Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the application provides a digital auxiliary treatment vehicle beside an oral chair, an application method thereof and electronic equipment.
In one aspect of the present application, a digital adjuvant therapy vehicle for a side of an oral chair is provided, comprising:
a universal wheel;
the vehicle-mounted bracket is arranged on the universal wheel;
the vehicle-mounted treatment box body is arranged on the vehicle-mounted bracket;
the commodity shelf is arranged on the outer side surface of the vehicle-mounted treatment box body and is used for placing the sharps box;
the drawers are matched and arranged on the vehicle-mounted treatment box body and are used for placing different types of sharp instruments or multiplexing instruments in a distributed mode;
the controller is used for digital control;
the drawer is an electric device controlled by digital signals and is controlled by a controller.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, optionally, further comprising:
the object placing panel is arranged at the top of the vehicle-mounted treatment box body;
a plurality of placing holes are arranged on the top surface of the object placing panel;
the foldable plate is hinged on the left side edge of the storage panel;
the object placing panel is characterized in that the edge of the panel is a water collecting tank structure which gradually goes down towards the center, and the cross section of the water collecting tank structure is an obtuse triangle structure with the angle of 150-170 degrees.
As an alternative embodiment of the present application, optionally, the drawer includes:
a pneumatic drawer;
a finishing box;
the pneumatic drawer and the sorting box are combined and matched with the vehicle-mounted treatment box body.
As an alternative embodiment of the present application, optionally, the pneumatic drawer includes:
the pneumatic slide rail is matched with the framework in the vehicle-mounted treatment box body;
the drawer box is matched with the pneumatic slide rail and comprises two fifth drawer boxes 15 which are arranged in an up-down overlapping mode;
the control button is arranged on the drawer box and used for sending a control signal to the controller to control the starting and stopping of the pneumatic slide rail;
the pneumatic slide rail and the control button are respectively and electrically connected with the controller.
As an alternative embodiment of the present application, optionally, the drawer box includes:
a first drawer box provided with a first control button;
a second drawer box provided with a second control button;
a third drawer box provided with a third control button;
a fourth drawer box provided with a fourth control button;
the second drawer box, the third drawer box and the fourth drawer box are sequentially overlapped up and down, and are symmetrically arranged at the same height with the two fifth drawer boxes overlapped up and down; the first drawer box is located at the top of the second drawer box.
As an optional implementation mode of the application, optionally, the second drawer box is of a Gong Gehe structure with N palace lattice, and N is not less than;
the third drawer box and the fourth drawer box are both net-type drawer frames;
the fifth drawer box is a cover-type finishing box, and comprises:
the box body is obliquely hinged to the box cover, a handle is arranged on the box cover, and a joint spring plate is arranged at the hinged position; and lifting the handle, and opening the box cover under the assistance of the joint elastic sheet to expose the oral cavity apparatus placed in the box body.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, optionally, further comprising:
the power supply module is used for supplying power;
the distance sensors are arranged on the vehicle-mounted treatment box body and are used for sensing signals of surrounding human bodies and feeding the signals back to the controller; the controller processes the signal and then sends an alarm signal to the alarm module;
the alarm module is used for responding to the alarm signal and reminding an oral doctor of approaching;
the power module, the distance sensor and the alarm module are respectively and electrically connected with the controller.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, optionally, further comprising:
and the communication module is used for regularly reporting the operation parameters generated by the controller to the background server.
In another aspect of the application, an application method of the digital auxiliary treatment vehicle beside an oral chair is provided, which comprises the following steps:
pressing a control button to input a control signal to a controller;
the controller sends a corresponding pneumatic control instruction to the pneumatic slide rail according to the control signal;
the pneumatic slide rail responds to the pneumatic control instruction, and pushes a drawer box matched with a framework arranged in the vehicle-mounted treatment box outwards, so that an oral doctor can take and put oral appliances;
after the picking and placing are finished, the control button is pressed again, the pneumatic slide rail is reset, and the drawer box is closed.
In another aspect, the present application further provides an electronic device, including:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to implement a method of application of the digital assisted treatment cart at the oral chair upon execution of the executable instructions.
The application has the technical effects that:
according to the application, through reasonably utilizing the electric drawer equipment controlled by the digital signal, the digital auxiliary treatment vehicle beside the oral chair, which is convenient for accommodating the sharp tool or the multiplexing instrument used in oral medical treatment, is designed, and the following situations can be changed after the auxiliary treatment vehicle beside the oral chair is used:
the sharps box and the multiplexing instrument box are placed off the ground, and are collected in a replacement mode, so that the influence on the operation of doctors and the air pollution between the doctors are reduced;
the sharps box and the multiplexing instrument box are placed at a reasonable height in a sitting position of a doctor by utilizing human physiology, so that the pollution instrument can be separated conveniently and quickly in a labor-saving manner after the doctor finishes operating, the hands can be quickly and hygienically cleaned, and the working efficiency and the comfort level of the doctor are improved;
the net bag matched with the automatic cleaning machine of the supply room is arranged, so that the pollution instrument can be conveniently stored and supplied to the supply room in one step, and intermediate links are reduced;
the standby operation table is added, so that the devices are prevented from being placed in front of the chest of a patient, the doctor-patient relationship is increased, and the operation space of a doctor is increased.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, in one aspect of the present application, a digital assisted treatment vehicle beside an oral chair is provided, comprising:
a universal wheel 1;
the vehicle-mounted bracket 2 is arranged on the universal wheel 1; four vehicle-mounted brackets 2 are arranged and respectively supported by a universal wheel, and a vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3 is fixed on the vehicle-mounted brackets 2;
the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3 is arranged on the vehicle-mounted bracket 2; the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3 is of a frame structure, basic keels of a vehicle body are arranged on the vehicle-mounted treatment box body, different drawer accommodating and placing cavities are formed, and meanwhile, sliding rails are arranged, so that drawers or drawer boxes can be conveniently pulled out and placed; the sliding rail structure of the specific drawer can be seen from the structure of the existing drawer; but only the electric drawer is used in the scheme;
the commodity shelf 4 is arranged on the outer side surface of the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3 and is used for placing a sharps box; is a cylinder, is fixed on the right side surface of the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3 and is used for placing a sharp tool in oral medical treatment;
the drawers are matched and arranged on the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3 and are used for placing different types of sharp instruments or multiplexing instruments in a distributed manner; a plurality of drawers can be arranged on the keel frame of the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3;
the controller is used for digital control; each drawer can be set as a pneumatic drawer, so that the automatic drawing and discharging action of the controller can be controlled by the controller, and the model and the program function of the controller can be set according to the adopted electric equipment;
the drawer is an electric device controlled by digital signals and is controlled by a controller.
The controller processes the digital signal of the electric drawer (pneumatic drawer), and the selected controller processes the digital signal, such as the MCU and other controller chips.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, optionally, further comprising:
a panel 41 arranged at the top of the vehicle-mounted treatment box 3;
a plurality of placement holes 5 arranged on the top surface of the object placement plate 41;
a foldable panel 6 hinged on the left edge of said panel 41;
the panel edge of the object placing plate 41 is a water collecting groove structure gradually falling towards the center, and the cross section of the water collecting groove structure is an obtuse triangle structure with the angle of 150-170 degrees.
As shown in fig. 2, the storage panel 41 is a water collecting tank structure with a frame and an obtuse triangle cross section, if some liquid is poured onto the storage panel 41 during the oral treatment process of the digital auxiliary treatment vehicle beside an oral chair, the storage panel 41 is adopted, so that the accumulation of polluted liquid is avoided, the liquid is conveniently flowed from the edge of the panel to the center, and finally, the liquid is discharged through a drainage pipeline at the bottom. The placement hole 5 of the placement panel 41 can be used for placing an alcohol swab or the like in an oral medical facility placed outdoors. The left side of the object placing plate 41 is hinged with a foldable plate 6, so that the using area of the object placing plate 41 can be increased after the opening, and more oral appliances can be placed.
Drawers are divided into different types of functional drawers.
As an alternative embodiment of the present application, optionally, the drawer includes:
a pneumatic drawer; 7, 10, 12, 14 in fig. 1 are all pneumatic drawers;
a finishing box; two fifth drawer boxes 15 arranged one above the other as in fig. 1;
the pneumatic drawer and the sorting box are combined and matched with the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3.
As shown in fig. 3, an electronic control schematic of the treatment vehicle is shown. Each drawer can be pulled out by adopting an electric slide rail, under the input control of a control button, a doctor presses the corresponding control button, a corresponding control signal is input to the controller, the controller sends an instruction to the pneumatic slide rail of the corresponding drawer, the corresponding pneumatic slide rail is actuated, and the corresponding drawer is opened, so that the function of pneumatically opening the drawer is realized.
The control buttons correspond to the setting programs of the pneumatic slide rails of the drawers, and the program mapping setting is carried out in the controller. The doctor wants to open which drawer, presses the button on the corresponding drawer, and the controller can control to open the drawer (specifically, send a command to the corresponding pneumatic slide rail). In this embodiment, as for the air source of the pneumatic slide rail, the air pump, the air valve, etc. corresponding to each pneumatic slide rail are configured by self, and the configured air source system is implemented.
As an alternative embodiment of the present application, optionally, the pneumatic drawer includes:
the pneumatic slide rail is matched with the framework in the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3;
the drawer box is matched with the pneumatic slide rail and comprises two fifth drawer boxes 15 which are arranged in an up-down overlapping mode; can be drawn out and is a tidying box with a cover;
the control button is arranged on the drawer box and used for sending a control signal to the controller to control the starting and stopping of the pneumatic slide rail;
the pneumatic slide rail and the control button are respectively and electrically connected with the controller.
As an alternative embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, optionally, the drawer box includes:
a first drawer box 7 provided with a first control button 8;
a second drawer box 10 provided with a second control button 9;
a third drawer box 12 provided with a third control button 11;
a fourth drawer box 14 provided with a fourth control button 13;
the second drawer box 10, the third drawer box 12 and the fourth drawer box 14 are sequentially overlapped up and down, and are arranged in a bilateral symmetry and equal height manner with two fifth drawer boxes 15 overlapped up and down; the first drawer box 7 is located on top of the second drawer box 10. Each of the pneumatic drawers, such as 7, 10, 12, 14 in fig. 1, is a pneumatic drawer.
The pneumatic drawer and the arrangement box in the scheme can be placed in the matched cleaning basket of the automatic cleaning machine of the supply room, the pneumatic drawer and the arrangement box of the pollution instrument can be placed in the matched cleaning basket of the automatic cleaning machine after oral cavity treatment is finished, the pneumatic drawer and the arrangement box are extracted and placed in the matched cleaning basket of the automatic cleaning machine to be cleaned, the pneumatic drawer and the arrangement box are reset after cleaning and placed in corresponding cells on the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3, and the oral cavity instrument can be cleaned in batches by taking the drawer as a unit, so that the instrument cleaning efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the fifth drawer 15 is a cover-type storage box, and includes:
the box 151, the case lid 152 of articulated on the box 151 of slope, locate the handle 153 on the case lid 152, locate the articulated joint shell fragment 154 of department.
The handle 153 is pulled up, and the cover 152 is opened with the aid of the hinge spring 154 to expose the oral appliance placed in the case 151. The joint spring 154 is a cambered spring, and two ends of the joint spring are respectively connected to the inner sides of the case 151 and the case cover 152, so that the case cover can be supported to be opened when the doctor holds the handle 153 to open the case cover 152.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, optionally, the second drawer box 10 has a Gong Gehe structure with an N grid, wherein N is greater than or equal to 2; as shown in fig. 5, the box structure of the nine-square grid is preferable, and various small objects such as a contaminated needle, an enlarged needle, a machine file and the like can be placed;
the third drawer box 12 and the fourth drawer box 14 are both net-type drawer frames; the drawer frame is a grid drawer frame inside, can be extracted and placed in a cleaning chamber of the automatic cleaning machine after the cavity-entering instrument is put in again, or can directly adopt a cleaning box of the automatic cleaning machine.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, optionally, further comprising:
the power supply module is used for supplying power; lithium batteries or just-in-time power supplies and the like can be adopted;
the distance sensors are arranged on the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3 and are used for sensing signals of surrounding human bodies and feeding the signals back to the controller; the controller processes the signal and then sends an alarm signal to the alarm module; the distance sensor can adopt an infrared human body sensor, can collect human body infrared signals in the directions of non-doctors and patients, if a person approaches the treatment vehicle, the controller timely judges and sends information to the alarm module, such as an alarm prompt for prompting 'approach of the person'; the distance sensors are arranged in an unlimited number, and the condition of ' collecting human infrared signals in the directions of non-doctors and patients ' side ' is satisfied; when receiving the infrared signals, the controller judges the distance between each infrared signal and the sensor, and then sends out corresponding alarm.
The alarm module is used for responding to the alarm signal and reminding an oral doctor of approaching;
the power module, the distance sensor and the alarm module are respectively and electrically connected with the controller.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, optionally, further comprising:
and the communication module is used for regularly reporting the operation parameters generated by the controller to the background server.
The controller can report the working condition of the current treatment vehicle in real time, such as an extrauterine signal of a distance sensor, to a background server of a hospital through the 5G communication module, and the use state of each treatment vehicle can be recorded through the background server. For example, after the treatment vehicle is started, activating the MCU, reporting the number of the current treatment vehicle and a starting signal to a background server of the hospital through the 5G communication module, and recording the treatment vehicle with the current number and the use state thereof by the background. If the doctor finishes the treatment, the power supply is turned off through the controller, and the background records that the current treatment vehicle is in a non-working state.
The background can call the treatment information of the current patient from a patient treatment system such as an HIS system, judge whether the current patient needs oral surgery, if so, check the number of each treatment vehicle and the corresponding working state, output the numbers of the treatment vehicles in the non-working state together through the background, print the treatment list of the patient from the hospital foreground, and enable the patient to go to the operating room where the treatment vehicle numbers are located.
In this embodiment, each drawer or organizer or each shelf and storage hole may be used for placement of an oral appliance, and other oral appliances may be used by the dentist to determine how to place the oral appliance. Similar arrangements may be employed for drawers not depicted other than the arrangement of each particular pneumatic drawer depicted.
The current situation is changed after the auxiliary treatment vehicle beside the oral chair is used:

The modules or steps of the application described above may be implemented in a general-purpose computing device, they may be centralized in a single computing device, or distributed across a network of computing devices, or they may alternatively be implemented in program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a memory device and executed by a computing device, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple modules or steps within them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present application is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
It should be apparent to those skilled in the art that implementing all or part of the above-described embodiments may be accomplished by computer programs to instruct related hardware, and the programs may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, which when executed may include the processes of the embodiments of the controls described above. Example 2
Based on the implementation principle of embodiment 1, an application method of the digital auxiliary treatment vehicle beside an oral chair comprises the following steps:
pressing a control button to input a control signal to a controller;
the controller sends a corresponding pneumatic control instruction to the pneumatic slide rail according to the control signal;
the pneumatic slide rail responds to the pneumatic control instruction and pushes out a drawer box matched with a framework arranged in the vehicle-mounted treatment box body 3, so that an oral doctor can take and put oral appliances;
after the picking and placing are finished, the control button is pressed again, the pneumatic slide rail is reset, and the drawer box is closed.

Example 3
As shown in fig. 6, in still another aspect, the present application further provides an electronic device, including:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to implement a method of application of the digital assisted treatment cart at the oral chair upon execution of the executable instructions.
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for an electronic device that includes a processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions. Wherein the processor is configured to implement a method of application of the front oral chair side digital adjunctive therapy cart when the executable instructions are executed.
Here, it should be noted that the number of processors may be one or more. Meanwhile, in the electronic device of the embodiment of the disclosure, an input device and an output device may be further included. The processor, the memory, the input device, and the output device may be connected by a bus, or may be connected by other means, which is not specifically limited herein.
The memory is a computer-readable storage medium that can be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs, and various modules, such as: program or module corresponding to application method of digital auxiliary treatment vehicle beside oral chair in the embodiment of the disclosure. The processor executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device by running software programs or modules stored in the memory.
The input device may be used to receive an input number or signal. Wherein the signal may be a key signal generated in connection with user settings of the device/terminal/server and function control. The output means may comprise a display device such as a display screen.
