本发明公开了一种新型履带自行式电建塔吊,属于起重机械技术领域,包括履带式行走设备、变幅机构和落地抱杆,所述履带式行走设备呈水平设置在地面上,所述变幅机构设置在履带式行走设备上,且与履带式行走设备传动连接,所述落地抱杆的一端与变幅机构转动连接,所述变幅机构上设有与其铰接的变幅油缸,所述落地抱杆的另外一端与变幅油缸传动连接;所述落地抱杆包括桅杆、安装支架、摇臂基座、吊装摇臂和转动轮,所述摇臂基座设置在桅杆上,所述吊装摇臂有两个且通过插销可拆卸转动连接在摇臂基座上,所述转动轮有两个且分别设置在两个吊装摇臂的两端,所述安装支架固定连接在桅杆上。

技术领域
本发明属于起重机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型履带自行式电建塔吊。
背景技术
随着国民经济的快速增长,电力行业发展迅速,推动了电力铁塔行业的快速发展,在国家的大力支持下,对电力铁塔的需求也将不断增多,使电力铁塔行业的发展前景相当广阔,其中电力铁塔的建设是其中重点,而电力铁塔施工中需要塔吊进行辅助施工。
然而现如今电力铁塔的建设往往是山区沟壑等复杂地况,车辆的通行性较差,而现有的塔吊体型较大,运输成本高,安装不方便,转场效率降低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种新型履带自行式电建塔吊,以解决现有技术中的问题。
本发明实施例采用下述技术方案:一种新型履带自行式电建塔吊,包括履带式行走设备、变幅机构和落地抱杆,所述履带式行走设备呈水平设置在地面上,所述变幅机构设置在履带式行走设备上,且与履带式行走设备传动连接,所述落地抱杆的一端与变幅机构转动连接,所述变幅机构上设有与其铰接的变幅油缸,所述落地抱杆的另外一端与变幅油缸传动连接;所述落地抱杆包括桅杆、安装支架、摇臂基座、吊装摇臂和转动轮,所述摇臂基座设置在桅杆上,所述吊装摇臂有两个且通过插销可拆卸转动连接在摇臂基座上,所述转动轮有两个且分别设置在两个吊装摇臂的两端,所述安装支架固定连接在桅杆上,所述桅杆的顶部设有滑动轮。
优选的,所述桅杆包括依次可拆卸连接的标准节。
优选的,所述桅杆底部可拆卸的设置有两个对称设置的模块化调节卷扬机和两个对称设置的模块化起吊卷扬机。
优选的,两个所述模块化调节卷扬机上分别设有第一钢绳和第二钢绳,所述第一钢绳的一端与其中一个模块化调节卷扬机连接,所述第一钢绳的另一端穿过桅杆上方的滑动轮与其中一个吊装摇臂连接,所述第二钢绳的一端与另外一个模块化调节卷扬机连接,所述第二钢绳的另一端穿过桅杆上方的滑动轮与另外一个吊装摇臂连接。
优选的,两个所述模块化起吊卷扬机上分别设有第三钢绳和第四钢绳,所述第三钢绳的一端与模块化起吊卷扬机连接,所述第三钢绳另一端穿过桅杆且与吊装摇臂转上的转动轮滑动配合,所述第四钢绳的一端与另外一个模块化起吊卷扬机连接,所述第四钢绳另一端穿过桅杆且与吊装摇臂转上的转动轮滑动配合,所述第三钢绳和第四钢绳的另一端都设有吊钩。
本发明实施例采用的上述至少一个技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本发明采用履带式行走设备作为驱动,当履带自行式电建塔吊起吊重物时,驱动两个模块化起吊卷扬机分别带动第三钢绳和第四钢绳分别使两个吊钩上的重物进行高度调节,驱动两个模块化调节卷扬机带动第一钢绳和第二钢绳分别对两个吊装摇臂进行摆动调节重物的水平距离,待到履带自行式电建塔吊需要转场时,可以拆卸吊装摇臂、桅杆、模块化调节卷扬机和模块化调节卷扬机,驱动变幅机构和变幅油缸对落地抱杆进行旋转至水平位置,最终驱动履带式行走设备进行转场,方便了工作人员进行转场,减少了运输成本。

参照图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供一种新型履带自行式电建塔吊,
包括履带式行走设备1、变幅机构2和落地抱杆3,所述履带式行走设备1呈水平设置在地面上,所述变幅机构2设置在履带式行走设备1上,且与履带式行走设备1传动连接,所述落地抱杆3的一端与变幅机构2转动连接,所述变幅机构2上设有与其铰接的变幅油缸4,所述落地抱杆3的另外一端与变幅油缸4传动连接;所述落地抱杆3包括桅杆31、安装支架8、摇臂基座9、吊装摇臂33和转动轮34,所述摇臂基座9设置在桅杆31上,所述吊装摇臂33有两个且通过插销可拆卸转动连接在摇臂基座9上,所述转动轮34有两个且分别设置在两个吊装摇臂33的两端,所述安装支架8固定连接在桅杆31上,所述桅杆31的顶部设有滑动轮35。
优选的,所述桅杆31包括依次可拆卸连接的标准节5;当履带自行式电建塔吊准备转场时,可将桅杆31上的标准节5拆卸下来分段运输方便转场,在施工时,工作人员可以根据实际施工高度要求增减安装标准节5。
优选的,所述桅杆31底部可拆卸的设置有两个对称设置的模块化调节卷扬机36和两个对称设置的模块化起吊卷扬机37;模块化调节卷扬机36与模块化起吊卷扬机37的设置减少了传统吊机现场做地锚固定卷扬机的工作,提高了工作效率。
优选的,两个所述模块化调节卷扬机36上分别设有第一钢绳38和第二钢绳39,所述第一钢绳38的一端与其中一个模块化调节卷扬机36连接,所述第一钢绳38的另一端穿过桅杆31上方的滑动轮35与其中一个吊装摇臂33连接,所述第二钢绳39的一端与另外一个模块化调节卷扬机36连接,所述第二钢绳39的另一端穿过桅杆31上方的滑动轮35与另外一个吊装摇臂33连接;当履带自行式电建塔吊起吊重物时,驱动两个模块化调节卷扬机36带动第一钢绳38和第二钢绳39分别对两个吊装摇臂33进行摆动调节重物的水平距离。
优选的,两个所述模块化起吊卷扬机37上分别设有第三钢绳6和第四钢绳7,所述第三钢绳6的一端与模块化起吊卷扬机37连接,所述第三钢绳6另一端穿过桅杆31且与吊装摇臂33转上的转动轮34滑动配合,所述第四钢绳7的一端与另外一个模块化起吊卷扬机37连接,所述第四钢绳7另一端穿过桅杆31且与吊装摇臂33转上的转动轮34滑动配合,所述第三钢绳6和第四钢绳7的另一端都设有吊钩391;当履带自行式电建塔吊起吊重物时,驱动两个模块化起吊卷扬机37分别带动第三钢绳6和第四钢绳7分别使两个吊钩391上的重物进行高度调节。
本发明的工作原理:当工作人员进行电力铁塔的建设时,先将折叠起来的履带自行式电建塔吊行驶至合适的场地,同时启动变幅机构2和变幅油缸4使落地抱杆3缓慢竖起,待到落地抱杆3与地面呈竖直状态后,使落地抱杆3底部接触到地面,待到履带自行式电建塔吊现场立起后,将两个模块化调节卷扬机36和两个模块化起吊卷扬机37安置在落地抱杆3的底部,将桅杆31安装到合适的高度,并安装好吊装摇臂33,当履带自行式电建塔吊起吊重物时,驱动两个模块化起吊卷扬机37分别带动第三钢绳6和第四钢绳7分别使两个吊钩391上的重物进行高度调节,驱动两个模块化调节卷扬机36带动第一钢绳38和第二钢绳39分别对两个吊装摇臂33进行摆动调节重物的水平距离,待到履带自行式电建塔吊需要转场时,可以拆卸吊装摇臂33、桅杆31、模块化调节卷扬机36和模块化调节卷扬机36,驱动变幅机构2和变幅油缸4对落地抱杆3进行旋转至水平位置,最终驱动履带式行走设备1进行转场。

1.一种新型履带自行式电建塔吊,其特征在于:包括履带式行走设备(1)、变幅机构(2)和落地抱杆(3),所述履带式行走设备(1)呈水平设置在地面上,所述变幅机构(2)设置在履带式行走设备(1)上,且与履带式行走设备(1)传动连接,所述落地抱杆(3)的一端与变幅机构(2)转动连接,所述变幅机构(2)上设有与其铰接的变幅油缸(4),所述落地抱杆(3)的另外一端与变幅油缸(4)传动连接;所述落地抱杆(3)包括桅杆(31)、安装支架(8)、摇臂基座(9)、吊装摇臂(33)和转动轮(34),所述摇臂基座(9)设置在桅杆(31)上,所述吊装摇臂(33)有两个且通过插销可拆卸转动连接在摇臂基座(9)上,所述转动轮(34)有两个且分别设置在两个吊装摇臂(33)的两端,所述安装支架(8)固定连接在桅杆(31)上,所述桅杆(31)的顶部设有滑动轮(35)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型履带自行式电建塔吊,其特征在于:所述桅杆(31)包括依次可拆卸连接的标准节(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型履带自行式电建塔吊,其特征在于:所述桅杆(31)底部可拆卸的设置有两个对称设置的模块化调节卷扬机(36)和两个对称设置的模块化起吊卷扬机(37)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型履带自行式电建塔吊,其特征在于:两个所述模块化调节卷扬机(36)上分别设有第一钢绳(38)和第二钢绳(39),所述第一钢绳(38)的一端与其中一个模块化调节卷扬机(36)连接,所述第一钢绳(38)的另一端穿过桅杆(31)上方的滑动轮(35)与其中一个吊装摇臂(33)连接,所述第二钢绳(39)的一端与另外一个模块化调节卷扬机(36)连接,所述第二钢绳(39)的另一端穿过桅杆(31)上方的滑动轮(35)与另外一个吊装摇臂(33)连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型履带自行式电建塔吊,其特征在于:两个所述模块化起吊卷扬机(37)上分别设有第三钢绳(6)和第四钢绳(7),所述第三钢绳(6)的一端与模块化起吊卷扬机(37)连接,所述第三钢绳(6)另一端穿过桅杆(31)且与吊装摇臂(33)转上的转动轮(34)滑动配合,所述第四钢绳(7)的一端与另外一个模块化起吊卷扬机(37)连接,所述第四钢绳(7)另一端穿过桅杆(31)且与吊装摇臂(33)转上的转动轮(34)滑动配合,所述第三钢绳(6)和第四钢绳(7)的另一端都设有吊钩(391)。
