The PPH oversized plastic storage tank winding production apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the cleaning mechanism (5) comprises a belt II (501), a belt pulley III (502), a rotating rod (503), an elliptical rotary disc (504), a first spring (505), a shaking frame (506), a fixed shaft (507), a cleaning roller (508), a knocking frame (509) and a knocking head (510), wherein the top end of the belt II (501) is connected with the belt pulley II (404) in a transmission manner, the belt pulley III (502) is connected with the bottom end of the belt II (501) in a transmission manner, the rotating rod (503) is fixedly connected with the middle part of the belt pulley III (502), the elliptical rotary disc (504) is fixedly connected with the rotating rod (503) close to the right end, the first spring (505) is fixedly connected with the top of the base (1) at the left side of the positioning frame (406), the shaking frame (506) is fixedly connected with the top end of the first spring (505), the fixed shaft (507) is fixedly connected with the rear side of the top of the shaking frame (506), the cleaning roller (508) is rotatably connected with the inner side of the fixed shaft (507) in a fixed side of the knocking frame (509) in a fixed side, and the knocking head (510) is arranged at the top of the knocking frame (509).

A PPH oversized plastic tank winding production device according to claim 3, wherein: the dust blowing mechanism (6) comprises a connecting plate (601), an air bag (602) and a dust blowing pipe (603), wherein the connecting plate (601) is fixedly connected to the rear end of the outer side of the shaking frame (506), the air bag (602) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the connecting plate (601), and the dust blowing pipe (603) is fixedly connected to the top of the front face of the air bag (602).
