The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
The opposite-rotating duct fan has the characteristics of large thrust and compact structure, is widely applied to the fields of aircraft power propulsion systems, equipment cooling fans and the like, and fan blades of the traditional opposite-rotating fan are driven by two independent motors, and can be divided into two modes of motor installation between the fans and motor installation at the inlet and outlet of the fans according to different installation positions.
In any mode, two independent motors exist in the counter-rotating fan, and the push-to-weight ratio of the fan is low due to the large size and weight of the motors, so that the requirements of the application field are difficult to meet.
In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a counter-rotating fan and a heat dissipating device, so as to solve the problem that the thrust weight ratio of the fan in the counter-rotating fan is low. Fig. 1 shows a structural diagram of a counter-rotating fan according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the counter-rotating fan according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a counter-rotating fan according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: two fan blade rotor assemblies 1 and a fan stator blade stator assembly 2 located between the two fan blade rotor assemblies, the fan stator blade stator assembly 2 comprises a stator assembly 21, the stator assembly 21 comprises a winding mounting structure 211 and a stator winding assembly 212 for generating an axial magnetic field, each fan blade rotor assembly 1 is rotatably connected to an end face of the winding mounting structure 211, the stator winding assembly 212 is arranged on the winding mounting structure 211, and a rotor of each fan blade rotor assembly 1 is opposite to a stator winding in the corresponding stator winding assembly 212.
In practical applications, the fan vane stator assembly is located between two fan blade rotor assemblies, and each fan blade rotor assembly is rotatably connected to an end face of the winding mounting structure, so that each fan blade rotor assembly can rotate relative to the winding mounting structure. Meanwhile, the stator winding assemblies for generating the axial magnetic field are arranged on the winding mounting structure, and each fan blade rotor assembly is provided with a rotor opposite to the corresponding stator winding, so that when each fan blade rotor assembly can rotate relative to the winding mounting structure, the rotor of the fan blade rotor assembly can cut the magnetic field generated by the stator winding assembly, and induced electric potential is generated. Based on the structure, each fan movable blade rotor component and one half of the fan stationary blade stator component form an independent motor, and one fan stationary blade stator component can be shared, so that the space utilization rate of the counter-rotating fan is improved, the volume weight of the counter-rotating fan is reduced, and the thrust-weight ratio of the counter-rotating fan is improved.
In an alternative, as shown in fig. 2, the winding mounting structure 211 has two opposite mounting end surfaces, each having a rotational connector 24, and each fan blade rotor assembly 1 is mounted on the rotational connector 24, the rotational connectors 24 of the two end surfaces being independent of each other, so that the two fan blade rotor assemblies 1 can be independently rotated by means of the corresponding rotational connectors 24 without interference. Thus, the requirements of different working conditions of the fan can be met when each fan blade rotor assembly 1 rotates independently. Meanwhile, the rotating connector 24 can support the magnetic field generated by the stator winding assembly of the rotor cutting of the fan rotor assembly 1, so that the stator winding assembly corresponds to the fan rotor assembly.
Fig. 3 shows a structural diagram of a winding mounting structure of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the winding mounting structure includes a stator hub and a stator yoke 2112 sleeved on the stator hub, the stator winding assembly is provided on the stator teeth 2111, and each rotational connector is provided on a respective end face of the stator hub. It should be appreciated that structural or other forms of defining may be employed to position the stator yoke, such as: the stator yoke mounting groove defines a position of the stator yoke.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the winding mounting structure has a plurality of sets of stator teeth 2111, the plurality of sets of stator teeth 2111 being provided on the winding mounting structure along a distribution direction of the two fan blade rotor assemblies, the plurality of bosses included in each set of stator teeth 2111 being provided on the winding mounting structure along a circumferential direction of the winding mounting structure, each stator winding being provided on a corresponding boss, it being understood that a boss cross section of an end of each boss remote from the winding mounting structure is gradually reduced.
In specific implementation, the stator hub can be embedded in the stator yoke, so that the stator hub is embedded in the stator yoke to play a supporting role on the stator yoke. And the boss cross section of one end of each boss, which is far away from the winding installation structure, is gradually reduced, so that a gap formed between two adjacent bosses is large and small from top to bottom, thereby providing a larger space for the stator winding, and therefore, when the boss cross section of one end of each boss, which is far away from the winding installation structure, is gradually reduced, the stator winding can be conveniently sleeved on the boss.
The winding installation structure can be formed by pressing soft magnetic composite materials (SMC) through a die, can also be formed by laminating coiled silicon steel sheets, and can be pressed onto stator teeth after the stator winding is formed by winding enameled wires through a prefabricated winding die, so that the high slot filling rate of the stator winding is realized, and the driving force of the stator assembly for driving the rotor assembly of the fan can be improved.
In one alternative, as shown in FIG. 2, the fan vane stator assembly of the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure further includes: the plurality of fan stationary vanes are distributed on the winding mounting structure along the circumferential direction of the winding mounting structure.
Illustratively, when the winding mounting structure includes a stator hub and a stator yoke sleeved on the stator hub, the fan vanes are distributed on the outer circumference of the hub impeller, so that the fan vanes can be uniformly distributed within a 360-degree circumferential range of the hub impeller.
Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of a heat dissipating assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the stator assembly of the fan vane may further include a plurality of groups of heat dissipation elements 3, wherein the plurality of groups of heat dissipation elements 3 are disposed on the winding mounting structure along the distribution direction of the two rotor assemblies of the fan blade, and each heat dissipation element 3 in each group of heat dissipation elements extends into the opposite fan vane.
When the fan blade rotor assembly rotates relative to the winding mounting structure, the rotating magnetic field changes in the stator yoke and the stator teeth to generate iron loss, so that the stator yoke and the stator teeth generate heat, and because the multiple groups of heat dissipation assemblies are arranged on the winding mounting structure along the distribution direction of the two fan blade rotor assemblies, each heat dissipation piece in each group of heat dissipation assemblies stretches into the opposite fan stator blade, the multiple groups of heat dissipation assemblies can be utilized to lead out the heat emitted by the stator yoke and the stator teeth to the opposite fan stator blade. Based on this, the outer surfaces of the fan blade rotor assembly and the fan vane stator assembly may be cooled as air flows through the fan blade rotor assembly and the fan vane stator assembly. In addition, each radiating piece included in each group of radiating pieces is located between two adjacent bosses contained in the corresponding group of stator teeth, so that the radiating pieces can conduct heat generated by the stator windings sleeved on the bosses to the stator vanes, and the purpose of cooling the stator windings is achieved.
Therefore, the heat dissipation element can provide a new heat dissipation path for the stator assembly, heat in the stator assembly is directly transferred to the fan stator blade, the flowing air dissipates the heat, and the related calculation shows that the highest temperature of the stator assembly can be reduced by 25-30 ℃ by adopting the heat dissipation mode.
For example, when the winding mounting structure includes a stator hub and a stator yoke sleeved on the stator hub, a plurality of the fan vanes may be provided on the stator hub, and each heat sink may be in contact with the stator hub through the stator winding and located in the fan vane. In order to meet the requirement of efficient heat dissipation, the length of the part of the heat dissipation part, which is positioned outside the stator yoke, is 1.5-5 times that of the part of the heat dissipation part, which extends into the stator winding, the width of the heat dissipation part is smaller than that between two adjacent bosses, and is about 0.85-0.9 times that between two adjacent bosses, so that a gap is reserved between the two adjacent bosses, and the stator winding arranged on the two adjacent bosses is not interfered.
In an alternative, FIG. 5 illustrates a block diagram of a fan blade rotor assembly in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, each fan blade rotor assembly includes a rotor assembly 11 and rotor blade assemblies 12 distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotor assembly, the rotor blade assemblies 12 are provided on the rotor assembly 11, and the rotor assembly 11 is rotatably provided on an end face of the winding mounting structure.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 5, the fan blade rotor assembly further includes a rotor hub 13, the rotor hub 13 having a recess adjacent an end face of the winding mounting structure, and a rotational coupling mounted in the recess, the rotational coupling rotating to rotate the fan blade rotor assembly.
Exemplary, as shown in FIG. 5, rotor blade assembly 12 also includes: the fan blades are distributed on the rotor hub along the circumferential direction on the rotor hub, the fan blades are distributed on the outer circumference of the rotor hub and uniformly distributed in the 360-degree circumferential range, and the rotor hub and the stator hub coaxially rotate. It should be understood that fan movable vane and rotor hub all adopt the metal to make, can make through modes such as metal milling process, metal 3D print and metal powder die casting, simultaneously, fan movable vane blade's quantity in the circumferencial direction does not have the restriction, by the aerodynamic performance decision of contra-rotating fan, rotor hub's inside remains the through-hole for installation axis of rotation.
The rotor assembly includes a rotor magnet 111 and a rotor core 112, where the rotor magnet 111 and the rotor core 112 are located at one end close to the winding mounting structure, and in practical application, the diameters of the outer circles of the rotor magnet and the rotor core are slightly smaller than the diameter of the rotor hub, so that the diameters of the outer circles of the rotor magnet and the rotor core can be 0.8-0.9 times of the diameter of the rotor hub to ensure enough mechanical strength, and one surfaces of the rotor magnet 111 and the rotor core 112 close to one end of the stator winding are completely enveloped inside the rotor hub diameter, and in the fan rotor assembly, the rotor magnet 111, the rotor core 112, the fan rotor and the rotor hub 13 in the rotor assembly are integrated, so that radial and axial spaces of the rotor hub are fully utilized, and the size and weight of the fan are reduced.
In addition, when the rotor magnetic steel can be designed into a halbach type magnetic array, a magnetic field can be generated without solely depending on a boss in the stator teeth of the rotor core, so that the rotor core can be omitted. Meanwhile, a large amount of heat generated in the rotation process of the rotor magnetic steel and the rotor iron core can be transferred to the rotor hub due to the fact that the rotor magnetic steel and the rotor iron core are in direct contact with the rotor hub, and the rotor hub can be cooled when air flows through the rotor hub, so that efficient heat dissipation of the rotor magnetic steel and the rotor iron core is achieved.
The invention provides heat dissipation equipment comprising the counter-rotating fan in the first aspect.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the heat dissipation device provided by the invention are the same as those of the counter-rotating fan disclosed by the invention, and the description is omitted here.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art will readily recognize that variations or substitutions are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
