Background
The sewage treatment filler is a certain measure or method which is adopted for enabling sewage to reach certain set standards after being treated by a certain method, and is discharged into water, discharged into a certain water body or reused and the like. The filler mainly used in the current organic wastewater treatment process comprises granular filler, irregular porous filler, honeycomb or corrugated plate filler, light spherical filler and the like.
When the wastewater treatment filler is prepared, the current wastewater treatment filler preparation device mixes and prepares various raw materials after crushing the raw materials, so that the raw materials are uneven, the quality of the wastewater treatment filler prepared by mixing is low, and large particles are mixed in the wastewater treatment filler, so that the uniformity of various raw materials of the wastewater treatment filler is affected.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding box arranged at one side of the top end of the feeding hopper, a vibrating screen arranged obliquely is arranged in the feeding box, the lowest end of the vibrating screen is connected with the inner edge of the top end of the feeding hopper, a feeding hole is reserved between one end, close to the feeding hopper, of the feeding box and the lowest end of the vibrating screen, and two reinforcing rib plates connected with the bottom end of the feeding box are arranged at one side of the feeding hopper.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the raw material grinding mechanism comprises a grinding wall which is arranged in a grinding cylinder body and has a trapezoid cross section, a plurality of connecting rods which are annular and distributed at equal intervals and are positioned above the grinding wall are arranged on the inner wall of the grinding cylinder body, a circular mounting plate is arranged at the inner end part of each connecting rod, the bottom end of each mounting plate is connected with a grinding stone matched with the grinding wall through a rotating shaft, and a second gear motor for driving the grinding stone to rotate is arranged at the top end of each mounting plate.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the diameter of the mounting plate is larger than the maximum diameter of the outer wall of the grinding stone, and the edge of the mounting plate is provided with a protective cover which is umbrella-shaped and covers the upper part of the second gear motor; the top end of the grinding wall is provided with an outwards inclined guide slope.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the raw material screening mechanism comprises a guide filtering screen plate which is arranged on the inner wall of a screening box body and distributed in an S shape, the topmost end of the guide filtering screen plate is connected with the topmost end of the left side wall of the inner wall of the screening box body, the right side wall of the screening box body is provided with a plurality of first guide plates which incline downwards, one side of the screening box body is provided with a discharge plate which is connected with the bottommost end of the guide filtering screen plate and is U-shaped, and the bottom end of the screening box body is provided with a discharge hopper.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the material guiding filter screen plate comprises a plurality of sections of filter screen plates which incline downwards and a second material guiding plate which is connected with the lowest end of the filter screen plate and incline downwards reversely, the lowest end of the second material guiding plate is connected with the topmost end of the filter screen plate through a connecting plate, and the lowest end of the first material guiding plate is arranged towards the connecting plate.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the bottom end of the discharge hopper is provided with a plurality of vertical downward supporting legs, and the bottom ends of the supporting legs are provided with foot brake universal wheels.
The preparation process of the wastewater treatment filler comprises the wastewater treatment filler preparation device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step 1, pouring raw materials into a feeding box, and vibrating the raw materials up and down on an inclined vibrating screen so that the raw materials uniformly enter the feeding hopper and enter the crushing box from the feeding hopper;

Examples: as shown in fig. 1, the wastewater treatment filler preparation device comprises a crushing box body 1, wherein a raw material crushing mechanism 2 for crushing raw materials is arranged in the crushing box body 1, a feed hopper 3 for placing the raw materials in the crushing box body 1 is arranged at the top end of the crushing box body 1, and a feeding mechanism 4 for uniformly feeding the raw materials is arranged in the feed hopper 3; the bottom end of the crushing box body 1 is communicated with a grinding cylinder body 5, and a raw material grinding mechanism 6 for grinding crushed raw materials is arranged at the inner end of the grinding cylinder body 5; the bottom end of the raw material grinding mechanism 5 is communicated with a screening box body 7, a raw material screening mechanism 8 for screening ground raw materials is arranged in the screening box body 7, a raw material grinding mechanism 2 is arranged in the grinding box body 1, the raw materials in the grinding box body 1 can be ground by the raw material grinding mechanism 2, the ground raw materials enter the grinding box body, and the raw material grinding mechanism 6 arranged in the grinding box body can grind the ground raw materials in the grinding box body, so that the raw material treatment is more uniform, the quality of the wastewater treatment filler preparation is better, the large particles are prevented from being mixed in the prepared wastewater treatment filler particles, and the proportion of various raw materials after the wastewater treatment filler is mixed is prevented from being influenced; the raw material screening mechanism 8 can further screen the ground raw materials, so that the quality of the wastewater treatment filler preparation is further improved; the feeding mechanism 4 arranged therein can evenly feed the raw materials, so that the crushing effect of the raw material crushing mechanism 2 on the raw materials is better.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the raw material crushing mechanism 2 includes two main crushing rollers 9 and auxiliary crushing rollers 10 which are arranged inside the crushing box 1 and mutually matched with each other to crush raw materials, two opposite side plates of the crushing box 1 are inwards arranged, the distance from the side plates to the side wall of the crushing box 1 is 20-30cm, a first gear motor 11 which drives the main crushing rollers 9 to rotate is arranged on one side plate of the crushing box 1, a limiting component 12 which limits two end rotating shafts of the auxiliary crushing rollers 10 is arranged on the crushing box 1, the limiting component 12 comprises a positioning hole 13 which is formed in the rear side plate of the crushing box 1, a limiting rod 14 is penetrated into the positioning hole 13, a limiting hole 15 which is matched with the limiting rod 14 and is penetrated by the limiting rod 14 is formed in the rotating shaft of the auxiliary crushing rollers 10, one end of the limiting rod 14, external threads are arranged at one end of the limiting rod 14, which is connected with two locking nuts 16 which are positioned on two sides of the rear side plate of the crushing box 1, an output shaft of the first gear motor 11 drives the main crushing rollers 9 to rotate, the main crushing rollers 9 are matched with the main crushing rollers 10 are positioned on the two sides of the side plates, the auxiliary crushing rollers 10 are positioned on the two sides of the limiting rod 14, the main crushing rollers 10 can be prevented from penetrating through the limiting rod 14, and the two side plates of the main crushing rollers 10 are positioned on the two side plates, and the two side plates are positioned on the side plates, and the side plates of the main crushing roller 1 are matched with the main crushing roller 10, and the main crushing roller 10 and can pass through the two side and can be conveniently and far through the limiting rod 10.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the raw material grinding mechanism 6 includes a grinding wall 21 disposed in the grinding cylinder 5 and having a trapezoid cross section, a plurality of annular connecting rods 22 distributed at equal intervals and located above the grinding wall 21 are disposed on the inner wall of the grinding cylinder 5, a circular mounting plate 23 is disposed at the inner end of the plurality of connecting rods 22, a grinding stone 24 matched with the grinding wall 21 is connected to the bottom end of the mounting plate 23 via a rotating shaft, a second gear motor 25 for driving the grinding stone 24 to rotate is mounted at the top end of the mounting plate 23, the diameter of the mounting plate 23 is larger than the maximum diameter of the outer wall of the grinding stone 24, and a protective cover 26 which is umbrella-shaped and covers the upper side of the second gear motor 25 is disposed at the edge of the mounting plate 23; the top end of the grinding wall 21 is provided with an outwards inclined guide slope 27, and after the crushed raw materials enter the grinding cylinder 5, the output shaft of the second gear motor 25 drives the grinding stone 24 to rotate, and the grinding stone 24 is matched with the grinding wall 21 to grind the crushed raw materials, so that the crushed raw materials are more uniformly processed; wherein, the setting of protection casing 26 makes the crushed raw materials roll down along umbrella-shaped protection casing 26, has avoided the raw materials to fall to the mounting panel 23 and has caused extravagant, and the setting of guide slope 27 is convenient for crushed raw materials enters into between grinding stone 24 and the grinding wall 21.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the raw material screening mechanism 8 includes a section of guide screening screen 28 disposed on the inner wall of the screening box 7 and distributed in S shape, and the topmost end of the guide screening screen 28 is connected with the topmost end of the left side wall of the inner wall of the screening box 7, the right side wall of the screening box 7 is provided with a plurality of first guide plates 29 inclined downward, one side of the screening box 7 is provided with a discharge plate 29 connected with the bottommost end of the guide screening screen 28 and having a U shape, and the bottom end of the screening box 7 is provided with a discharge hopper 30, the guide screening screen 28 includes a plurality of sections of filter screen 31 inclined downward and a second guide plate 32 connected with the bottommost end of the filter screen 31 and inclined downward in reverse direction, and the bottommost end of the second guide plate 32 is connected with the topmost end of the filter screen 31 via a connection plate 33, the bottommost end of the first guide plate 29 is disposed toward the connection plate 33, the ground raw material enters into the interior of the screening box 7, the ground raw material falls down along the guide screening screen 28, passes through the filter screen 31 and continues to pass through the discharge hopper 30 from the first guide screen 31 to pass through the filter screen 31; wherein the second guide plate 32 can provide a good guiding function for the acceptable raw material.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the bottom end of the discharge hopper 30 is provided with a plurality of vertically downward supporting legs 34, and the bottom end of the supporting legs 34 is provided with a foot brake universal wheel 35, so that the wastewater treatment filler preparation device can be moved conveniently.
During operation, the raw material crushing mechanism 2 is arranged in the crushing box body 1, the raw material crushing mechanism 2 can crush the raw materials in the crushing box body 1, the crushed raw materials enter the grinding box body, and the raw material grinding mechanism 6 arranged in the grinding box body can grind the crushed raw materials in the grinding box body, so that the raw material treatment is more uniform, the quality of the wastewater treatment filler preparation is better, the large particles are prevented from being mixed in the prepared wastewater treatment filler particles, and the proportion of various raw materials after the wastewater treatment filler is mixed is influenced; the raw material screening mechanism 8 can further screen the ground raw materials, so that the quality of the wastewater treatment filler preparation is further improved; the feeding mechanism 4 arranged therein can evenly feed the raw materials, so that the crushing effect of the raw material crushing mechanism 2 on the raw materials is better.
A process for preparing a wastewater treatment filler comprising a wastewater treatment filler preparation apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
step 1, pouring raw materials into a feeding box 17, and vibrating the raw materials up and down on an inclined vibrating screen 18 to enable the raw materials to uniformly enter the feeding hopper 3 and enter the crushing box body 1 from the feeding hopper 3;
step 2, the raw materials entering the crushing box body 1 drive a main crushing roller 9 to rotate under the operation of a first gear motor 11, the main crushing roller 9 and an auxiliary crushing roller 10 are matched to crush the raw materials, and the crushed raw materials enter the grinding cylinder body 5 from the bottom end of the crushing box body 1;
step 3, the raw materials in the grinding cylinder 5 drive the grinding stone 24 to rotate under the operation of the second gear motor, the grinding stone 24 is matched with the grinding wall 21 on the inner wall of the grinding cylinder 5 to grind the crushed raw materials, and the ground raw materials enter the screening box body 7;
and 4, under the screening of the multi-section filter screen plate 31 of the guide filter screen plate 28, the internal raw materials of the screening box 7 enter the discharge hopper 30 through the filter screen plate 28, and the unqualified coarse raw materials are discharged from the discharge plate 29.
