The tap cover 653 is rotatably mounted to the mount and partially encases the mount from its top and its end remote from the front cover 32.
Fig. 15 is a schematic perspective view of a liquid outlet assembly with a tap cover opened in an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 15, the tap cover 653 is rotatably coupled to the mount by a rotation shaft. The shaft is disposed at a position slightly apart from the front cover 32 at the bottom center of the mount. The tap cover 653 can rotate around the rotation shaft in the clockwise direction as shown in fig. 13. The top of the mount formed by the first side cover 651 and the second side cover 652 and the end of the mount away from the front cover 32 are provided with a case groove for mounting the hose 73 of the first sexual pipe 70 and the tap 72.
During the process of installing the disposable tube 70, the user needs to open the tap cover 653, that is, rotate the tap cover 653 so that the housing groove of the mount is exposed to mount the hose 73 of the disposable tube 70 and the mouthpiece 72 into the housing groove.
A rubber strip 655 is also provided on the faucet upper cover 653 near the front cover 32, between the faucet upper cover 653 and the mount.

When the pressing block 67 is at the initial position, the tip core 723 of the wine outlet seals the seat 721 of the wine outlet, the wine outlet 72 is in a closed state, and the wine cannot flow out from the wine outlet 72.
When the wrench 68 drives the mandrel 66 to rotate clockwise as shown in fig. 13, the pressing block 67 is also rotated clockwise, so as to push the tap seat 721 of the tap 72 to move towards the tap head 722, that is, the tap top 723 relatively moves towards the opposite direction of the tap seat 721, so as to open the tap 72, and under the action of the air pressure filled in the wine barrel 10, the wine in the inner bag flows out from the outlet of the tap 72 along the tap top 71 and the hose 73 of the disposable tube 70 after flowing to the tap 72.
The bottom of the portion of the press block 67 connected to the spindle joint 664 (in the direction approaching the base 31) is further provided with a return spring 672, one end of the return spring 672 abuts against the mounting seat of the liquid outlet assembly 60, and the other end abuts against the bottom of the portion of the press block 67 connected to the spindle joint 664. When the wrench 68 rotates the spindle 66 in a clockwise direction as viewed in fig. 13, the return spring is in a compressed state.
When the user finishes the wine, the wrench 68 is released, and the pressing block 67 rotates in the counterclockwise direction as shown in fig. 13 under the elastic force of the return spring 672, and returns to the initial position.
Fig. 16 is a schematic view of a process of using a beverage making apparatus in an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 16, the specific process of using the wine making device 100 provided in this embodiment for making wine is as follows:
step S1, removing the top cover 36, opening the rotary tap cover 653 (i.e., rotating the tap cover 653 in the clockwise direction in fig. 13) to expose the housing groove on the mounting base of the liquid outlet assembly 60, preparing the disposable tube 70 for installation, and then proceeding to step S2;
step S2, the wine outlet top core 71 of the disposable pipe 70 is installed on the wine outlet top core installation part of the air inlet fixing frame 53 through the through hole positioned at the center of the liner 43, then the hose 73 connected to the wine outlet top core 71 is sequentially clamped on the hose clamping strip 431, the decorative cover groove 375, the rubber pad groove 621 and the shell groove, then the wine outlet nozzle head 722 of the wine outlet nozzle 72 is clamped in the buckle 657, the rotary tap upper cover 653 is closed (namely, the tap upper cover 653 is rotated in the anticlockwise direction of FIG. 13), and then the step S3 is carried out;
Step S3, mounting the wine barrel 10 into the wine beating device 100, mounting the wine spear 20 on the air inlet fixing frame 53 after passing through the through hole in the middle of the inner container 43, enabling the wine top core to prop open the sealing top core 25 of the wine spear 20, rotating the wine barrel 10 to enable the clamping structure on the wine spear seat 21 of the wine spear 20 to be matched with the corresponding clamping structure on the air inlet fixing frame 53, enabling the wine barrel 10 to be fixed in the wine beating device 100, and then entering step S4;
step S4, covering the top cover 36, and then entering step S5;
step S5, pressing down the front cover micro switch 321, and starting the air pump motor and the refrigerator at the moment; because the air pump motor is started, the air charging assembly charges air between the wine barrel 10 and the inner bag until the pressure sensed by the pressure sensor (i.e. the pressure switch) reaches a threshold value, namely stopping charging; in addition, the refrigerator starts to lower the temperature of the liner 43, the control module controls the refrigerator to work according to the temperature detection result of the temperature sensor 81, so that the temperature is always kept between the lowest temperature threshold and the highest temperature threshold, and then the step S6 is performed;
in step S6, the wine glass is placed below the liquid outlet assembly 60, the wrench 68 is turned to achieve wine making, and then the wine bottle is put into an end state.
During the process of beating wine using the wine beating apparatus 100, the air pressure display part 322, the capacity display part 323 and the temperature display part 324 on the front cover 32 respectively display whether the air pressure in the wine barrel 10 is too high (i.e. whether the air pressure is higher than a threshold value), the residual capacity in the wine barrel 10 and the temperature of the wine liquid. The rapid cooling display unit 325 is turned on when the compressor is cooling, and prompts the user that the wine making device 100 is cooling.
