In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the rod mill type sand making machine comprises a sand making machine frame 100, a lower supporting plate 200 and two rod mill assemblies 300, wherein the lower supporting plate 200 is arranged on the sand making machine frame 100, the center part of the lower supporting plate 200 is provided with a falling opening 210 with a screen plate, the two rod mill assemblies 300 are respectively hinged on two opposite side parts of the lower supporting plate 200, the two rod mill assemblies 300 are used for clamping stone blocks and grinding the stone blocks in a roller mill rotating manner, the rod mill type sand making machine further comprises an upper transverse frame 400 and a lower pressing piece 500, the upper transverse frame 400 is arranged at the top end part of the sand making machine frame 100, the lower pressing piece 500 is arranged on the upper transverse frame 400 and used for pressing the stone blocks between the two rod mill assemblies 300 downwards, the upper transverse frame 400 is also provided with two transmission pieces, the lower pressing piece 500 is always in a downward moving trend, the lower pressing piece 500 is connected with the two transmission pieces after being moved downwards for a distance, a support arm 600 is arranged on the outer wall of each rod mill assembly 300, and the top of the two transmission pieces 600 are respectively connected with the two support arms.
In the embodiment of the invention, stones are placed between two rod mill assemblies 300, the lower pressing piece 500 is pressed against the stones from the top, the side walls of the stones are always contacted with the rod mill assemblies 300 due to gravity and the pressing of the lower pressing piece 500, the rod mill assemblies 300 gradually roll the stones in a roll mill manner, sand of the rod mill falls on the screen plates at the falling openings 210 and falls through the screen holes of the screen plates, the volumes of the stones are gradually reduced under the rod mill effect of the rod mill assemblies 300, the stones gradually move downwards to ensure that the side walls of the stones are always contacted with the rod mill assemblies 300, the lower pressing piece 500 is connected with a transmission piece after the downward movement of the stones and the downward movement of the lower pressing piece 500 for a certain distance, and the transmission piece is moved downwards to drive the two rod mill assemblies 300 to be close together so that the rod mill assemblies 300 can clamp the stones and improve the contact surface of the rod mill assemblies 300 and the side walls of the stones, thereby improving the grinding degree and maintaining the grinding state when the stones are completely ground.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rod mill assembly 300 includes a side plate 310 and a plurality of grinding rollers 330, the top of the side plate 310 has a transmission box 360, one end of each of the plurality of rod mill shafts 320 extends into the transmission box 360 in a rotating manner, two adjacent rod mill shafts 320 are connected in a transmission manner through a gear transmission pair 340, a rod mill motor 350 is further disposed on the transmission box 360, the output end of the rod mill motor 350 is connected with the end of one of the rod mill shafts 320, and each of the rod mill shafts 320 is provided with a grinding roller 330 with a protrusion.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of lower grinding rollers 220 are disposed on the upper side of the drop port 210, and two ends of the lower grinding rollers 220 are respectively rotatably connected with two ends of the drop port 210, the lower grinding rollers 220 can rotate and scrape the bottom of the stone, and the lower grinding rollers 220 can also grind the sand generated by the rod grinding of the rod grinding assembly 300, and the arrangement of the lower grinding rollers 220 can continuously refine the sand and scrape the bottom of the stone which cannot be contacted by the two rod grinding assemblies 300, so that the comprehensiveness of the stone abrasive is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, two baffle plate members 240 are further disposed on the lower support plate 200 and are respectively located at two ends of the drop port 210, one end of the baffle plate member 240 near the drop port 210 is connected with the end surface of the lower support plate 200 in a damping rotation manner through a connection support 230, a support member 250 for supporting the baffle plate member 240 is disposed at the side portion of the lower support plate 200, and the baffle plate member 240 is in a horizontal state under the support of the support member 250.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the lower pressing member 500 includes a pressing rod 510, an upper plate 520 and a pressing spring 530 in a stretched state, the pressing rod 510 is slidably inserted through the middle of the upper cross frame 400, the bottom end of the pressing rod 510 has a pressing portion, the upper plate 520 is disposed at the top end of the pressing rod 510 and is connected between the upper plate 520 and the upper cross frame 400 by the pressing spring 530, and both ends of the upper plate 520 have connecting members 540 capable of being connected to a transmission member, in this embodiment, since the pressing portion is always pressed against the top of a stone block, the pressing spring 530 is always in a pulling rope state, when the stone block is gradually contracted and moves downward, under the elastic force of the pressing spring 530, the upper plate 520 and the pressing rod 510 move downward, the connecting members 540 move downward along with the upper plate 520 and are gradually connected to the transmission member, and after the upper plate 520 is connected to the transmission member, the upper plate 520 can make the two support arm members 600 move toward each other.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the upper plate 520 is further provided with a weight water tank 560, the sand making frame 100 is provided with a water storage tank 580, the water storage tank 580 is communicated with the weight water tank 560 through a water guide pipe 570, and in the embodiment of the invention, the water storage tank 580 can inject water into the weight water tank 560 through the water guide pipe 570, so that the overall weight of the weight water tank 560 is adjusted, the pressing force of the pressing piece 500 on stones is further adjusted, the pressure between the stones and the rod mill assembly 300 is improved, and the rod mill stones are facilitated.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the upper cross frame 400 includes a fixed frame 410 and a middle guide block 420, wherein the side portion of the fixed frame 410 is fixedly connected with the lower support plate 200, the middle guide block 420 is disposed in the middle of the fixed frame 410, and a guide hole for the pressing rod 510 to penetrate is formed in the middle of the middle guide block 420;
in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the two ends of the upper plate 520 are hinged with the brace members 550, the fixed frame 410 is further provided with two sets of support grooves 430 symmetrical with the middle guide block 420, and the bottoms of the brace members 550 can be blocked into the support grooves 430, wherein before the stone is placed between the two rod mill assemblies 300, the support members 510 and the upper plate 520 are supported in a high position by blocking the bottom ends of the brace members 550 into the support grooves 430, so that the bottom ends of the brace members 510 are prevented from obstructing the stone from entering between the two rod mill assemblies 300.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the end of the arm member 600 away from the rod mill assembly 300 is provided with a through hole along the length direction of the rod, the connecting member 540 is a longitudinal rack, the transmission member comprises a transmission wire member 440 and a deflector rod 470, the transmission wire member 440 is rotatably arranged on the fixed frame 410, the axis of the transmission wire member 440 is parallel to the length direction of the fixed frame 410, the transmission wire member 440 is provided with a screw seat 460 in screw fit with the transmission wire member 440 and a transmission gear member 450 fixedly connected with the screw seat 460, the connecting member 540 corresponds to the transmission gear member 450 and can be meshed with the transmission gear member 450 when contacting, a deflector rod 470 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the screw seat 460, the deflector rod 470 is in sliding fit with the fixed frame 410, the end of the deflector rod 470 extends into the through hole on the corresponding arm member 600, and in the embodiment of the present invention, when the connecting member 540 moves up or moves down along with the upper plate member 520, the connecting member 540 and the transmission gear member 450 can be meshed to enable the transmission wire member 440 to rotate the transmission wire member 440, the screw seat 460 drives the screw seat 460 to move, the screw rod 460 rotates on the upper plate 460, and the deflector rod 460 rotates the upper plate 470 and the upper plate 300 around the upper plate 300 or the lower plate assembly by the deflector rod 470 so as to be conveniently clamped by the rotation of the upper plate assembly 300 or the lower plate assembly.
In the above embodiment, there is provided a rod mill type sand making method, in which a stone is placed between two rod mill assemblies 300 and a pressing member 500 is pressed against the stone from the top, the side wall of the stone is always in contact with the rod mill assemblies 300 due to gravity and the pressing of the pressing member 500, the rod mill assemblies 300 gradually roll the stone in a roll mill manner, sand of the rod mill falls on a screen plate at a falling opening 210 and falls through the screen holes of the screen plate, the volume of the stone is gradually reduced under the rod mill action of the rod mill assemblies 300, so that the stone gradually moves down to ensure that the side wall of the stone is always in contact with the rod mill assemblies 300, the pressing member 500 is connected with a transmission member as the stone gradually moves down and the pressing member 500 moves down a distance, and the transmission member moves down to power the two rod mill assemblies 300 to draw the two rod mill assemblies 300 together, so that the rod mill assemblies 300 can clamp the stone and raise the contact surface of the rod mill assemblies 300 with the side wall of the stone, thereby raising the grinding material and the grinding state of the abrasive is maintained.
