Working principle: according to the width of the corrugated paper to be cut, the threaded rod 602 on the fixing plate 601 is rotated to drive the distance adjusting plate 603 to move on the cutting table 1, the distance between the distance adjusting plate 603 and the positioning plate 4 is adjusted to be equal to the width size of the corrugated paper according to the scale on the cutting table 1, the motor A3 is controlled to start to drive the serrated blade 2 to rotate, the hand bar 502 is pulled to drive the pinch roller 504 on the wheel sleeve 503 to lift upwards, the corrugated paper to be cut enters from the rear side of the cutting table 1 and is placed against the distance adjusting plate 603, the hand bar 502 is loosened, under the action of the first spring 505, the pinch roller 504 is pressed on the corrugated paper, the motor B701 is controlled to start to drive the lead screw 702 to rotate, the lead screw 702 drives the double-hole sleeve 704 to continuously move, the double-hole sleeve 704 drives the push plate 706 to continuously advance the corrugated paper until the corrugated paper is cut by the serrated blade 2, cutting the surplus size part, only leaving the part between the positioning plate 4 and the distance adjusting plate 603, in the cutting process of the saw blade 2, controlling the negative pressure fan 11 to start to form negative pressure in the collecting cavity, sucking the scraps generated by cutting into the collecting box 10 through the scraps inlet groove 9 to collect the scraps, continuously advancing the corrugated paper after finishing the width cutting and reaching the U-shaped supporting plate 801, controlling the C motor 802 to start to drive the cam 803 to continuously rotate, continuously pressing the cutting blade 804 by the cam 803 to enable the cutting blade 804 to move downwards and cut the corrugated paper, resetting the cutting blade 804 under the rebound effect of the second spring 807, giving the corrugated paper an advance neutral gear, enabling the advance distance of the corrugated paper to be the cutting length, pushing the cut corrugated paper to fall into the collecting box 12 to collect, and taking out the collecting box 12 to process after finishing the cutting.

1. A corrugated paper cutting device, comprising:

the adjustable distance mechanism (6) is arranged at the top of the cutting table (1), the adjustable distance mechanism (6) is used for assisting in positioning when corrugated paper with different widths is cut, the adjustable distance mechanism (6) comprises a fixing plate (601), a threaded rod (602) and a distance adjusting plate (603), the fixing plate (601) is fixedly arranged at the top of the cutting table (1), the threaded rod (602) is arranged on the fixing plate (601) in a threaded manner, the distance adjusting plate (603) is arranged at the top of the cutting table (1), and one end of the threaded rod (602) is rotatably arranged on one outer surface of the distance adjusting plate (603).
