In view of the above problems, the support unit 3 of the present invention includes a holding frame 30 and a support plate 31 mounted on the holding frame by a height adjusting assembly with reference to fig. 2 and 3; the clamping frame 30 comprises a U-shaped frame 301 and a clamping plate 302, wherein the U-shaped frame 301 consists of a cross bar at the bottom and upright posts 32 positioned at two ends of the cross bar; the clamping plates 302 are mounted on the two upright posts 32, and the clamping plates 302 and the U-shaped frame 301 below the clamping plates form a clamping space for clamping and fixing the bearing main beam 1.
In some embodiments, the upper middle part of the upright posts 32 is a threaded rod, and the first nuts 33 are arranged on the two upright posts 32 above the clamping plate 302, and the height of the clamping plate 302 is adjusted through the first nuts 33, so that the size of the clamping space is adjusted to adapt to the bearing main beams 1 with different sizes.

The cast-in-situ box girder edge protection structure disclosed by the invention has the following use process: referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a plurality of groups of through holes 10 are formed in the outer side of the main bearing beam 1, 2 connecting pieces 20 are sleeved at proper positions of the end parts of the main bearing beam 1 and then fixed by bolts, vertical rods 21 and diagonal bracing rods 22 are fixed with fixing rods 201 at the upper parts of the connecting pieces 20 by second rotary fasteners 24, and then the upper ends of the vertical rods 21 and the diagonal bracing rods 22 are mutually fixed by first rotary fasteners 23; 2 clamping frames 30 are sleeved on the bearing main beams 1 on the inner sides of the vertical rods 21, and the first nuts 33 can adjust the distance between the clamping plates 302 and the U-shaped frames 301 and can be suitable for the bearing main beams 1 with different types; and a second nut 34 and a supporting plate 31 are sleeved on the upper part of the upright post 32 from bottom to top in sequence, and the height of the supporting plate 31 on each supporting unit 3 is adjusted by screwing the second nut 34 so as to ensure the level of the supporting plate 31.
