Technical Field
The present invention relates to a table, and more particularly to a table with a movable table top and a support assembly for enabling the movable table top.
Background
The table is a common furniture, and modern tables are generally of fixed structures, but the table can be opened for use and can be folded to save space at certain times.
Some movable tables which can be opened and used and can be retracted exist, but the supporting legs of the table are generally arranged at the opposite far ends of the table top, so that more space under the table top can be occupied; meanwhile, when the tabletop is put down, the movement speed of the tabletop is generally controlled by hands to ensure stability.
This patent is to solve this problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a table and accessories:
a table comprises a table plate, a hinging part and a supporting component, wherein the table plate is connected with one or more hinging parts, the hinging part is connected with the table plate in a pin joint manner, the hinging part also comprises a fixing part which can be fixed with a device in the vertical direction,
the table is supported by a supporting component, the supporting component comprises an outer supporting component and an inner supporting component, the inner supporting component can be fixed with a device in the vertical direction, the outer supporting component comprises an outer supporting component upper portion fixedly connected with the bottom end of the table, the outer supporting component further comprises an outer supporting component lower portion, the outer supporting component lower portion is sleeved with and detached from the inner supporting component in a buckling mode, the outer supporting component lower portion and the outer supporting component upper portion are connected in a pin joint mode, when the table rotates around the hinging portion, the outer supporting component lower portion and the outer supporting component upper portion relatively rotate around a pivot, and the outer supporting component lower portion and the inner supporting component relatively move in the vertical direction.
Preferably, the upper portion of the outer support assembly is further provided with at least one pivot about which the upper portion of the outer support assembly also pivots at two portions of the pivot as the table rotates about the hinge.
The device in the vertical direction is a backup plate, the backup plate is arranged at the lower part of the hinge part, the bottom end of the hinge part is fixed on the backup plate, and the middle part of the hinge part is provided with a vertical protruding part.
The inner supporting component comprises an upper hinging part and a lower hinging part, the upper hinging part and the lower hinging part are fixed on one side surface of the device in the vertical direction, the inner supporting component further comprises a left rod and a right rod, the upper ends of the left rod and the right rod are fixed on the upper hinging part, the lower ends of the left rod and the right rod are fixed on the lower hinging part, a damper is further connected on the upper hinging part, a connecting rod of the damper is positioned below the damper main body, one end, far away from the damper main body, of the damper connecting rod is provided with a connecting rod head with the maximum width larger than the diameter of the connecting rod, and the damper connecting rod can perform relative motion in the vertical direction with the damper main body.
The lower part of the outer supporting component comprises a shell and a damping buckle, the damping buckle is arranged in the shell and comprises a notch, and the widest part of the notch is larger than the diameter of the damping connecting rod but smaller than the narrowest part of the head of the connecting rod.
The lower part of the outer supporting component further comprises a plurality of buckles, the buckles are of a general U-shaped structure, the bottom end of the U-shaped structure is provided with a screw hole structure, the outer shell and the plurality of buckles are connected through the screw hole structure, two vertical ends of the U-shaped structure respectively comprise a hollow structure with the diameter larger than that of the left rod and the right rod, the opening of the hollow structure is smaller than that of the left rod and the right rod, the buckles are made of plastic materials, and the lower part of the outer supporting component is sleeved and detached with the inner supporting component through the buckles.
The table is provided with a securing sleeve configured to secure the table by the securing sleeve when the table is rotated about the hinge to a highest position.
The bottom of outer supporting component lower part is provided with height-adjustable's nut structure.
A support assembly for a table, the support assembly comprising an outer support assembly and an inner support assembly, the inner support assembly being securable to a vertically oriented device, the outer support assembly comprising an outer support assembly upper portion fixedly connectable to a bottom end of a table, the outer support assembly further comprising an outer support assembly lower portion which is snap-fit to and releasable from the inner support assembly, the outer support assembly lower portion and the outer support assembly upper portion being pivotally connected such that when the table is rotated about the hinge, the outer support assembly lower portion and the outer support assembly upper portion are rotated about a pivot axis, the outer support assembly lower portion and the inner support assembly being moved vertically relative to each other.
Preferably, the support assembly comprises an outer support assembly and an inner support assembly, the inner support assembly can be fixed with the vertical device, the outer support assembly comprises an outer support assembly upper part fixedly connected with the bottom end of the table plate, the outer support assembly further comprises an outer support assembly lower part, the outer support assembly lower part is sleeved and detached with the inner support assembly in a buckling mode, the outer support assembly lower part and the outer support assembly upper part are connected in a pivoting mode, at least one pivot is further arranged in the middle of the outer support assembly upper part, when the table plate rotates around the hinging part, the outer support assembly lower part and the outer support assembly upper part relatively rotate around the pivot, and the outer support assembly upper part also rotates around the pivot at two parts of the pivot, and the outer support assembly lower part and the inner support assembly relatively move in the vertical direction.

Detailed Description
A specific embodiment is described below with reference to the drawings in the specification:
the table of the present patent as in fig. 1 occupies only about the thickness of the table when stowed, and then the table may be lowered and supported by the support assembly via fig. 2-3.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the table includes a table board (12) and a vertical device, i.e., a backup board (V), the table board (12) is connected with one or more hinge parts (80), the hinge parts (80) are pivotally connected with the table board (12), the backup board (V) is disposed at a lower portion of the hinge parts (80), a bottom end of the hinge parts (80) is fixed on the backup board (V), a protruding part (78) perpendicular to the backup board (V) is disposed at a middle portion of the hinge parts (80), and the protruding part (78) can be fixed on the backup board (V) or a wall surface. The table (12) is thus rotatable about the pivot of the hinge (80), i.e. stowable or lowered.
The table (12) is supported by a support assembly, the support assembly comprises an outer support assembly (20) and an inner support assembly (40), the inner support assembly (40) is fixed on the outer side of the backup plate (V), the outer support assembly (20) comprises a support assembly upper portion (22) fixedly connected with the bottom end of the table (12), the outer support assembly (20) further comprises an outer support assembly lower portion (30), the outer support assembly lower portion (30) is sleeved and detached with the inner support assembly (40) in a buckling mode, the outer support assembly lower portion (30) and the outer support assembly upper portion (22) are connected in a pivoting mode, and when the table (12) rotates around the hinging portion (80), the outer support assembly lower portion (30) and the outer support assembly upper portion (22) relatively rotate around the pivot (28), and the outer support assembly lower portion (30) and the inner support assembly relatively move in the vertical direction.
Preferably, the upper portion of the outer support assembly is further provided with at least one pivot (24), and when the table (12) is rotated about the hinge (80), the upper portion of the outer support assembly also rotates about the pivot (24) at both portions of the pivot (24).
It is to be noted that in fig. 1-3, (22) refers to the entire outer bearing assembly upper portion (22) when the outer bearing assembly upper portion (22) is not provided with another pivot (24), and (22) refers to the portion above the pivot (24) when the outer bearing assembly upper portion is provided with at least one pivot (24), i.e., 22, 24, 26 integrally forms the outer bearing assembly upper portion.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to achieve the above rotation, the inner support assembly (40) includes an upper hinge portion (42 a) and a lower hinge portion (42 b), the upper hinge portion (42 a) and the lower hinge portion (42 b) are fixed to the outer side of the back plate (V), the inner support assembly (40) further includes a left rod (52 a) and a right rod (52 b), upper ends of the left rod (52 a) and the right rod (52 b) are fixed to the upper hinge portion (42 a), lower ends of the left rod (52 a) and the right rod (52 b) are fixed to the lower hinge portion (42 b), a damper (50) is further connected to the upper hinge portion (42 a), a link of the damper (50) is located below a body of the damper (50), one end of the damper link, which is far from the body of the damper (50), is provided with a link head having a maximum width larger than a link diameter, and the damper link can perform a relative movement in a vertical direction with the damper body.
As shown in fig. 6-8, the outer support assembly lower portion (30) includes a housing and a damping clip (56), the damping clip (56) being disposed within the housing, the damping clip (56) including a notch having a widest portion that is larger than the damping link diameter but smaller than the narrowest portion of the link head.
The outer support assembly lower portion (30) further comprises a plurality of buckles (54), the buckles (54) are of a U-shaped structure, screw hole structures are arranged at the bottom ends of the U-shaped structure, the outer shell and the plurality of buckles (54) are connected through the screw hole structures, two vertical ends of the U-shaped structure respectively comprise hollow structures (68 a) and (68 b) with diameters larger than those of the left rod (52 a) and the right rod (52 b), openings of the hollow structures (68 a) and (68 b) are smaller than those of the left rod (52 a) and the right rod (52 b), the buckles (54) are made of plastic materials, and the outer support assembly lower portion (30) is fixed and detached with the inner support assembly (40) through the buckles (54).
Figures 9-11 generally correspond to figures 1-3 in that the various components of the outer support assembly are also pivoted to different positions when the table (12) is in the different positions.
Because the widest part of the damping buckle notch is larger than the diameter of the damping connecting rod and smaller than the narrowest part of the connecting rod head, when the table plate (12) rotates around the hinging part (80), the lower part (30) of the outer supporting component and the upper part (22) of the outer supporting component rotate around the pivot (28), the lower part (30) of the outer supporting component and the inner supporting component move vertically, the lower part (30) of the outer supporting component slides vertically downwards, the connecting rod of the damper (50) is driven to move downwards, but due to the action of the damper (50), the downward sliding can be smooth and smooth, the speed is slower, and the bottom of the supporting component does not suddenly impact the ground.
Meanwhile, if the table (12) is lifted up manually, the lifting action becomes smoother due to the damper (50).
As described above, the patent has the following beneficial effects:
1. the outer support assembly preferably comprises two pivoting structures, together with the damper arrangement of the inner support assembly, the table (12) will run very smoothly when being lowered, even if the force control of a person is problematic, the bottom of the support assembly will not suddenly strike the ground, protecting both the ground and the table itself;
2. the supporting component is arranged at a position close to the wall surface, so that the space below the whole tabletop is almost not occupied and can be fully utilized;
3. when the table (12) is folded, the occupied space is almost the thickness of the table, and no extra space is needed at all.
4. The back plate (V) structure is not necessary and when movement is required, the entire product can be reinstalled by merely moving the position of the hinge (80).
