In a preferred scheme, crushed lavender is sent into a grinding tank 6 through a first discharging pipe 5 and falls onto the surface of a bulk material tray 702, a first rotating shaft 701 is driven by a second motor 713 to drive the bulk material tray 702 to rotate, the lavender on the surface of the bulk material tray 702 is uniformly scattered into the inner cavity of the grinding tank 6 under the action of centrifugal force, the fallen lavender is extruded and ground in a grinding groove 707 by a grinding wheel 704 and falls into a discharging tray 709, and the discharging tray 709 rotates synchronously, so that under the action of the centrifugal force, the discharging tray 709 throws materials into a cavity 708, negative pressure is generated in the cavity 708 through a fan 710, lavender powder is sucked upwards, and the lavender powder is sent to a stirring tank 14 through a second discharging pipe 711 for further processing.

The operation is simple, the cost is low, and the extraction efficiency of the lavender is improved by fully grinding and crushing the lavender.
The invention provides a preparation process of a skin care product lavender extract, which is suitable for a preparation device of the skin care product lavender extract, and comprises the following steps:
s1: raw material preparation: picking and drying fresh lavender flowers, putting the fresh lavender flowers into a crushing tank 2, crushing the fresh lavender flowers by a crushing mechanism 4, then putting the crushed fresh lavender flowers into a grinding tank 6, grinding the fresh lavender flowers into fine powder by a grinding mechanism 7, introducing the fine powder into a stirring tank 14, and mixing the lavender powder and ethanol according to a volume ratio of 1:5;
s2: the extraction process comprises the following steps: stirring the mixed liquid at room temperature for 30 minutes, then heating the mixed liquid to 70 ℃ through a heating pipe 15, and keeping for 10 minutes, and then allowing the mixed liquid to cool to room temperature;
s3: filtrate treatment: filtering the extracted lavender extract with gauze to remove impurities, standing the extract at normal temperature, evaporating part of ethanol, concentrating the extract, and finally reaching the required concentration of the lavender extract;
s4: bottled storage: packaging the obtained Lavender extractive solution into sterile glass bottle, sealing, and storing in shade and dry place to prevent oxidative degradation caused by light irradiation and high temperature.

The crushed lavender is sent into a grinding tank 6 through a first discharging pipe 5 and falls onto the surface of a bulk material tray 702, a first rotating shaft 701 is driven by a second motor 713 to drive the bulk material tray 702 to rotate, the lavender on the surface of the bulk material tray 702 is uniformly scattered into the inner cavity of the grinding tank 6 under the action of centrifugal force, the fallen lavender is extruded and ground in a grinding groove 707 by a grinding wheel 704 and falls into a blanking tray 709, and the blanking tray 709 synchronously rotates, so that the blanking tray 709 throws materials into a cavity 708 under the action of the centrifugal force, negative pressure is generated in the cavity 708 through a fan 710, the lavender powder is sucked up upwards, the lavender powder meeting the regulation is sent to a stirring tank 14 through a filter cover 8 under the action of the fan 710, the lavender powder with larger diameter is left and falls into the bulk material tray 702 again, and is continuously ground by the grinding wheel 704 until the lavender powder meets the regulation; meanwhile, the bulk cargo disc 702 drives the third connecting ring 11 to rotate through the second rotating shaft 13, drives the brush plate 12 to synchronously rotate, cleans the filter cover 8, avoids the filter cover 8 from being blocked, and ensures the filtering effect.
After the lavender powder is sent into the stirring tank 14 through the second discharging pipe 711, ethanol is introduced through the feeding pipe 16 and mixed according to the volume ratio of 1:5, the third motor 1703 drives the third rotating shaft 1701 to rotate clockwise, the stirring rod 1702 and the spiral blade 1704 are driven to rotate synchronously, the mixed liquid is stirred and mixed, the mixed liquid can be disturbed through the spiral blade 1704, the lower liquid is rolled upwards, the stirring effect is improved, after stirring is finished, the mixed liquid is heated to 70 ℃ through the heating pipe 15 and kept for 10 minutes, then the mixed liquid is cooled to room temperature, the spiral blade 1704 is driven to rotate reversely through the third motor 1703, and the mixed liquid is discharged through the third discharging pipe 1705 to be filtered and evaporated, so that the required concentration of the lavender extract is finally achieved. The operation is simple, the cost is low, and the extraction efficiency of the lavender is improved by fully grinding and crushing the lavender.
