The suction device is arranged outside the box body 1, the hose 8 movably penetrates through the box body 1, two rollers 9 for clamping the hose 8 are rotatably arranged on the outer wall of the box body 1, as shown in fig. 4, arc-shaped grooves 26 for placing the hose 8 are formed in the circumferential direction of the rollers 9, and the rollers 9 are connected with a first motor 25. The two rollers 9 rotate simultaneously to control the movement of the clamped hose 8, so that the hose 8 can conveniently move together with the suction hood 11, and the hose 8 can be normally recovered. A rubber pad may be placed in the arcuate slot 26 to increase friction with the hose 8 to better control movement of the hose 8. The rotational speed of the first motor 25 is adapted to the speed of movement of the suction hood 11, so that the hose 8 is always kept in a straightened state during the movement of the suction hood 11. The suction device comprises a suction pump 4, the suction pump 4 being connected with a first suction tube 7 connected with a hose 8. The box 1 is connected with a second suction pipe 5 positioned below the filter plate 13, the second suction pipe 5 is connected with a first suction pipe 7, and a three-way valve 6 is arranged at the joint of the second suction pipe 5 and the first suction pipe 7. The second suction pipe 5 can suck air below the filter plate 13, so that negative pressure is generated below the filter plate 13 to accelerate the filtration of engine oil, and the filtration time is shortened. By switching the three-way valve 6, the first suction pipe 7 or the second suction pipe 5 is made to perform suction operation, reducing the use of the suction pump 4.
The driving device comprises a guide rod 12 which transversely penetrates through the suction cover 11 and is fixed on the box body 1, and a screw rod 10 which transversely penetrates through the suction cover 11 in a threaded manner and is rotationally connected with the box body 1, wherein the screw rod 10 movably penetrates through the box body 1 and is connected with a second motor 18. The second motor 18 drives the screw rod 10 to rotate, so that the suction hood 11 is driven to move transversely, and the guide rod 12 limits the suction hood 11 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the top of the suction hood 11 is vertically provided with a through hole 20, the inner wall of the suction hood 11 is movably provided with an annular scraping plate 24, the annular scraping plate 24 is connected with a tension spring 23 fixed at the top of the suction hood 11, the annular scraping plate 24 is connected with a blocking plate 21 for blocking the through hole 20 through a connecting piece 22, and the upper surface of the box body 1 is provided with an electric telescopic rod 19 for pushing the annular scraping plate 24 to move downwards through the through hole 20.
When the suction hood 11 performs suction operation, the blocking plate 21 blocks the through hole 20, normal suction of the suction hood 11 is ensured, part of sucked impurities can be attached to the inner wall of the suction hood 11, and the annular scraping plate 24 can prevent the impurities from continuously moving upwards along the inner wall so as to block the pipe orifice of the hose 8. When the suction hood 11 moves to the upper part of the guide pipe 16, the annular scraping plate 24 is driven by the electric telescopic rod 19 to move downwards, attached impurities are scraped, the impurities are prevented from accumulating too much and entering the hose 8 beyond the annular scraping plate 24, the specific driving process is as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod 19 penetrates through the through hole 20 and pushes the blocking plate 21 open, meanwhile, the tension spring 23 is stretched, the blocking plate 21 pushes the annular scraping plate 24 to move downwards through the connecting piece 22, after the impurities are scraped, the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod 19 is retracted, and the annular scraping plate 24 and the blocking plate 21 are reset under the elastic force of the tension spring 23.
The sealing plate 15 movably penetrates through the box body 1 and is connected with a connecting plate 17, and the connecting plate 17 is detachably connected to the box body 1 through a screw. After the connection plate 17 is connected to the case 1, the sealing plate 15 is kept to seal the guide tube 16, and when the sealing plate 15 needs to be opened, only the screw on the connection plate 17 needs to be disassembled and the connection plate 17 needs to be pulled out.
The upper surface of the sealing plate 15 is fixedly connected with a baffle plate 14, and two sides of the baffle plate 14 are in sealing fit with the inner wall of the box body 1. The baffle plate 14 is matched with the suction hood 11 to control the engine oil to be filtered in the middle area of the filter plate 13, so that the engine oil is prevented from moving to two sides of the box body 1 and is not filtered to cause accumulation, and the movement of the suction hood 11 is prevented from being influenced. The baffle 14 is movably sleeved on the guide rod 12, so that the movement stability of the baffle 14 can be further improved.
