Background
When the PE felt hose for repairing the underground pipeline is rolled to the poured colloid, the PE felt hose is uniformly rolled out for preventing the PE felt hose from being wrinkled, and the PE felt hose needs to be manually flattened and impregnated uniformly. In order to solve the problem, a practical rolling device is designed, the pressure of a pressing roller is regulated by controlling a lifter through a servo motor, and colloid of a PE felt hose is uniformly rolled, so that the problem is well solved. The labor is effectively saved, and the quality of the rolling colloid is improved.

The invention aims to overcome the technical defects, and provides the impregnating and rolling device which is simple and practical in operation, simple in installation of the press roller, convenient to detach, uniform in stress and capable of improving the quality and efficiency of impregnating and rolling.

The lower end of the fixing rod 301 is provided with the mounting base 307, so that the fixing is convenient, the upper end of the screw 303 is provided with the flange head, and the screw is convenient to connect with the screw protection sleeve 302.
When the glue tube is used specifically, after the glue tube is poured into the felt hose, the press roller 5 is pressed above the hose filled with glue, the pressure of the press roller 5 is controlled by controlling the lifting of the lifting structure through the servo motor 2, and the roller of the press roller 5 moves on the felt hose at a certain pressure through the specific speed of the felt hose, so that the phenomenon of wrinkling of the hose is prevented, and the glue is uniformly impregnated.
