Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of packing replacement of a polished rod of an oil pumping unit, in particular to a polished rod dynamic and static integrated sealing valve body and a packing quick replacement method. The invention has reasonable and compact structure and convenient use, can seal the lower part of the optical rod by arranging the static seal assembly, is connected with the pressurizing equipment by arranging the pressure release valve to press the lower side of the packing, and pushes the packing upwards in an air pressure or hydraulic mode, thereby being simple, convenient, more labor-saving and higher in efficiency and effectively reducing the labor intensity of operators.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packing replacement of a polished rod of an oil pumping unit, in particular to a polished rod dynamic and static integrated sealing valve body and a packing rapid replacement method.
Background
The oil field has high well number proportion in the thick oil production, and the sealing replacement of the packing of the oil extraction well is always difficult due to the thick oil (high viscosity), high temperature and unstable pressure, so the labor intensity is high and the time is long. In the field management process, the work related to sealing reaches more than 40% of the total work load of the oil extraction operation area. At present, in the oil extraction process of the oil pumping unit, packing in a polish rod sealing disc needs to be replaced regularly, especially in some high-pressure, high-temperature or high-water-content wells, the service life of the packing is short, the packing replacement is frequent, and the packing needs to be replaced once per month on average. The main method for replacing the packing at present is to firstly decompress the wellhead, draw out the packing in the packing box one by using a common screwdriver, a hook and other replacing tools when the pressure is not available, then fill in new packing, the operation space is narrow, the packing replacement needs more than 40 minutes, and even needs more than 2 hours in a low-temperature environment in winter. The labor intensity of operators is high, the operators are easy to slip and hurt hands, the operators are easy to frostbite in winter, safety risks exist, and the working efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a polish rod dynamic and static integrated sealing valve body and a quick packing replacement method, which overcome the defects of the prior art, and can effectively solve the problems of time and labor waste, lower construction efficiency and potential safety hazard existing in the prior art that a worker adopts tools such as a screwdriver to replace packing.

If the relief valve 5 is a check valve, it is necessary to open the check valve by a tool such as a screwdriver and then observe whether gas or liquid is leaked. Compared with the mode that the pressing equipment 10 is adopted to take out the packing 3 one by adopting the replacing tools such as a screwdriver, a hook and the like, the invention takes forty minutes to draw out the packing 3 in the packing 3 box one by one, and the packing 3 can be taken down and replaced only in eight minutes, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency of operators, reducing the labor intensity and reducing the frostbite risk of the operators when the packing 3 is replaced in winter.

The sealing valve block 6 is pushed by the rotary sealing shaft assembly 7 to hug the polish rod 1 tightly to seal the polish rod 1, the gap below the pressure release valve 5 is blocked, and when the polish rod 1 does not need to be sealed, the sealing shaft assembly 7 is rotated reversely to enable the sealing valve block 6 to be pulled to move outwards to loosen the polish rod 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the pressure release valve 5 is a spring-loaded check valve. Before the pressure is applied, the spring type check valve is connected with the pressure application pipeline 9 through a quick connector, so that the spring type check valve has the advantage of quick connection, but the risk of corrosion damage of an internal spring or a valve core and the like is increased after the service time is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 1, the pressure release valve 5 is a needle valve. The needle valve is simple in structure and reliable in sealing, but when the spring type check valve is used, bolts on the needle valve are required to be detached firstly, and then the pressing pipeline 9 is connected through the connector, so that the spring type check valve is long in operation time.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 1, the quick packing replacement method is performed according to the following method, firstly, a sealing shaft assembly 7 is rotated to push a sealing valve block 6 to move inwards to hold a polished rod 1 tightly, sealing is formed on the polished rod 1, then a pressing valve 5 is opened, if no gas-liquid leakage indicates that the lower part of the polished rod 1 is tightly sealed, then a packing box gland 4 is opened, a pressing pipeline 9 is connected to a pressure release valve 5, the pressing pipeline 9 is connected with a pressing device 10, and after connection is completed, the pressing device 10 is adopted to press the lower side of a packing 3, so that the packing 3 is pushed out for the last time.
The quick-change packing method can be further optimized or/and improved according to actual needs:
as shown in fig. 1, the pressurizing device 10 is a hand-held pneumatic pump. The packing 3 is pushed by means of compressed gas.
As shown in fig. 1, the pressurizing apparatus 10 is a hand-held hydraulic pump. The packing 3 is pushed hydraulically.
The technical characteristics form the embodiment of the invention, have stronger adaptability and implementation effect, and can increase or decrease unnecessary technical characteristics according to actual needs so as to meet the requirements of different situations.
