Claims (6)

1. A municipal refuse recovery method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
S1, pouring garbage into a water bath tank body (1) through a first feed hopper (101);
S2, enough hot water which is enough to melt solid grease in the garbage is injected into the water bath tank body (1);
S3, rotating a stirring piece (16) to fully mix the garbage in the water bath tank body (1) with hot water, so that the garbage with medium and light specific gravity floats, and the garbage with heavy specific gravity sinks on the sieve plate (103);
s4, conveying the garbage floating on the water bath tank body (1) to a second feeding hopper (201) by circularly moving a conveying chain belt (5);
S5, the garbage in the second feeding hopper (201) falls down onto the dispersing table (14) and is dispersed, then falls down through the discharging opening (22), in the process, the lighter garbage obliquely falls into the light garbage can (7) under the negative pressure adsorption effect of the negative pressure can (15), is discharged by the first discharging pipe (202), can scrape the light garbage adsorbed on the negative pressure can (15) through the upward and downward movement of the scraping ring (21), and the heavier garbage falls to the bottom of the classifying can (2) outside the light garbage can (7) and is discharged by the second discharging pipe (203);
S6, after suspended garbage in the water bath tank body (1) is cleaned, a control valve on a blow-down pipe (102) is opened, sewage of the water bath tank body (1) enters a sludge filtering liner (6) through the blow-down pipe (102), enters a cache water tank (10) through a filtering hole, enters a grease recovery tank (11), is cooled through a condensing pipe (17), grease is condensed on the surface of the sewage, and the sewage is discharged through a screen;
S7, after sewage in the water bath tank body (1) is discharged, starting the auger conveyor (4), starting to convey heavy garbage on the sieve plate (103), enabling the garbage to fall into the feed hopper III (301), adsorbing iron-containing garbage through the magnetic raised strips (18), enabling the garbage to continuously fall down into the crushing tank body (3), enabling the cutting piece (901) to rotate along the central shaft (9), continuously crushing the garbage, and finally discharging the crushed heavy garbage through the slag discharge pipe (302);
The recycling treatment equipment of the municipal garbage recycling method comprises a water bath device, a winnowing device and a crushing device, wherein the water bath device comprises a water bath tank body (1), a first feeding hopper (101) is arranged at the top of the water bath tank body (1), and an oil-slurry separating mechanism is connected to the bottom of the water bath tank body (1);
The air separation device comprises a classification tank body (2), a feed hopper II (201) is arranged at the top of the classification tank body (2), a conveying chain belt (5) is connected to one side of the top of the water bath tank body (1), the feed hopper II (201) is located right below a discharging end of the conveying chain belt (5), a dispersing table (14) and a light garbage can (7) are fixed at the center of the inside of the classification tank body (2), a negative pressure barrel (15) is arranged at the bottom of the dispersing table (14), adsorption holes are formed in the negative pressure barrel (15), the bottom of the negative pressure barrel (15) extends to the inside of the light garbage can (7), a discharge pipe II (203) is arranged at the bottom of the classification tank body (2), and a discharge pipe I (202) for discharging garbage in the light garbage can (7) is further arranged at the bottom of the classification tank body (2).

the oil-mud separating mechanism comprises a mud filtering liner (6) and a buffer water tank (10), wherein an installation opening for embedding the mud filtering liner (6) is formed in the top of the buffer water tank (10), one side of the buffer water tank (10) is connected with an oil recovery groove (11), a screen plate is arranged at the discharge end of the oil recovery groove (11), and a condensing pipe (17) is paved at the bottom of the inside of the oil recovery groove (11);
A blanking opening (22) is formed between the outer side wall of the dispersing table (14) and the inner wall of the classifying tank body (2);
the scraping ring (21) is movably sleeved on the outer wall of the negative pressure cylinder (15), and the dispersing table (14) is provided with an air cylinder (20) for driving the scraping ring (21) to move up and down along the negative pressure cylinder (15);
a drain pipe (102) is arranged at the bottom of the water bath tank body (1), a control valve is arranged on the drain pipe (102), and a filter hole is formed in the side wall of the sludge filter liner (6);
the crushing tank body (3) is internally provided with a central shaft (9) in a rotating mode, the central shaft (9) in the crushing tank body (3) is fixedly provided with a cutting piece (901), and the inner wall surface of the feeding hopper III (301) is uniformly provided with magnetic raised strips (18).
