, the rotating rod 3 drives the expanding mechanism and the supporting mechanism to rotate in a matched manner with the brake disc 5 arranged in the two mechanisms, so that the rapid grinding operation is realized on the upper surface of the disc body of the brake disc 5 and the side surface of the upper end of the brake disc 5, then, the third telescopic cylinder 40 and the fourth telescopic cylinder 43 are started again to be matched with each other, the vertical grinding roller 37 is moved to the outer side of the disc body of the brake disc 5, edge grinding and insertion are carried out on the vertical grinding roller, after grinding of the brake disc 5 is finished, the first motor 12 and the three second motors 28 are stopped, before the brake disc 5 stops rotating, a worker pushes the pushing frame 45 to enable the curved box 6 to move to the outer side of the brake disc 5 until the curved cotton wiper 44 embedded in the inner side of the curved box 6 is close to the outer side of the curved box 6, the curved box 6 slowly rotates and simultaneously, tiny scrap iron remained on the surface and a gap of the curved box 6 is adsorbed by the curved cotton wiper 44, and large particle scrap iron is accumulated in the ash storage box 52 arranged below and guided into the inclined dust guide surface 7 arranged on one side of the curved box 6 again, so that scrap iron is conveniently recovered later.
