In the present embodiment, the moving frame 40 is provided as a portal frame having a moving wheel at the end of the vertical portion and the moving wheels of the moving frame 40 are respectively provided in contact with the first rail body 1 and the second rail body 2, and the middle of the longitudinal portion of the moving frame 40 is provided in contact with the crane 50.
