Abstract
The invention provides a welding device for an inner baffle plate of a steel pipe, which can be used for directly welding the inner baffle plate in a formed square tube. The welding device comprises an intelligent internal welding machine host and a matched device. The intelligent internal welding machine host consists of an intelligent welding mechanical arm and a positioning sucker, wherein the intelligent welding mechanical arm and the positioning sucker are fixed on the middle shaft tube; the positioning sucker is positioned below the intelligent welding mechanical arm; the middle shaft tube is a metal tube; the intelligent welding mechanical arm is a four-axis mechanical arm; the four-axis mechanical arm is controlled through an intelligent system; the positioning sucker consists of a magnetic sucker and a positioning support; the positioning support consists of two three telescopic rods with equal length; the three sections of telescopic rods can be driven by electricity to simultaneously and reversely extend and retract at equal intervals; the matching device comprises an inner baffle auxiliary positioning seat; the inner partition board auxiliary positioning seat consists of a square positioning bottom plate, a fixed positioning angle and a movable magnetic attraction positioning angle; the matching device also comprises a ranging, blowing, lighting system and a visual monitoring system.

Technical Field

firstly, placing an inner partition plate 10 on a square positioning bottom plate 11 of an inner partition plate auxiliary positioning seat, enabling any angle of the inner partition plate to prop against a fixed positioning angle 13 in the inner partition plate auxiliary positioning seat, and enabling the other opposite angle (diagonal direction) to be abutted against and held and fixed by a movable magnetic attraction positioning angle 12 in the inner partition plate auxiliary positioning seat;

the air blowing system dissipates smoke dust generated in the welding process during welding, so that the lighting system and the visual monitoring system can work normally;
similarly, the visual monitoring system starts working in the step 3, and the whole process of the working procedure of the intelligent internal welding machine in the box type column is tracked and observed in the whole process, so that the working procedure can be controlled and corrected at any time.
And 5, finishing welding four welding seams between the inner partition plate and the box column, and enabling the intelligent inner welding machine to withdraw from the box column through the suspension system.
