Working principle: when the device is prepared, the threaded rod 214 is rotated, so that the threaded rod 214 moves down to a proper position under the meshing limit action of the threaded sleeve 213, then the motor 311 is started to drive the inner grinding rod 312 and the hairbrush strips on the surface to slowly rotate, meanwhile, the power source is used to drive the belt to move, the outer grinding ring sleeve 411 and the hairbrush sleeve 414 are rotated, and finally the electric fan 615 is started again, so that the electric fan 615 leads out air flow in the collecting box 613, and the air flow is convenient to drive grinding dust in the collecting groove 610 to enter the collecting box 613 from the air passing hole 612;
when the steel pipe is used, the steel pipe is inserted between the driven guide wheel 212 and the electric guide wheel 211, so that the steel pipe gradually passes through the outer grinding ring sleeve 411, the outer surface of the steel pipe is ground and polished by the brush sleeve 414, meanwhile, the inner surface of the steel pipe is ground and polished by the rotating inner grinding rod 312 and the brush strips on the surface of the inner grinding rod, when the steel pipe contacts the belt ring 412, the belt holes 413 are contracted, the normal movement of the steel pipe is not affected, and finally, when the end head of the steel pipe is extruded to the pressing sensor 313, the electric guide wheel 211 starts to rotate reversely to carry out steel pipe retraction;
at the same time, the electric fan 615 is started to drive the polishing dust to pass through the filter screen plate 611 and enter the collecting tank 610, and then enter the collecting tank 613 from the air outlet 612 to be captured by water.

1. Machine tool convenient to polish work piece, including supporting mechanism (1), its characterized in that: the supporting mechanism (1) comprises a processing table (110) and two shielding covers (111) arranged on the processing table, and the top end of the processing table (110) is divided into an outer polishing area and a retreating area;
the steel pipe guide device comprises two guide mechanisms (2), wherein the guide mechanisms (2) are respectively positioned at one side and the middle section of the top end of a processing table (110) and used for guiding a steel pipe, the guide mechanisms (2) comprise guide frames (210), the guide frames (210) are connected to the processing table (110), electric guide wheels (211) are connected to the inner surfaces of the guide frames (210), driven guide wheels (212) are arranged at the top ends of the electric guide wheels (211), and the steel pipe passes through the guide frames;
the internal grinding mechanism (3), the internal grinding mechanism (3) comprises a supporting sleeve (310), the supporting sleeve (310) is connected to one side, far away from the guide frame (210), of the top end of the processing table (110), the supporting sleeve (310) is a hollow member with an opening in the surface and a hollow in the inside, a motor (311) is connected to the supporting sleeve (310), an internal grinding rod (312) is movably regulated on the supporting sleeve (310) through a bearing, the internal grinding rod (312) passes through the electric guide wheel (211) and the driven guide wheel (212), an output shaft of the motor (311) is connected with the internal grinding rod (312) for controlling the rotation of the internal grinding rod, hairbrush strips are connected to the two ends or the periphery of the internal grinding rod (312) for polishing the inner surface of a steel pipe, a pressing sensor (313) is connected to the supporting sleeve (310) on the outer side of the internal grinding rod (312) for pressing at the end of the steel pipe, and the pressing sensor (313) is electrically connected with the guide frame (210) for cooperative matching;
the outer grinding mechanism (4) is arranged on a shielding cover (111) of an outer grinding area, the number of the outer grinding mechanism (4) is at least one, the outer grinding mechanism (4) comprises a mounting frame (410), the mounting frame (410) is connected to the inner surface of the shielding cover (111), an outer grinding ring sleeve (411) is movably sleeved on the mounting frame (410) through a bearing, a belt ring (412) is sleeved on the outer side of the outer grinding ring sleeve (411), a travelling belt hole (413) is formed in the shielding cover (111) on one side of the belt ring (412), a belt for a power source penetrates through and is installed, and a brush sleeve (414) is connected to the inner surface of the outer grinding ring sleeve (411) and used for grinding the outer surface of a steel plate;
the auxiliary supporting mechanisms (5) are arranged on the processing table (110) at the bottom end of the inner grinding rod (312), and the number of the auxiliary supporting mechanisms is at least one;
and the collecting mechanism (6) is arranged at the bottom end of the processing table (110).

A machine tool for facilitating polishing of a workpiece according to claim 1, wherein: the shielding cover (111) in the outer polishing area is hinged with a cabinet door (112), the surface of the cabinet door (112) is coated with a rubber sleeve, the rubber sleeve is used for shielding an opening of the shielding cover (111) in the outer polishing area, and the surface of the shielding cover (111) in the retreating area is embedded with an observation window (113) for steel pipe retreating work observation.
