When the tea box filling machine works, a large number of tea boxes are placed in the supporting rods 503, a large number of screened tea leaves are sent into the tea box 201, a large number of box covers are placed between the supporting cover ring 811 and the pressing cover plate 810, after the completion of feeding is confirmed, the use of the filling box pasting production line can be started, the rotating arms 405 are moved to the lower ends of the connecting plate frames 502 through the first electric sliding rails 403 and the first electric sliding blocks 402 which are electrically connected, the rotating arms 405 are driven to rotate through the first rotary air cylinders 404, the rotating plates 410 are driven to rotate through the third motors 411, so that the rotating plates 410 can drive the connecting rods 409 to move upwards, the fixing strips 408 can ascend, the first vacuumizing sucker rods 413 are driven to rotate through the second rotary air cylinders 412, the tea boxes located at the rightmost end can be sucked through the first vacuumizing sucker rods 413, the anti-falling strips 506 and the separating strips 507 can separate the two tea boxes located at the rightmost end through the first electric sliding rails 403, and the first vacuumizing rods 505 are driven by the second rotary air cylinders 412 to be inserted into the first vacuumizing cylinders 413 to process the nearest to the first vacuumizing boxes 1002;
then the cam divider 1004 is driven to rotate by the sixth motor 1006, so that the whole rotating disc 1001 rotates, when the rotating disc 1001 rotates to the shaping assembly 3, the fixing frame 302 can be driven to rotate by the second motor 303, and the connecting bar 307 is driven to move downwards by the first hydraulic push rod 304, so that the shaping block 309 and the shaping bar 310 can extend into the packaging box to shape the packaging box, and after the shaping is confirmed, the rotating disc 1001 can be driven to rotate by the sixth motor 1006, so that the tea packaging box can be moved to the air supply pipe 603;
then, by opening the flap valve 202, tea leaves can enter the inner sleeve 204, when the corresponding weight is reached, the inner sleeve 204 is driven to rotate by the first motor 206, so that the tea leaves can enter the air supply pipe 603 through the discharging hopper 207, the tea leaves can be sent into the tea packing box under the action of compressed air in the connecting pipe 604, and finally, the rotating disc 1001 is driven to rotate by the sixth motor 1006, so that the tea packing box can be moved to the position of the second vacuumizing sucker rod 805;
then the second vacuumizing sucker rod 805 is moved upwards through the second electric sliding rail 802 and the second electric sliding block 803 which are electrically connected, so that the second vacuumizing sucker rod 805 can suck the bottom end paste box cover at the press cover 810, the paste box cover is fixed on the front end face of the tea packing box under the action of the third rotary air cylinder 804, the second electric sliding rail 802 and the second electric sliding block 803, and finally the rotary disc 1001 is driven to rotate through the sixth motor 1006, so that the tea packing box can be moved to the gluing fixing frame 711;
then, the fourth motor 714 drives the pulley frame 713 to rotate on the sliding ring 715 to enable the timing glue spreader 712 to spread glue between the tea packing box and the paste box cover, the third hydraulic push rod 703 drives the connecting rod plate 704 to move downwards so that the pressing block 710 can connect the tea packing box with the paste box cover, finally, the sixth motor 1006 drives the rotating disc 1001 to rotate so that the tea packing box can move to the detection blanking assembly 9, the monitoring probe 905 and the real-time weighing device 906 respectively monitor the paste box quality of the tea packing and detect the tea weight inside the tea packing, after the detection of the monitoring probe 905 and the real-time weighing device 906 is completed, the tea packing box can be moved to the rotating plate 903 at the left end of the real-time weighing device 906, and the tea packing box is sent into the storage box 104 to be filled with paste box through the fifth motor 902.
