In the embodiment of the application, the answer information screening item corresponding to any question and speech information comprises an unlimited screening item and at least one limiting screening item, wherein the unlimited screening item indicates that the answer information of the job seeker is unlimited, the limiting screening item indicates that the answer information of the job seeker is limited according to a given limiting condition, and different limiting screening items provide different limiting conditions for the answer information; the unrestricted screening item is mutually exclusive of at least one restricted screening item.
In an alternative embodiment, the processor 60b is configured to simulate the recruiter interacting with at least one job seeker for the target post information based on the plurality of problem ticket information, and is configured to: and under the condition that the recruitment end performs reverse solicitation on any job-seeking end aiming at the target position information and/or under the condition that any job-seeking end actively initiates access to the recruitment end aiming at the target position information, generating first interaction information for interaction of the recruitment end to any job-seeking end based on an AI language model according to the plurality of problem-speaking operation information, sending the first interaction information to the any job-seeking end, and receiving answer information returned by the any job-seeking end aiming at the first interaction information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the plurality of pieces of problem call information include first problem call information having selection branches, where the first problem call information includes guide calls corresponding to different selection branches. Correspondingly, when the processor 60b is configured to generate, according to the plurality of problem call information, first interaction information for the recruitment end to interact with the any job seeker based on the AI language model, the processor is specifically configured to: in the process of interacting with any job seeker according to the first problem call information, generating first interaction information corresponding to the first problem call information according to the first problem call information and the guide call corresponding to different selection branches of the first problem call information; wherein, the first interaction information corresponding to the first problem session information includes: and the first question and call operation information and the guide call operation corresponding to different selection branches of the first question and call operation information are used for guiding any job seeker to answer and select.
Further optionally, the processor 60b is further configured to start timing when the first interaction information is sent to the any job seeker, and wait for the any job seeker to return answer information for the first interaction information before the timing reaches a set time threshold; and if the answer information returned by any job seeker cannot be received when the timing reaches the set time threshold, retransmitting the first interaction information until the transmission times reach the set times threshold, and replacing another piece of problem operation information to continue to interact with any job seeker under the condition that the transmission times of the first interaction information reach the set times threshold.
Further optionally, the processor 60b is further configured to add new problem art information, delete existing problem art information, and/or modify existing problem art information in response to the recruiter's update of the problem art information.
Further optionally, the processor 60b is further configured to obtain a wind control policy for constraining the interaction information, and filter risk interaction information in the first interaction information according to the wind control policy of the interaction information.

Further, as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device further includes: communication component 60c, display 60d, power component 60e, audio component f, and other components. Only some of the components are schematically shown in fig. 6, which does not mean that the electronic device only comprises the components shown in fig. 6. In addition, the components within the dashed box in fig. 6 are optional components, not necessarily optional components, depending on the product form of the electronic device. Accordingly, embodiments of the present application also provide a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program is capable of implementing each step in the above method, apparatus or electronic device embodiments when the computer program is executed.

In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component further includes a near field communication (Near Field Communication, NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on radio frequency identification (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) technology, infrared data association (Infrared Data Association, irDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, blueTooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
The display includes a screen, which may include a liquid crystal display (Liquid Crystal Display, LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or sliding action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or sliding operation.
The power supply component provides power for various components of equipment where the power supply component is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the devices in which the power components are located.
The audio component described above may be configured to output and/or input an audio signal. For example, the audio component includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device in which the audio component is located is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may be further stored in a memory or transmitted via a communication component. In some embodiments, the audio assembly further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals.

In one typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (Central Processing Unit, CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer-readable medium, random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory, etc., such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash RAM. Memory is an example of computer-readable media.
Computer readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of storage media for a computer include, but are not limited to, phase-change memory (Phase-change Random Access Memory, PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital versatile disks (Digital Video Disc, DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, which can be used to store information that can be accessed by the computing device. Computer-readable media, as defined herein, does not include transitory computer-readable media (transmission media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article or apparatus that comprises an element.

Claims (11)

1. The recruitment service method based on the AI is characterized by being applied to an AI service module for providing recruitment service for recruitment terminals and job seekers, and the method comprises the following steps:
determining target post information in response to post selection operation of the recruitment terminal; displaying a speaking configuration interface of the target post information, wherein the speaking configuration interface is provided with a plurality of question and speaking information matched with the target post information and answer information screening options corresponding to each question and speaking information; responding to configuration operation of answer information screening options corresponding to any question and call information, and determining answer information screening conditions of screening job seekers corresponding to any question and call information; and
simulating interaction between the recruitment terminal and at least one job hunting terminal aiming at the target post information according to the plurality of pieces of problem call information, and collecting a plurality of pieces of answer information provided by the at least one job hunting terminal aiming at the plurality of pieces of problem call information in the interaction process; screening target job seekers matched with the target post information from the at least one job seeker according to the answer information screening conditions and the plurality of answer information, wherein the target job seekers correspond to the target job seekers; and establishing an interaction channel between the target job hunting terminal and the recruitment terminal, and controlling the target job hunting terminal and the recruitment terminal to perform subsequent interaction related to recruitment through the interaction channel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining target position information in response to the position selection operation of the recruiter comprises:
displaying a post-job seeker screening interface, wherein the post-job seeker screening interface displays post screening options and part of job seeker information; displaying a post list comprising at least one post information in response to a configuration operation of the post screening item, and determining the selected post information as target post information in response to a selection operation in the post list;
accordingly, a speaking configuration interface for displaying the target post information comprises: under the condition that the target post information is determined, calling a telephone operation interface to obtain B2C telephone operation data corresponding to the target post information, wherein the B2C telephone operation data comprises a plurality of question telephone operation information matched with the target post information and answer information screening options corresponding to each question telephone operation information, a telephone operation configuration interface of the target post information is displayed in a popup window mode, and a plurality of question telephone operation information matched with the target post information and answer information screening options corresponding to each question telephone operation information are displayed on the telephone operation configuration interface.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the answer information filtering item corresponding to any one of the question and speech information includes an unrestricted filtering item and at least one restricted filtering item, the unrestricted filtering item indicates that reply information of the job applicant is unrestricted, the restricted filtering item indicates that reply information of the job applicant is restricted according to a given restriction condition, and different restriction filtering items set restriction conditions for the answer information are different; the unrestricted screening item is mutually exclusive of at least one restricted screening item.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein simulating interaction of the recruiter with at least one job seeker for the target post information based on the plurality of problem ticket information comprises:
and under the condition that the recruitment end performs reverse solicitation on any job-seeking end aiming at the target position information and/or under the condition that any job-seeking end actively initiates access to the recruitment end aiming at the target position information, generating first interaction information for interaction of the recruitment end to any job-seeking end based on an AI language model according to the plurality of problem-speaking operation information, sending the first interaction information to the any job-seeking end, and receiving answer information returned by the any job-seeking end aiming at the first interaction information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the plurality of pieces of question-call information include first question-call information having selected branches, the first question-call information including guide-call corresponding to different selected branches;
generating first interaction information of interaction between the recruitment end and any job seeker based on the AI language model according to the plurality of problem ticket information, wherein the first interaction information comprises:
in the process of interacting with any job seeker according to the first problem call information, generating first interaction information corresponding to the first problem call information according to the first problem call information and the guide call corresponding to different selection branches of the first problem call information;
wherein, the first interaction information corresponding to the first problem session information includes: and the first question and call operation information and the guide call operation corresponding to different selection branches of the first question and call operation information are used for guiding any job seeker to answer and select.
6. The method as recited in claim 4, further comprising:
when the first interaction information is sent to any job seeker, starting timing, and waiting for the any job seeker to return response information for the first interaction information before the timing reaches a set time threshold; and
If the answer information returned by any job seeker cannot be received when the timing reaches the set time threshold, the first interaction information is retransmitted until the sending times reach the set times threshold, and under the condition that the sending times of the first interaction information reach the set times threshold, another piece of problem operation information is replaced to continuously interact with any job seeker.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
and responding to the recruitment end to update the problem call information, adding new problem call information, deleting the existing problem call information and/or modifying the existing problem call information.
8. The method of any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
and acquiring an air control strategy for restraining the interaction information, and filtering risk interaction information in the first interaction information according to the air control strategy of the interaction information.
9. An AI-based recruitment service comprising: the system comprises a first determining module, a display module, a second determining module, a simulation module, a collecting module, a screening module and an interaction module; wherein,
the first determining module is used for responding to the position selecting operation of the recruitment terminal and determining target position information; the display module is used for displaying a speaking configuration interface of the target post information, and a plurality of question and speaking information matched with the target post information and answer information screening options corresponding to each question and speaking information are displayed on the speaking configuration interface; the second determining module is used for determining answer information screening conditions corresponding to any question and call information and used for screening job seekers in response to configuration operation of answer information screening options corresponding to the any question and call information; and
The simulation module is used for simulating interaction between the recruitment terminal and at least one job-seeking terminal aiming at the target post information according to the plurality of problem call information, and collecting a plurality of answer information provided by the at least one job-seeking terminal aiming at the plurality of problem call information in the interaction process through the collection module; the screening module is used for screening a target job seeker matched with the target post information from the at least one job seeker according to the answer information screening conditions and the answer information, wherein the target job seeker corresponds to a target job seeker; and establishing an interaction channel between the target job hunting terminal and the recruitment terminal through the interaction module, and controlling the target job hunting terminal and the recruitment terminal to perform subsequent interaction related to recruitment through the interaction channel.
10. An electronic device, comprising: a memory and a processor; the memory is used for storing a computer program; the processor, coupled to the memory, for executing the computer program to implement the steps in the method of any of claims 1-8.
11. A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
