Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides an assembled wall system and an installation method thereof, wherein components are assembled firstly, then assembly is carried out among the components, leveling is carried out among the components through a butt joint piece, and the wallboards are positioned on the same datum plane so as to improve the flatness of the assembled wallboards.
The invention provides an assembled wall system which comprises wall plate assemblies, female corner pieces and male corner assemblies, wherein the wall plate assemblies, the female corner pieces and the male corner assemblies can be connected in any pair, the wall plate assemblies comprise main keels and wall plates fixedly arranged on the main keels, the wall plate assemblies are mutually independent, and two adjacent wall plate assemblies are connected in a positioning mode through a butt joint piece.
The butt joint piece comprises a positioning part and a connecting part, wherein the positioning part and the connecting part are respectively connected with wallboards of two adjacent wallboard units, the positioning part is coplanar with the end face of the connecting part, and the positioning part and the end face of the connecting part are flat surfaces.
According to the preferred technical scheme, the positioning part is provided with the positioning grooves, a plurality of positioning grooves are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the flat connector in a straight line, and the wallboard is provided with the hanging buckle which can be in hanging fit with the positioning grooves.
According to the preferred technical scheme, the positioning groove comprises a guide opening extending inwards from the side edge of the butt joint piece and a limiting opening connected with the guide opening, and an included angle exists between the guide opening and the limiting opening.
According to the preferred technical scheme, the thickness of the positioning part is larger than that of the connecting part.
The invention has the preferable technical scheme that the reentrant corner piece comprises side plates which are intersected to form an included angle and a support piece arranged at the included angle, wherein the side plates are provided with reentrant corner positioning grooves which can be in hanging fit with the hanging buckle.
According to the technical scheme, the external corner assembly comprises an integrally formed external corner wallboard and a reinforcing plate arranged at an external corner included angle of the external corner wallboard, the reinforcing plate is attached to the external corner clamping angle, and a hanging buckle is arranged on one side of the external corner wallboard.
According to the technical scheme, the side edge of the wallboard is provided with the limit groove, the side edge of the connecting part is provided with the connecting plugboard, and when the connecting plugboard is in plug connection with the limit groove, the end face of the connecting part can be attached to the end face of the wallboard.
In the wallboard unit, two adjacent wallboards are connected in a positioning way through a secondary keel, limiting plugboards are arranged on two sides of the secondary keel, and the positioning plugboards are connected with the limiting grooves in a plug-in connection way.
A method of installing an assembled wall system, comprising the steps of:
s1, assembling a wallboard assembly;
S1.1, arranging two wallboards in a close fit manner, inserting a limiting plugboard of a secondary keel into limiting grooves of two adjacent wallboards, and fixing the secondary keel and the two wallboards through screws;
S1.2, repeating the step S1.1 until the main joists are of proper length, transversely arranging the main joists on the back of the wallboard, enabling the main joists to transversely span all the wallboards, and fixing the main joists and the wallboards through screws;
S1.3, arranging hanging buckles on the side edge of the wallboard at the tail end, arranging a plurality of hanging buckles at intervals along the length direction of the wallboard, and enabling the hanging buckles to be positioned on the same straight line to finish assembly of the wallboard assembly;
s2, splicing external corner components;
s2.1, attaching the reinforcing plate to the external corner wallboard, arranging the reinforcing plate at the external corner clamping angle, and fixing the reinforcing plate and the external corner wallboard through screws;
s2.2, arranging hanging buckles on the side edges of the external corner wallboard, arranging a plurality of hanging buckles at intervals along the length direction of the external corner wallboard, and enabling the hanging buckles to be positioned on the same straight line to finish the assembly of the external corner assembly;
S3, starting to install wallboard components or internal corner pieces or external corner components from the right side edge or the left side edge of the room inlet, and assembling sequentially according to the room structure;
S3.1, when splicing two wallboard assemblies, firstly inserting a connecting plugboard of a butt joint part into a limit groove of a wallboard, enabling the end face of a connecting part to be attached to the end face of the wallboard, fixing the butt joint part and the wallboard through a screw, then fastening and positioning the end face of the positioning part and the end face of the other wallboard through a hanging buckle of the positioning groove, and after confirming that the end face of the positioning part is attached to the end face of the other wallboard, fixing the butt joint part and the other wallboard through the screw, so as to complete the assembly of the two wallboard assemblies;
s3.2, when the wallboard assembly and the internal corner fitting are spliced, the wallboard is moved to the end part of the wallboard to be abutted against the outer wall of the supporting piece by the attaching side plate, the side plate and the wallboard are fixed through screws after the wallboard and the side plate are confirmed to be attached, the internal corner positioning groove is fastened and positioned with the other wallboard, the side plate and the wallboard are fixed through screws after the side plate and the wallboard are confirmed to be attached, and the assembly of the internal corner fitting and the wallboard assembly is completed;
S3.3, the step when splicing the external corner component and the internal corner piece is the same as S3.2, and the step when splicing the external corner component and the wallboard component is the same as S3.1.

The invention firstly assembles the components and then assembles the components, can effectively reduce the installation time and improve the installation efficiency, has fewer components in the components, is simpler and more convenient for leveling and adjusting the standard in the components, ensures the wall surface evenness of the whole wall surface system by leveling connection of the flush joint pieces, and is connected by screws after the components are positioned in advance by matching the hanging buckle and the positioning groove, thus being simple to operate and accurate in positioning.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other.
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, an assembled wall system includes a plurality of wall board assemblies 1, a plurality of external corner assemblies 2 and a plurality of internal corner members 3, wherein any two of the wall board assemblies 1 can be connected with each other in pairs, each wall board assembly 1 includes a main keel 12 and wall boards 11 fixedly arranged on the main keel 12, the wall board assemblies 1 are mutually independent, and leveling, positioning and connecting are performed between two adjacent wall board assemblies 1 through a butt joint 4. During assembly, assembly of the components is firstly carried out, assembly of the components is carried out around a room clockwise or anticlockwise, leveling and positioning are carried out between the components through structures such as a butt joint piece 4, flatness of an installation wall surface can be effectively improved, and installation efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, the wallboard assembly 1 comprises a main keel 12, wallboards 11 and a secondary keel 13, wherein limit grooves 111 are formed in two sides of the back end surface of the wallboards 11, the limit grooves 111 extend along the length direction of the wallboards 11, the secondary keel 13 is used for connecting two adjacent wallboards 11 in the same wallboard assembly 1, the end surface of the secondary keel 13 is a flat surface so as to be attached to the back end surface of the wallboards 11, the end surfaces of the two adjacent wallboards 11 can be kept coplanar after the wallboards 11 are connected with the secondary keel 13, the overall flatness of the wallboard assembly 1 is ensured, limit plugboards 131 are arranged at two ends of the secondary keel 13, and when the two adjacent wallboards 11 are connected, the limit plugboards 131 on the secondary keel 13 can be simultaneously inserted into the limit grooves 111 of the two wallboards 11 to initially position the two wallboards 11, and then the secondary keel 13 is fixedly connected with the two wallboards 11 through screws. When the screw is fixed, the positions of the screws are satisfied, and the joints of the auxiliary keels 13 and the two wallboards 11 are provided with the screws, as shown in fig. 9.
The main joist 12 is transversely arranged on the back of the wall plate 11 to increase the strength of the wall plate assembly 1, and in one wall plate assembly 1, the main joist 12 spans all the wall plates 11 and is fixedly connected with all the wall plates 11 and the auxiliary joist 13. In practical use, the width of the wallboard assembly 1 depends on the number of wallboards 11, the number of wallboards 11 should be adjusted according to practical measurement data, and the main joists 12 should be cut correspondingly, and in order to avoid the uneven phenomenon at the joint caused by extending the main joists 12, in one wallboard assembly 1, only one main joist 12 is arranged in the width direction of the wallboard assembly 11, that is, the maximum width of the wallboard assembly 1 depends on the length of the main joists 12, and in order to ensure the overall strength of the wallboard assembly 1, a plurality of main joists 12 should be arranged at uniform intervals in the height direction of the wallboard assembly 11. As in the present embodiment, three main runners 12 are provided along the length of the wall panel assembly 1 to strengthen the wall panel assembly 1.
Preferably, the side end surfaces of the wallboards 11 are also provided with sealing grooves, in the same wallboard assembly 1, the side end surfaces of two adjacent wallboards 11 are close to each other, a channel which can accommodate the sealing strip 14 is formed on each sealing groove, the sealing strip 14 is arranged in the channel, and when the bathroom wall is installed, the sealing strip 14 can be used for isolating water vapor and avoiding the wetting of parts such as the main joist 12, the auxiliary joist 13, the screws and the like.
In the same wallboard assembly 1, a hanging buckle 5 is arranged on the wallboard 11 at the outermost side of the wallboard assembly 1 and is used for being connected with another wallboard assembly 1 or a male corner assembly 2 or a female corner fitting 3 in cooperation with a butt joint piece 4.
Referring to fig. 3, the external corner assembly 2 includes an external corner wall board 21 and a reinforcing plate 22, the external corner wall board 21 is integrally formed to form an external corner included angle 211, and since the external corner wall board 21 is a whole board, in order to increase the structural strength of the external corner included angle 211, the reinforcing plate 22 is provided with the reinforcing plate 22 at the external corner included angle 211, the reinforcing plate 22 is of a bent structure, the angle of bending angle is the same as the angle of the external corner included angle 211, the bending angle of the reinforcing plate 22 is attached to the external corner included angle 211, the two sides of the bending angle of the reinforcing plate 22 are attached to the external corner wall board 21, the reinforcing plate 22 and the external corner wall board 21 are fixedly connected by screws, the fixing positions of the screws are satisfied, and the two sides of the external corner included angle 211 are provided with screws.
In this embodiment, the external corner clamping angle 211 is a right angle, the external corner wallboard 21 is a stone plastic board, the common stone plastic board is a double-layer structure, two board surfaces are arranged at intervals, and a connecting board is arranged between the two board surfaces so as to improve the rigidity of the stone plastic board. Because the external corner wallboard 21 is arranged at the external corner, the external corner included angle 211 is more outstanding and is easy to collide, and in order to further increase the structural strength of the external corner included angle 211 of the external corner wallboard 21, the external corner wallboard 21 is internally provided with the supporting square 23, and the two supporting square 23 are arranged at two sides of the external corner included angle 211 so as to increase the structural strength of two sides of the external corner included angle 211.
The external corner wall panel 21 is provided with a hanging buckle 5 at the side for connecting with another external corner piece or wall panel assembly 1 or connecting with an internal corner piece 3 by matching with the flat joint piece 4.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the butt joint 4 is used for connecting two adjacent wall board assemblies 1 or connecting wall board assemblies 1 and external corner assemblies 2, and comprises a connecting portion 41 and a positioning portion 42, which are connected, wherein the end surfaces of the connecting portion 41 and the positioning portion 42 are coplanar, and are respectively used for connecting two wall board assemblies 1. The coplanar end surfaces of the connecting part 41 and the positioning part 42 are flat surfaces, so that when the two wallboard assemblies 1 are connected, the connection is performed based on the end surfaces, and further the unification of the planes of the two wallboard assemblies 1 is ensured, and the flatness of the whole wall surface system is ensured. The positioning part 42 is provided with the positioning groove 43, the positioning groove 43 comprises a guide opening 431 and a limiting opening 432 which are connected, the caliber of the guide opening 431 is larger than that of the limiting opening 432, so that the hanging buckle 5 enters the limiting opening 432, an included angle exists between the guide opening 431 and the limiting opening 432, the positioning groove 43 is bent, and the hanging buckle 5 cannot conveniently fall off after entering the limiting opening 432 through the guide opening 431.
In this embodiment, the positioning portion 42 and the connecting portion 41 are both plate members, the positioning slot 43 is disposed through the thickness direction of the positioning portion 42, the guiding opening 431 extends from the side end of the positioning portion 42 to the middle thereof, and the limiting opening 432 is located obliquely below the guiding opening 431. The connecting part 41 is fixedly connected with the wallboard at the end part of the wallboard assembly 1 through a screw, when the other wallboard assembly 1 is connected, the other wallboard assembly 1 is moved, so that the hanging buckle 5 on the other wallboard assembly 1 enters into the limit opening 432 along the guide opening 431 to be initially positioned and connected, and then the other wallboard 11 is finely adjusted and fixed with the butt joint piece 4 through the screw.
Preferably, at least two positioning grooves 43 are provided for effective positioning, and the positioning grooves 43 are arranged at intervals in a straight line along the length direction of the butt joint 4 for processing.
Further, since the positioning portion 42 is provided with the positioning groove 43, in order to increase the structural strength of the positioning portion 42, the positioning portion 42 is prevented from being bent, and the thickness of the positioning portion 42 is greater than that of the connecting portion 41.
Further, the side end of the connecting part 41 is provided with a connecting plugboard 411, and the flat connector 4 can be connected with the limiting groove 111 on the wallboard 11 through the connecting plugboard 411 in a plug-in connection manner to realize quick positioning. Accordingly, to facilitate quick positioning of the butt joint 4 and the external corner module 2, the external corner wall panel 21 is provided with a notch (not shown) having the same size as the limit groove 111, and the connection plug 411 can be quickly positioned with the external corner wall panel 21 through the notch.
Referring to fig. 8, the hanging buckle 5 includes a stop disc 51 and a connecting short rod 52 which are coaxially connected, the maximum radial dimension of the connecting short rod 52 is smaller than the minimum radial dimension of the limiting opening 432, the minimum radial dimension of the stop plate is larger than the maximum radial dimension of the limiting opening 432, the hanging buckle 5 enters the limiting opening 432 along the guiding opening 431 through the connecting short rod 52, the stop disc 51 forms a stop at the front side of the limiting opening 432 to prevent the hanging buckle 5 from moving back and forth to be separated, the limiting opening 432 is positioned obliquely below the guiding opening 431, and the whole positioning groove 43 is bent to prevent the hanging buckle 5 from moving unidirectionally to be separated.
Further, the hanging buckle 5 is provided with a fixing hole 511, the fixing hole 511 and the stop disc 51 are coaxially arranged, the stop disc 51 and the connecting short rod 52 penetrate through, in this embodiment, the fixing hole 511 is a threaded hole, and the hanging buckle 5 is matched with the fixing hole 511 through a screw to fix the hanging buckle 5 with the wallboard 11 or the external corner wallboard 21.
The hanging buckle 5 is arranged on the wallboard 11 at the end part of the wallboard assembly 1 and corresponds to the number and the positions of the positioning grooves 43 on the butt joint piece 4.
Referring to fig. 10, when connecting two wall plate assemblies 1, firstly, a connecting plugboard 411 is inserted into a limit groove 111 on a wall plate 11 at the side of one wall plate assembly 1 to be positioned, after adjusting the wall plate 11 to be attached to the end face of a connecting part 41, the connecting part 41 of a flat connector 4 is fixedly connected with the wall plate 11 by using a screw, then, the other wall plate assembly 1 is moved, so that a hanging buckle 5 on the wall plate 11 at the side of the other wall plate assembly 1 is moved into a positioning groove 43, the hanging positioning of the two wall plate assemblies 1 is realized, and after adjusting the other wall plate assembly 1 to be attached to the end face of a positioning part 42, the flat connector 4 is fixed with the wall plate assembly 1 by using the screw, thus the connection of the two wall plate assemblies 1 is completed.
When the wallboard assembly 1 and the external corner assembly 2 are connected, the same as the two wallboard assemblies 1 are connected, firstly, the connecting plugboard 411 is inserted into the limit groove 111 on the wallboard 11 at the outermost side of the wallboard assembly 1 to be positioned, after the wallboard 11 is adjusted to be attached to the end face of the connecting part 41, the connecting part 41 of the butt joint piece 4 is fixedly connected with the wallboard 11 by using a screw, then the external corner assembly 2 is moved, the hanging buckle 5 on the side edge of the external corner wallboard 21 is hung and positioned with the positioning groove 43, then the external corner assembly 2 is moved to be adjusted, and after the external corner wallboard 21 is attached to the end face of the positioning part 42, the butt joint piece 4 is fixed with the external corner assembly 2 by using the screw, so that the connection of the external corner assembly 2 and the wallboard assembly 1 is completed. Likewise, the flush joint 4 is the same connection step as the wallboard assembly 1 after it is first secured to the external corner wallboard 21.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the female corner member 3 includes two side plates 31 intersecting to form a female corner, and a supporting member 32 is disposed at the included angle to enhance the connection strength of the two side plates 31, and to provide positioning when the female corner member 3 is connected to the wall plate 11. In this embodiment, the female corner fitting 3 forms a right angle, the supporting member 32 is a hollow structure in a shape of a Chinese character kou, and the right angle end of the supporting member 32 is arranged corresponding to the included angle of the female corner fitting 3. One of the side plates 31 is provided with a female angle positioning groove 311 for being hung and positioned with the hanging buckle 5 when the wallboard assembly 1 or the male angle assembly 2 is connected. To facilitate the same machining, the female angle positioning grooves 311 and the positioning grooves 43 have the same size specification and number.
When two wallboard assemblies 1 are connected, firstly, the wallboard of one wallboard assembly 1 is moved by the attaching side plate 31 until the wallboard 11 is abutted against the outer wall of the supporting piece 32 and then fixed by a bolt, then the other wallboard assembly 1 is moved to enable the hanging buckle 5 on the wallboard assembly 1 to be connected with the female angle positioning groove 311 in a hanging manner, the other wallboard assembly 1 is adjusted to attach to the side plate 31, and then the side plate 31 is fixed with the wallboard assembly 1 by a screw, so that the connection of the female angle piece 3 and the two wallboard assemblies 1 can be completed.
The two external corner modules 2 are connected, or the external corner modules 2 and the wallboard module 1 are connected in the same step.
The invention discloses an installation method of an assembled wall system, which comprises the following steps:
S1, assembling a wallboard assembly 1;
s1.1, arranging two wallboards 11 in a close fit manner, inserting a limiting plugboard 131 of a false keel 13 into a limiting groove 111 of two adjacent wallboards 11, and fixing the false keel 13 with the two wallboards 11 through screws;
S1.2, repeating the step S1.1 until the main joists 12 are of a proper length, transversely arranging the main joists 12 on the back of the wall boards 11, enabling the main joists 12 to cross all the wall boards 11, and fixing the main joists 12 with the wall boards 11 through screws;
S1.3, arranging hanging buckles 5 on the side edge of the wallboard 11 at the tail end, arranging a plurality of hanging buckles 5 at intervals along the length direction of the wallboard 11, and enabling the hanging buckles 5 to be positioned on the same straight line to finish the assembly of the wallboard assembly 1;
S2, splicing the external corner assembly 2;
s2.1, attaching the reinforcing plate 22 to the external corner wallboard 21, arranging the reinforcing plate 22 at the external corner clamping angle 211, and fixing the reinforcing plate 22 and the external corner wallboard 21 through screws;
s2.2, arranging hanging buckles 5 on the side edges of the external corner wallboard 21, arranging a plurality of hanging buckles 5 at intervals along the length direction of the external corner wallboard 21, and enabling the hanging buckles 5 to be positioned on the same straight line to finish the assembly of the external corner assembly 2;
S3, starting to install the wallboard assembly 1 or the internal corner piece 3 or the external corner assembly 2 from the right side edge or the left side edge of the room inlet, and assembling sequentially according to the room structure;
S3.1, when the two wallboard assemblies 1 are spliced, firstly, a connecting plugboard 411 of a butt joint piece 4 is inserted into a limit groove 111 of a wallboard 11, the end face of a connecting part 41 is attached to the end face of the wallboard 11, the butt joint piece 4 is fixed with the wallboard 11 through a screw, then the butt joint piece 4 is hung and positioned with a hanging buckle 5 at the tail end of the other wallboard 11 through a positioning groove 43, after the end face of a positioning part 42 is confirmed to be attached to the end face of the other wallboard 11, the butt joint piece 4 is fixed with the other wallboard 11 through the screw, and the assembly of the two wallboard assemblies 1 is completed;
S3.2, when the wallboard assembly 1 and the female angle member 3 are spliced, the attaching side plate 31 moves the wallboard 11 until the end part of the wallboard 11 is abutted against the outer wall of the supporting member 32, the wallboard 11 and the side plate 31 are confirmed to be attached, then the side plate 31 and the wallboard 11 are fixed through screws, the hanging buckle 5 of the female angle positioning groove 311 and the other wallboard 11 is hung and positioned, the side plate 31 and the wallboard 11 are confirmed to be attached, and then the side plate 31 and the wallboard 11 are fixed through screws, so that the assembly of the female angle member 3 and the wallboard assembly 1 is completed;
s3.3, the step when splicing the external corner component 2 and the internal corner component 3 is the same as S3.2, and the step when splicing the external corner component 2 and the wallboard component 1 is the same as S3.1.
Referring to fig. 12, the installation schematic diagram of the present invention is shown, the arrow direction is the installation direction, in this embodiment, the installation is performed from the left hand side of the room in a clockwise manner, firstly, the wallboard assembly 1 is installed, and then the female corner fitting 3, the two wallboard assemblies 1, the female corner fitting 3, the male corner assembly 2, the female corner fitting 3, the wallboard assembly 1, the female corner fitting 3, and the two wallboard assemblies 1 are sequentially connected, so that the installation of the whole wall system can be completed.
It should be noted that although the wall system is not described in the present application as to how it is attached to the original wall, in the conventional assembly type decoration, the wall panel 11 is usually fixed to the original wall by gluing, and the wall panel assembly 1, the female corner member 3 and the male corner member 2 are also fixed to the original wall by gluing after being attached.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that modifications may be made to the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments or equivalents may be substituted for some of the technical features thereof, and that such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention in essence of the corresponding technical solutions.
