The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a liquid leakage-proof all-plastic emulsion pump and an emulsion bottle.
The technical scheme adopted by the embodiment of the invention for solving the technical problems is that the liquid leakage prevention all-plastic emulsion pump comprises:
the mounting seat can be arranged on the bottle body and is provided with a first liquid outlet communicated with the bottle body;
the upper shell is arranged at the upper end of the mounting seat;
an elastic air bag arranged in the upper shell;
the air inlet is limited among the elastic air bag, the upper shell and the mounting seat and is communicated with the outside and the bottle body, and the elastic air bag can close the air inlet when in a stretching state or open the air inlet when in a deformation state;
the liquid storage cavity is limited in the mounting seat and/or the elastic air bag and is communicated with the first liquid outlet;
the pump head penetrates through the upper shell and the elastic air bag and is connected with the elastic air bag, a liquid outlet channel communicated with the liquid storage cavity is arranged on the pump head, and the pump head can drive the elastic air bag to deform when in an open state or seal the first liquid outlet when in a sealed state;
Mounting seat, upper shell, elasticity gasbag and pump head injection moulding.
Further, a first annular protrusion is arranged on the inner wall of the upper shell, and can be abutted with the outer wall of the elastic air bag when the elastic air bag is in a stretched state so as to close the air inlet channel, or can be separated from the elastic air bag when the elastic air bag is in a deformed state so as to open the air inlet channel.
Further, the liquid leakage preventing all-plastic emulsion pump further comprises a connecting piece, one end of the connecting piece is connected with the elastic air bag, the other end of the connecting piece is inserted into the elastic air bag, a first threaded portion is arranged on the pump head, and a second threaded portion which is in threaded connection with the first threaded portion is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting piece.
Further, the connecting piece is connected with the mounting seat through the guide structure.
Further, the guide structure comprises a plurality of guide blocks arranged on the outer wall of the connecting piece at intervals along the circumferential direction and a plurality of guide grooves arranged on the inner wall of the mounting seat at intervals along the circumferential direction, the guide blocks and the guide grooves are arranged along the movement direction of the pump head, and the guide blocks are inserted into the guide grooves.
Further, be provided with on the mount pad with the second liquid outlet of bottle intercommunication and with first liquid outlet and the first sealed chamber of second liquid outlet intercommunication, be provided with first direction in the first sealed chamber and lead to the piece.
Further, a second sealing cavity communicated with the outside and the liquid outlet channel is arranged on the pump head, and a second guiding conducting piece is arranged in the second sealing cavity.

The emulsion pump has the advantages that the emulsion pump comprises a mounting seat, an upper shell, an elastic air bag, an air inlet channel, a liquid storage cavity and a pump head, wherein the mounting seat can be arranged on a bottle body, a first liquid outlet communicated with the bottle body is arranged on the mounting seat, the upper shell is arranged at the upper end of the mounting seat, the elastic air bag is arranged in the upper shell, the air inlet channel is limited among the elastic air bag, the upper shell and the mounting seat and is communicated with the outside and the bottle body, the air inlet channel can be sealed when the elastic air bag is in a stretching state or is opened when the elastic air bag is in a deformation state, the liquid storage cavity is limited in the mounting seat and/or the elastic air bag and is communicated with the first liquid outlet, the pump head penetrates through the upper shell and the elastic air bag and is connected with the elastic air bag, the liquid outlet channel communicated with the liquid storage cavity is arranged on the pump head, the pump head can drive elastic deformation when the pump head is in an opening state or is sealed, the mounting seat, the upper shell, the elastic air bag and the pump head are in a sealing state, the air inlet channel can be simultaneously sealed when the pump head is in the sealing state, the air inlet channel is completely converted from the sealing state to the sealing state, and the production difficulty is reduced, and the production cost is also is reduced.

The mounting seat 10 can be arranged on the bottle body, and a first liquid outlet 11 communicated with the bottle body is arranged on the mounting seat 10;
An upper case 20 provided at an upper end of the mount 10;
An elastic balloon 30 disposed within the upper case 20;
An air inlet 41 defined between the elastic air bag 30, the upper case 20, and the mounting base 10 and communicating with the outside and the bottle body, the elastic air bag 30 may close the air inlet 41 when in a stretched state, or open the air inlet 41 when in a deformed state;
a liquid storage cavity 42 defined in the mounting base 10 and/or the elastic air bag 30 and communicating with the first liquid outlet 11;
the pump head 50 penetrates through the upper shell 20 and the elastic air bag 30 and is connected with the elastic air bag 30, a liquid outlet channel 43 communicated with the liquid storage cavity 42 is arranged on the pump head 50, and the pump head 50 can drive the elastic air bag 30 to deform when in an open state or seal the first liquid outlet 11 when in a sealed state.
In the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1and 2 are structural diagrams of an emulsion pump in an opened state, and fig. 3 is a structural diagram of an emulsion pump in a sealed state, wherein referring to fig. 2, arrows show a flow direction of gas, when in use:
1. The first pressing pump head 50, because the pump head 50 and the connecting piece 70 are acted by the first thread part 71 and the second thread part 72, the pump head 50 can drive the connecting piece 70 to move together, and further drive the elastic air bag 30 to deform, so that the air in the elastic air bag 30 is discharged through the liquid storage cavity 42 and the liquid outlet 43, after the pump head 50 is loosened, the emulsion in the bottle body is extruded under the action of pressure difference, specifically, the first guiding conducting piece 91 is pushed up, so that the emulsion enters the liquid storage cavity 42 through the second liquid outlet 12, the first sealing cavity 13 and the first liquid outlet 11;
2. when the pressure pump head 50 is pressed for the second time, the elastic air bag 30 is also driven to deform, so that the air in the elastic air bag 30 enters the liquid storage cavity 42, and emulsion in the liquid storage cavity 42 is pushed to be discharged through the liquid outlet channel 43, and pumping of the emulsion is realized;
3. The principle of gas supplement in the bottle body is that after the pump head 50 is loosened each time, the pump head 50 and the connecting piece 70 are reset under the action of elastic deformation restoring force of the elastic air bag 30, and after the elastic air bag 30 is reset (namely in a stretching state), the outer wall of the elastic air bag 30 is abutted with the first annular convex part 61 on the inner wall of the upper shell 20, so that the air inlet channel 41 is closed, the air inlet channel 41 is a channel for supplementing gas to the bottle body from the outside, and emulsion cannot be pumped out due to lack of gas in the bottle body is avoided;
4. The invention has the advantages that through the structure, the air inlet channel 41 and the first liquid outlet 11 can be simultaneously closed when the pump head 50 is in the sealing state, the outflow of a small amount of emulsion when the pump head 50 is switched from the sealing state to the opening state is completely avoided, and meanwhile, the production cost and the assembly difficulty are reduced.
As a preferred embodiment of the on-off of the air intake duct 41, a first annular protrusion 61 is provided on the inner wall of the upper case 20, the first annular protrusion 61 may abut against the outer wall of the elastic air bag 30 to close the air intake duct 41 when the elastic air bag 30 is in a stretched state, or may be separated from the elastic air bag 30 to open the air intake duct 41 when the elastic air bag 30 is in a deformed state.
The liquid leakage preventing all-plastic emulsion pump further comprises a connecting piece 70, one end of the connecting piece 70 is connected with the elastic air bag 30, the other end of the connecting piece is inserted into the elastic air bag 30, a first threaded portion 71 is arranged on the pump head 50, a second threaded portion 72 which is in threaded connection with the first threaded portion 71 is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting piece 70, and the connecting piece 70 not only plays a role in connecting the elastic air bag 30 and the pump head 50, but also plays a role in guiding the pump head 50 in the pressing and resetting process.
The connection member 70 is connected to the mount 10 through a guide structure 80. As a preferred embodiment of the guide structure 80, the guide structure 80 includes a plurality of guide blocks 81 circumferentially spaced apart on an outer wall of the connection member 70 and a plurality of guide grooves 82 circumferentially spaced apart on an inner wall of the mount 10, the guide blocks 81 and the guide grooves 82 being arranged in a moving direction of the pump head 50, the guide blocks 81 being inserted into the guide grooves 82.
The mounting seat 10 is provided with a second liquid outlet 12 communicated with the bottle body and a first sealing cavity 13 communicated with the first liquid outlet 11 and the second liquid outlet 12, a first guiding conducting piece 91 is arranged in the first sealing cavity 13, the pump head 50 is provided with a second sealing cavity 14 communicated with the outside and the liquid outlet 43, a second guiding conducting piece 92 is arranged in the second sealing cavity 14, the first guiding conducting piece 91 and the second guiding conducting piece 92 are preferably balls, the first guiding conducting piece 91 is larger than the second guiding conducting piece 92, and similarly, the liquid outlet 43 on the pump head 50 is smaller than the second liquid outlet 12, so that more emulsion can enter the liquid storage cavity 42 when the emulsion is drawn each time, and the emulsion can be pumped out under greater pressure.
The upper shell 20 is provided with a second annular protruding part 62, the second annular protruding part 62 can be abutted with the pump head 50 when the pump head 50 is in a sealing state so as to enable the outside, the pump head 50 and the upper shell 20 to be closed, or can be separated from the pump head 50 when the pump head 50 is in an opening state so as to enable the outside, the pump head 50 and the upper shell 20 to be opened, when the pump head 50 is in a sealing state, a first sealing structure of the air inlet channel 41 is formed between the second annular protruding part 62 and the pump head 50, and a second sealing structure is formed between the first annular protruding part 61 and the outer wall of the elastic air bag 30, so that the leakage risk in the sealing state can be greatly reduced.
The mounting seat 10, the upper shell 20, the elastic air bag 30 and the pump head 50 are injection molded, so that the number of control points in emulsion pump production can be greatly reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
An emulsion bottle comprises the emulsion pump.
