The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the application are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.

Example 1
One embodiment of an eye protection device as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, comprises: the earphone body 1 and the eye protection instrument body 2 are combined with each other, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the earphone body 1 comprises an earmuff 11 and a playing unit 12, the playing unit 12 is arranged in the earmuff 11, two opposite sides of the eye protection instrument body 2 are respectively connected with the two corresponding earmuffs 11, and the eye protection instrument body 2 comprises an eye massaging mechanism 21.
The eye protection device can massage eyes through the eye massage mechanism 21, can play audio contents such as music and text stories through the play unit 12 of the earphone body 1, and can cover ears in the earmuffs by arranging the play unit 12 in the earmuffs 11 and enabling the cross sections of the earmuffs 11 to be circular and enabling the earmuffs 11 to be similar to conical in overall structure, so that the earmuffs 11 can shield external sounds, a user can concentrate on the audio contents played by the play unit 12, inconvenience that the user cannot enjoy audio due to external interference is avoided, and embarrassment that the surrounding environment is disturbed due to the fact that the audio is outwards placed is avoided. The user can enjoy audio contents such as music while enjoying eye care by wearing the earphone body 1. Therefore, the eye protection device breaks through the limitation of places, not only can be used in private spaces, but also can be used in public places, such as offices, schools, gymnasiums and the like, achieves the purpose of eye care at any time and any place, can better protect eyes, and can further relax the whole body and make the body healthier.
As an improved embodiment of the eye protection device, as shown in fig. 7, a noise reduction module 121 is disposed in the playing unit 12.
The noise reduction module 121 may use conventional audio noise reduction software, or may use a signal processor to perform noise reduction processing on the sound signal, so that high-quality sound signals can be obtained, and both can find the disclosed text content, which is not described herein. By providing the noise reduction module 121 in the playing unit 12, the user can turn on the noise reduction module 121 when turning on music, so that the wearer can further better enjoy the audio played by the playing unit 12, including the music. The noise reduction module 121 can offset the noise of the external environment, so that the user can enjoy the massage and the music at the same time, the user experience is greatly improved, and the user can wear the eye protection device like wearing a headset, so that the eye protection device is very convenient.
Fig. 4 shows a modified embodiment of the eye protection device, the eye protection device body 2 further has a housing 22, and further in combination with fig. 6, the eye protection device further includes: the eye massage device comprises a switch 3, a communication unit 4 and a massage unit 5, wherein the massage unit 5 comprises an eye massage module 51, the switch 3 is arranged on a shell 22, the communication unit 4 is in communication connection with the switch 3, the eye massage module 51 is in communication connection with the communication unit 4 and the eye massage mechanism 21 respectively, and the communication unit 4 is also in communication connection with a playing unit 12.
The switch 3 of the eye protection device is fixed on the surface of the shell 22, so that the operation is convenient. The eye massaging mechanism 21 is provided in the housing 22. The switch 3 is in communication connection with the communication unit 4, and the switch 3 can control the on/off of the communication unit 4. The massage unit 5 and the playing unit 12 are respectively in signal connection with the communication unit 4, when the communication unit 4 is started, the communication unit 4 can transmit signals to the massage unit 5 or the playing unit 12, or the communication unit 4 can transmit signals to the massage unit 5 and the playing unit 12 at the same time. When the playing unit 12 receives the signal sent by the communication unit 4, the playing unit 12 is turned on to play audio. When the eye massaging module 51 receives the eye massaging command sent by the communication unit 4, the eye massaging module 51 controls the eye massaging mechanism 21 to keep the eyes healthy and massage.
As an improved embodiment of the eye protection device, as shown in fig. 7, the communication unit 4 includes a voice module 41, a key module 42, and/or a bluetooth module 43.
The voice module 41 can send signals to the massage unit 5 and the playing unit 12 through input voice, so that voice interaction can be realized. The above-mentioned key module 42 may send signals to the massage unit 5 and the playing unit 12 through wired transmission. The bluetooth module 43 is turned on, and signals can be sent to the massage unit 5 and the playing unit 12 in a wireless transmission mode. By setting the voice module 41, the key module 42 and/or the Bluetooth module 43 as different communication modes, different requirements of users can be met, and the user experience is greatly improved.
As an improved embodiment of the eye protection device, as shown in fig. 8, the earphone body 1 further includes: ear massage mechanism 13. The ear massage mechanism 13 is provided in the earmuff 11. The massage unit 5 further includes an ear massage module 52, and the ear massage module 52 is respectively connected with the communication unit 4 and the ear massage mechanism 13 in a communication manner.
The ear massage module 52 is in communication connection with the ear massage mechanism 13, and can send ear massage instructions to the ear massage module 52 by opening the switch 33, the ear massage module 52 sends the ear massage instructions to the ear massage mechanism 13, and the ear massage mechanism 13 performs massage actions on the ears according to the ear massage instructions, so that the ear massage is realized, the purpose of ear health care is achieved, and the fatigue of eyes can be further relieved. By providing the ear massage mechanism 13 in the earphone body 1, the eye protection device can perform ear massage while realizing eye massage.
In combination with the illustration of fig. 11, when wearing the eye protection device like wearing headphones, the user can activate the eye protection device through the switch 3 and activate the key mode, the voice mode or the bluetooth mode, and the modes are selected to activate the massage or music alone or both simultaneously, the massage can activate the eye massage or ear massage alone or both simultaneously, and the corresponding force or music mode can also be selected simultaneously, thereby realizing different demands of the user and greatly improving the user experience.
Referring to fig. 11, when the eye protection device is worn like a headset, for example, the communication mode of the voice module 41 is taken, when the user needs to massage, the switch 3 is pressed to select the voice mode, and if the user needs to massage the eyes and the ears, the corresponding massage program is started by voice control, wherein the eye massage module 51 has an eye massage program and the ear massage module 52 has an ear massage program. Meanwhile, the voice can also control the massage force +or force-, so that the massage force can be increased or reduced. If music needs to be started, the voice control is used for starting to select a required music mode, and meanwhile, the voice can also be used for controlling to increase or decrease the volume of the music. In addition, the playing unit 12 further has an external sound module 123 and a stereo module 122 to meet different requirements of different users, which will not be described herein.
As an improved embodiment of the eye protection device, continuing to refer to fig. 8, the ear massage mechanism 13 includes: the driving mechanism 131 is arranged in the earmuff 11, the driving mechanism 131 is provided with a power output end, the massage belt 132 is annularly arranged in the earmuff 11, the transmission mechanism 133 is in transmission connection with the power output end and the massage belt 132, and the transmission mechanism 133 is suitable for driving the massage belt 132 to rotate and massage skin. Wherein, the driving mechanism 131 is in communication connection with the ear massage module 52.
The above-described driving mechanism 131 outputs power, such as rotational power, through a power output end. The ear massage module 52 is activated by sending a massage signal to the driving mechanism 131, so that the power output end can output power. The transmission mechanism 133 is connected with the power output end and the massage belt 132, so that the power output by the power output end can be transmitted to the massage belt 132 through the transmission mechanism 133, so that the massage belt 132 can rotate, and the massage effect of the massage belt 132 on the skin can be realized. The transmission mechanism 133 includes: the driving gear 1331 and a plurality of driven gears 1332, wherein the driving gear 1331 is arranged at the power output end, and the driven gears 1332 are annularly arranged in the earmuff 11. Wherein, the massage belt 132 is engaged with the driving gear 1331 and the driven gears 1332, and the massage belt 132 is provided with massage bumps 1321.
Referring to fig. 9, the driving mechanism 131 includes a motor, a power output end of the motor is a rotating shaft, a driving gear 1331 is a driving wheel, and the driving gear 1331 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the motor, so that the driving gear 1331 and the rotating shaft rotate synchronously. The massage belt 132 includes a gear chain engaged with the driving gear 1331 such that the driving gear 1331 can drive the gear chain to rotate synchronously. A plurality of driven gears 1332 are circumferentially arranged in the earmuff 11, and the driven gears 1332 are engaged with the gear chains, so that the driven gears 1332 and the gear chains rotate synchronously. The driven gear 1332 plays a supporting role on the gear chain so as to ensure synchronous rotation of the gear chain and the rotating shaft. As shown in fig. 10, a massage salient point 1321 is disposed on a side of the gear chain facing away from the ear muff 11, the massage salient points 1321 may be disposed in a plurality, and the massage salient points 1321 may be disposed in a ring shape, so that the massage salient points 1321 can massage the skin of the human body in the process of synchronously rotating along with the gear chain. The specific massage part is the part around the ear. When the ear massage program is started, the motor drives the driving gear 1331 to rotate, the driving gear 1331 drives the gear chain to rotate, and the gear chain drives the massage salient points 1321 to circularly press, so that the ear periphery massage is realized.
As an improved embodiment of the eye protection device, in conjunction with fig. 1, the eye protection device further includes: and a connection part 6, wherein the connection part 6 is connected with the two earmuffs 11 respectively. The connecting part 6 not only plays a role of connecting the two earmuffs 11, but also plays a role of fixing the position of the earphone body 1 on the left and right sides with the head when the eye-protecting device is worn, and the connecting part 6 is formed by hanging the earmuffs 11. The connecting part 6 can be in a belt shape, and the wearing is more comfortable.
As an improved embodiment of the eye protection device, as shown in fig. 4, the eye protection device body 2 is detachably connected with the two earmuffs 11, so that the eye protection device body 2 and the earmuffs 11 can be separated from each other, and thus, the eye protection device body 2 and the earmuffs 11 can be used independently.
As an improved embodiment of the eye protection device, as shown in fig. 5, the ear muff 11 is provided with a jack 111, and two opposite sides of the eye protection device body 2 are respectively provided with a plug rod 24, and the plug rod 24 is matched and plugged with the jack 111. The eye protection instrument body 2 is connected with the earmuff 11 of the earphone body 1 through the supporting legs 23, and the supporting legs 23 are spectacle frames. The inserted link 24 is arranged on the supporting leg 23, and the detachable connection structure of the eye protection instrument body 2 and the earmuff 11 is realized through the matching and the plugging of the plug hole 111 and the inserted link 24, so that the structure is simple, and the installation and the detachment are easy.
As an improved embodiment of the eye protection device, fastening bumps are provided on the inner wall of the insertion hole 111. So that the connection structure between the inserting rod 24 and the inserting hole 111 is firmer after the inserting rod 24 is inserted into the inserting hole 111, and thus, the eye protection instrument body 2 and the earmuff 11 are not easy to separate from each other.
