Abstract
The application discloses a silicone rubber one-out-multiple stamping device which comprises a male die part, a female die part and a material ejection part, wherein the male die part comprises a first fixing component and a plurality of stamping needles, the top ends of the stamping needles are fixed in the first fixing component, the bottom ends of the stamping needles extend towards the female die part, the material ejection part comprises a second fixing component, a driving piece and ejector pins which are in one-to-one correspondence with the stamping needles, a cavity above the stamping needles is arranged in the first fixing component, the second fixing component is arranged in the cavity, and the driving piece drives the second fixing component to move up and down in the cavity; the top end of the thimble is fixed in the second fixed component, and the bottom end is downwards inserted into a through hole which is vertically communicated in the punching needle. Through being provided with the thimble that can go up and down in the punching needle, keep the product in die-cut notch before the punching needle goes upward, can avoid the product to jump out from die-cut notch upwards effectively.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of silica gel key production, in particular to a one-out-multiple stamping device for silicone rubber.
Background
The silicon rubber product is generally manufactured by putting a cut rubber sheet or a cut rubber block into a vulcanization mold for compression molding, and if the silicon rubber product is smaller in size, the silicon rubber product can be produced in a one-mold multi-cavity mode, and the obtained semi-finished product is put into a stamping device to be stamped out of the semi-finished product.
However, in practical use, the problems that the upper die is provided with a material and the product is not smooth in blanking often occur when the whole semi-finished product is punched, and the existing solution is post-processing, namely, after the condition of the upper die is provided with the material, the material of the upper die clamping belt is manually taken off, and the condition not only can lead to the reduction of punching efficiency, but also can seriously lead to the damage of the die.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present application to provide a silicone rubber one-out-multiple stamping device which at least partially solves the problems of the prior art.
The application relates to a silicone rubber one-out-multiple stamping device, which comprises a male die part, a female die part and a material ejection part, wherein the male die part is arranged above the female die part, and the male die part and the female die part are movably connected through a guide assembly;
the top of the male die part is provided with an upper locking template fixed with a punch head, and the bottom of the female die part is provided with a lower locking template fixed with a punch platform;
the male die part comprises a first fixing component and a plurality of punching pins, the top ends of the plurality of punching pins are fixed in the first fixing component, the bottom ends extend towards the female die part, and when the male die part is closed downwards with the female die part, the bottom ends of the punching pins are inserted into corresponding punching notches in the female die part;
the ejection part comprises a second fixing component, a driving piece and ejector pins which are in one-to-one correspondence with the punching pins, a cavity which is positioned above the punching pins is arranged in the first fixing component, the second fixing component is arranged in the cavity, and the driving piece drives the second fixing component to move up and down in the cavity; the top end of the ejector pin is fixed in the second fixing assembly, the bottom end of the ejector pin is downwards inserted into a through hole which penetrates through the inside of the punching needle, when the male die part is not closed with the female die part, the bottom end of the ejector pin is positioned in the through hole, and when the male die part is closed with the female die part, the driving piece drives the ejector pin to downwards move the bottom end of the ejector pin to be exposed from the punching needle.
The stamping device provided by the application has the advantages that under the drive of external power, the male die part and the female die part are closed, the stamping needle cuts the product downwards from the semi-finished product, the air cylinder drives the ejector pin to extend downwards from the stamping needle before the male die part ascends to further push the cut product into the stamping notch, and after the male die part ascends and the stamping needle completely withdraws from the stamping notch, the air cylinder drives the ejector pin to ascend, so that the product can be prevented from being pulled out of the stamping notch by the ascending stamping needle, and the smooth and continuous stamping operation is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the first fixing component includes a first pressing plate, a punching plate and a cushion block, a first mounting hole for penetrating the punching pin is provided in the punching plate, and the first pressing plate is provided on a side of the punching plate corresponding to the locking template to fix the punching pin; two cushion blocks are arranged on one side, corresponding to the locking template, of the first pressing plate, and a cavity for accommodating the second fixing assembly is formed between the locking template and the first pressing plate through the cushion blocks. The punching needle is fixed together through the first pressing plate and the punching plate, and any one punching needle can be pulled out by unlocking the first pressing plate and the punching plate, so that the die repairing and the debugging are facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the application, the second fixing component comprises a second pressing plate and an ejector plate, a second mounting hole for penetrating the ejector pin is arranged in the ejector plate, and the second pressing plate is arranged on one side of the ejector plate corresponding to the locking template to fix the ejector pin. According to some embodiments of the application, a drawer box which is positioned below the air suction plate and can be pulled out towards the front side of the punching machine is arranged in the material collecting box, and products falling from the material falling opening enter the drawer box. The drawer box which can be pulled out is arranged, so that the product can be taken out conveniently.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that:
1. the lifting thimble is arranged in the punching needle, so that the product is kept in the punching notch before the punching needle moves upwards, and the product can be effectively prevented from jumping upwards from the punching notch;
2. by arranging the air suction plate below the punching notch, the air suction plate can suck the product positioned in the punching notch into the material collecting box downwards, and further, the product is prevented from jumping upwards from the punching notch.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Example 1
Shown in fig. 1 is a semi-finished product of vulcanized and pressed silicone rubber, which comprises a frame waste material a and a plurality of aligned products B arranged vertically and horizontally.
A stamping device of the type shown in fig. 2 is used to die cut and separate the test product B of fig. 1 from the frame waste a. The stamping device comprises a male die part 100, a female die part 200 and a material ejection part 300, wherein the male die part is arranged above the female die part, the male die part is movably connected with the female die part through a guide assembly, an upper locking template fixed with a stamping machine head is arranged at the top of the male die part, and a lower locking template fixed with a stamping machine platform is arranged at the bottom of the female die part.
The male die part 100 comprises a first fixing component, a plurality of punching pins 101 and a product pressing plate 102, wherein the first fixing component comprises a first pressing plate, a punching plate and a cushion block, a first mounting hole for penetrating the punching pins is formed in the punching plate 104, the straight body part of the punching pins penetrates through the first mounting hole, and the first pressing plate 103 is arranged on one side of the punching plate corresponding to the locking template and presses the end part of the punching pins 101 to fix the punching pins. The top ends of the plurality of punching pins are fixed in the first fixing assembly, the bottom ends extend towards the die part 200, and when the male die part is closed downwards with the die part, the bottom ends of the punching pins 101 are inserted into corresponding punching notches 2011 in the die part 200. Two cushion blocks 105 are arranged on one side of the first pressing plate, corresponding to the locking template, and a chamber 107 is formed between the locking template and the first pressing plate through the cushion blocks 105. The product clamp plate sets up in the below of die-cut board, and the bottom of punching pin is followed wear out in the product clamp plate. The product pressing plate is connected with the punching plate through a spring and a bolt with the same height, and in the process of clamping the convex part and the concave part, the product pressing plate 102 contacts with the semi-finished product before the punching pin and presses the cutting part in the concave part.
The ejector 300 is basically composed of a second fixing component, a driving piece 301 and ejector pins 302 corresponding to the punch pins 101 one by one, the second fixing component is arranged in the cavity, and the driving piece 301 drives the second fixing component to move up and down in the cavity. The second fixing component comprises a second pressing plate and an ejector plate, a second mounting hole for penetrating the ejector pin is formed in the ejector plate, and the second pressing plate 303 is arranged on one side, corresponding to the locking template 400, of the ejector plate 304 to fix the ejector pin 302. The top end of the ejector pin 302 is fixed in the second fixing component, the bottom end of the ejector pin is downwards inserted into a through hole penetrating up and down in the punch needle 101, when the male die part is not closed with the female die part, the bottom end of the ejector pin is positioned in the through hole, and when the male die part is closed with the female die part, the driving piece drives the ejector pin to downwards expose the bottom end of the ejector pin from the punch needle.
The driving member 301 is configured as two cylinders respectively located at two sides of the locking template 400, the cylinder body of the cylinder is connected with the side surface of the locking template, and the bottom end of the telescopic rod is connected with the second fixing assembly. Preferably, two sides of the second pressing plate 303 are respectively provided with a U-shaped groove 3031, and the telescopic rod of the air cylinder is positioned in the U-shaped groove; an upper nut positioned above the second fixing component and a lower nut positioned below the second fixing component are arranged on the telescopic rod of the air cylinder. The telescopic rod of the air cylinder and the second fixing component are arranged to be of a detachable structure, so that the second fixing component is convenient to detach integrally.
The die part comprises a die plate 201 arranged above the lower lock template, a punching notch 2011 is arranged in the die plate, one side of the die plate 201 corresponding to the lower lock template is provided with a material collecting box, and a product B falls into the material collecting box and is collected.
Example two
The present embodiment is based on embodiment one.
A horizontal air suction plate 600 is arranged in the material collecting box 500, a plurality of air suction openings are arranged at the top of the air suction plate, and a blanking opening 700 is formed between one end of the air suction plate corresponding to the front side of the punching machine and the inner wall of the material collecting box; a push plate 800 is arranged above the air suction plate, and a horizontal cylinder 900 for driving the push plate to approach or separate from the front side direction of the punching machine is arranged outside the female die plate. Preferably, the bottom of the push plate is provided with bristles which are in contact with the upper surface of the air suction plate. The air suction plate sucks the product B which is punched into the punching notch 2011 from the lower part, the product B falls onto the air suction plate, the horizontal cylinder drives the push plate 800 to move to the direction of the blanking port, and the product B falls into the collecting box from the blanking port.
Preferably, a drawer box 510 which is positioned below the air suction plate and can be pulled out towards the front side of the punching machine is arranged in the material collecting box, and products falling from the blanking port enter the drawer box. The drawer box which can be pulled out is arranged, so that the product can be taken out conveniently.

The silicone rubber one-out-multiple stamping device is characterized by comprising a male die part (100), a female die part (200) and a material ejection part (300), wherein the male die part is arranged above the female die part, and the male die part and the female die part are movably connected through a guide assembly;
an upper locking template (400) fixed with a punch head is arranged at the top of the male die part, and a lower locking template fixed with a punch platform is arranged at the bottom of the female die part;
the male die part comprises a first fixing component and a plurality of punching pins (101), the top ends of the plurality of punching pins are fixed in the first fixing component, the bottom ends of the plurality of punching pins extend towards the female die part (200), and when the male die part is closed downwards with the female die part, the bottom ends of the punching pins are inserted into corresponding punching notches (2011) in the female die part;
the ejection part (300) comprises a second fixing component, a driving piece (301) and ejector pins (302) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the punching pins (101), a cavity which is positioned above the punching pins is arranged in the first fixing component, the second fixing component is arranged in the cavity, and the driving piece drives the second fixing component to move up and down in the cavity; the top end of the ejector pin is fixed in the second fixing assembly, the bottom end of the ejector pin is downwards inserted into a through hole which penetrates through the inside of the punching needle (101), when the male die part is not closed with the female die part (200), the bottom end of the ejector pin is positioned in the through hole, and when the male die part is closed with the female die part, the driving piece drives the ejector pin to downwards expose the bottom end of the ejector pin from the punching needle.
2. The stamping device according to claim 1, wherein the first fixing component comprises a first pressing plate (103), a punching plate (104) and a cushion block (105), wherein a first mounting hole for penetrating the punching pin is formed in the punching plate, and the first pressing plate is arranged on one side of the punching plate corresponding to the locking template to fix the punching pin (101); two cushion blocks are arranged on one side, corresponding to the locking template, of the first pressing plate, and the cushion blocks (105) enable a chamber for accommodating the second fixing assembly to be formed between the locking template (400) and the first pressing plate (103).

The stamping device according to claim 1, wherein the second fixing component comprises a second pressing plate (303) and an ejector plate (304), a second mounting hole for penetrating the ejector pin is formed in the ejector plate, and the second pressing plate is arranged on one side, corresponding to the locking template, of the ejector plate (304) to fix the ejector pin.
