The plurality of transfer stators 100 may be further disposed along a moving direction of the mover 200 to form a transfer stator group, and the mover 200 may relatively slide on the transfer stator group to transfer goods.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 together, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the transmission stator 100 shown in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is an exploded structural diagram of the transmission stator 100 shown in fig. 2.
For convenience of description, a width direction of the transfer stator 100 is defined as an X-axis direction, a length direction of the transfer stator 100 is defined as a Y-axis direction, and a height direction of the transfer stator 100 is defined as a Z-axis direction. Wherein, X axis direction, Y axis direction and Z axis direction are two by two perpendicular.
The transmission stator 100 includes a support 100Q, a conductive rail 130, a second signal line 140, a yoke 150, a magnetic grid 160, a shielding plate 180, and a transmission rail 190.
The support 100Q is provided with a transport track a, a first opening B and two second openings C. The first opening B is positioned at one side of the transportation track A along the Z-axis direction and is communicated with the transportation track A, and the two second openings C are positioned at two opposite sides of the transportation track A along the Y-axis direction and are communicated with the transportation track A. The transportation rail a extends in the moving direction of the mover 200, and the mover 200 is mounted to the transportation rail a through the first opening B. The support 100Q includes a first support 110, a second support 120, and a bottom plate 170. The first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 are opposite to each other along the Y-axis direction and are spaced apart from each other, and the bottom plate 170 is fixedly connected to the first supporting member 110 and extends toward the second supporting member 120. A transport rail a is formed between the first support 110, the bottom plate 170, and the second support 120. In other embodiments, support 100Q may not include base plate 170.
The first support 110 is generally L-shaped and includes a first section 111 and a second section 112. The second section 112 is connected to one end of the first section 111 along the Z-axis direction, and the second section 112 is connected to the first section 111 at an angle, which is a right angle (allowing a certain range of errors). The first section 111 includes a first face 113 and a second face 114, the second face 114 being connected to the first face 113. The first surface 113 is located on one side of the first section 111 in the height direction (Z-axis direction) thereof, and the second surface 114 is located on one side of the first section 111 in the width direction (X-axis direction) thereof. The second section 112 includes a third face 115, the third face 115 is located on one side of the second section 112 in the width direction (X-axis direction) thereof, and the third face 115 faces the same side as the second face 114. The first face 113, the second face 114, and the third face 115 are each connected between a first end face 116 and a second end face 117. It will be appreciated that the end surfaces of the first section 111 in the Y-axis direction and the end surfaces of the second section 112 in the Y-axis direction together form a first end surface 116 and a second end surface 117.
The first support 110 is provided with a first mounting groove 118 and a second mounting groove 119. The first mounting groove 118 and the second mounting groove 119 are both concavely formed on the third surface 115, and the first mounting groove 118 and the second mounting groove 119 are arranged side by side along the Z-axis direction at intervals. The first mounting groove 118 and the second mounting groove 119 each extend in the Y-axis direction to penetrate the first end face 116 and the second end face 117. In this embodiment, there are two first mounting grooves 118, and the two first mounting grooves 118 are arranged side by side and at intervals along the Z-axis direction and are used for mounting and fixing the conductive rail 130. The second mounting groove 119 is used to mount and fix the second signal line 140.
The second supporting member 120 has a plate shape and is disposed opposite to the first supporting member 110 along the X-axis direction. In this embodiment, the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 are all aluminum profiles. The second supporting member 120 includes a fourth surface 121, a fifth surface 122, a third end surface 123, and a fourth end surface 124, and the fifth surface 122 is connected to the fourth surface 121. The third end face 123 and the fourth end face 124 are disposed opposite to each other in the length direction (Y-axis direction) of the second support 120, and the fourth face 121 and the fifth face 122 are connected between the third end face 123 and the fourth end face 124. The fourth surface 121 is located at one side of the second support 120 along the Z-axis direction, and the fourth surface 121 is oriented the same as the first surface 113. The fifth surface 122 is disposed opposite to the third surface 115 in the X-axis direction. In this embodiment, the length of the second supporting member 120 is equal to the length of the first supporting member 110 (allowing for a certain range of errors), the third end face 123 is oriented identically and flush with the first end face 116 (allowing for a certain range of errors), and the fourth end face 124 is oriented identically and flush with the second end face 117 (allowing for a certain range of errors).
The bottom plate 170 is generally L-shaped and is made of a metallic material. The base plate 170 includes a mounting section 171 and a shielding section 172. The mounting section 171 is connected to one end of the shielding section 172 in the X-axis direction, and the mounting section 171 is connected to the shielding section 172 at an angle. Wherein the included angle is a right angle. The bottom plate 170 is fixedly mounted to the first support 110. Specifically, the surface of the mounting section 171 of the base plate 170 remote from the shielding section 172 is fixedly coupled to the third face 115 of the first support member 110. The shielding section 172 extends toward the second support 120 in the X-axis direction.
The conductive track 130 is electrically connected to an external power source. The conductive rail 130 is substantially U-shaped in an elongated shape and is made of a conductive material. The conductive rail 130 is bent to form a connection groove 131. The conductive rail 130 is mounted and fixed to the first mounting groove 118, and the opening of the connecting groove 131 and the opening of the first mounting groove 118 are located on the same side, and both face away from the third face 115. In this embodiment, there are two conductive tracks 130, and the two conductive tracks 130 are respectively mounted and fixed in the two first mounting slots 118 for supplying power to the mover 200. In one embodiment, the conductive tracks 130 of each transfer stator 100 are independently electrically connected to an external power source in one transfer stator set.
In this embodiment, the second signal line 140 is a leaky cable. The second signal line 140 is substantially identical to the structure of a conventional coaxial cable and is composed of three parts, i.e., an inner conductor, an insulating medium and an outer conductor. However, the outer conductor of the second signal line 140 is provided with periodic slots, so that electromagnetic waves can be transmitted longitudinally in the second signal line 140 and simultaneously radiated to the outside through the slots, and the outside electromagnetic waves can also interact with the second signal line 140 through the slots. It is understood that the second signal line 140 has the functions of both a signal transmission line and a receiving and transmitting antenna. The second signal line 140 is mounted and fixed in the second mounting groove 119 and extends in the Y-axis direction. The second signal line 140 can be directed in the opening direction of the second mounting groove 119, i.e., in the direction away from the third face 115 along the X-axis. The second signal line 140 is in signal connection with an external transportation control system. The second signal line 140 can transmit a signal command of the transport control system to the sub-unit 200, and can also receive information transmitted from the sub-unit 200 and transmit the information of the sub-unit 200 back to the transport control system. In one embodiment, the second signal line 140 of each transfer stator 100 is independently connected to the transport control system in one transfer stator set. In other embodiments, in one transmission stator group, the second signal line 140 of each transmission stator 100 is signal-connected with the second signal line 140 of the adjacent transmission stator 100, and the plurality of second signal lines 140 of the transmission stator group are serially connected with the transportation control system as a whole. The second signal lines 140 are spaced from the bottom plate 170 along the Z-axis direction, and the bottom plate 170 is located at a side of the second signal lines 140 away from the first surface 113. The bottom plate 170 is disposed below the second signal line 140, and is capable of shielding signal interference that may be generated by the outside on the second signal line 140, so as to improve the stability of the signal transmitted by the second signal line 140.
The yoke 150 is substantially elongated and generates a magnetic field. In this embodiment, there are two yokes 150, and the two yokes 150 are a first yoke 150A and a second yoke 150B, respectively. The first yoke 150A is fixedly coupled to the second surface 114 of the first support 110 and extends along the Y-axis direction. The length of the first yoke 150A is the same as the length of the first support 110 (a certain range of errors is allowed). The opposite end surfaces of the first yoke 150A in the Y-axis direction are flush with the first end surface 116 and the second end surface 117, respectively (a certain range of errors is allowed). The second yoke 150B is fixedly coupled to the fifth surface 122 of the second support 120 and extends in the Y-axis direction. The length of the second yoke 150B is the same as the length of the second support 120 (a certain range of errors is allowed). The two end surfaces of the second yoke 150B disposed opposite to each other in the Y-axis direction are flush with the third end surface 123 and the fourth end surface 124, respectively (a certain range of error is allowed). The first yoke 150A and the second yoke 150B are disposed opposite to each other in the X-axis direction at a distance. In the X-axis direction, the orthographic projection of the first yoke 150A coincides with the orthographic projection of the second yoke 150B. In the present embodiment, in the X-axis direction, the orthographic projections of the first yoke 150A and the second yoke 150B completely overlap. In other embodiments, the orthographic projections of the first yoke 150A and the second yoke 150B in the X-axis direction may also partially overlap, which is not particularly limited. A uniform magnetic field can be formed in the space between the first yoke 150A and the second yoke 150B. The magnetic field formed by the symmetrically arranged double yokes is more uniform than the magnetic field formed by a single yoke.
The magnetic grid 160 is substantially elongated for detecting the position of the mover 200. The magnetic grating 160 can retain the equidistant magnetization signal through the magnetic recording process, so that the magnetic field intensity of the magnetic grating 160 periodically changes along the linear direction, thereby detecting the position of the magnetic object. The magnetic grid 160 is fixedly connected to the second face 114 of the first support 110 and extends in the Y-axis direction. The magnetic grids 160 are spaced from the first yoke 150A along the Z-axis direction, and the magnetic grids 160 are located on one side of the first yoke 150A near the first face 113. Wherein the length of the magnetic grid 160 is the same as the length of the first support 110 (allowing for a range of errors). The opposite end surfaces of the magnetic grid 160 in the Y-axis direction are flush with the first end surface 116 and the second end surface 117, respectively (a certain range of errors is allowed).
The shield 180 is generally L-shaped and includes a first shield section 181 and a second shield section 182. The second protection section 182 is connected to one side of the first protection section 181 along the X-axis direction, and the second protection section 182 is connected to the first protection section 181 at an included angle. In this embodiment, the included angle is a right angle, and in other embodiments, the included angle may be an acute angle or an obtuse angle. The shielding plate 180 is mounted and fixed to the first support 110. Specifically, the first shielding section 181 of the shielding plate 180 is embedded in the first surface 113 of the first supporting member 110, and the first shielding section 181 extends along the X-axis direction and protrudes out of the second surface 114 of the first supporting member 110. Wherein the surface of the first shielding section 181 facing away from the second section 112 is flush with the first face 113 (allowing for a range of errors). The second protection section 182 is disposed at an end of the first protection section 181 away from the first support 110, and extends toward the second support 120 along the Z-axis direction. The second guard segments 182 are spaced apart from the second support 120 in the Z-axis direction. The shielding plate 180 partially closes the first opening B of the transportation rail a, leaving only the space between the second shielding section 182 and the second supporting member 120, and the space is located at one side of the transportation stator 100 along the X-axis direction, which significantly reduces the probability that the material or dust impurities fall into the transportation rail a along the first opening B, avoids the material or impurities from being adsorbed to the yoke 150, and interferes with or even destroys the uniform magnetic field generated by the transportation stator 100.
The transfer rail 190 is substantially rectangular and elongated, and serves to guide the moving direction of the mover 200. In this embodiment, there are two conveying rails 190, and the two conveying rails 190 are a first conveying rail 190A and a second conveying rail 190B, respectively, and the first conveying rail 190A and the second conveying rail 190B are disposed at intervals along the X-axis direction. The first transfer rail 190A is mounted and fixed to the first face 113 of the first support 110 and extends in the Y-axis direction. Wherein the length of the first transfer rail 190A is the same as the length of the first support 110 (allowing for a range of errors). The opposite end surfaces of the first conveying rail 190A in the Y-axis direction are flush with the first end surface 116 and the second end surface 117, respectively (a certain range of errors is allowed). The second transfer rail 190B is mounted and fixed to the fourth surface 121 of the second support 120 and extends in the Y-axis direction. Wherein the length of the second transfer rail 190B is the same as the length of the second support 120 (allowing for a range of errors). The two end surfaces of the second conveying rail 190B disposed opposite to each other in the Y-axis direction are flush with the third end surface 123 and the fourth end surface 124, respectively (a certain range of errors is allowed). The second conveying rail 190B is disposed opposite to and spaced apart from the second guard section 182 along the Z-axis direction.
When the plurality of the transfer stators 100 are provided, the plurality of transfer stators 100 are arranged in the Y-axis direction to form a transfer stator group, and the mover 200 can relatively slide on the transfer stator group. Specifically, the first transfer rail 190A of each transfer stator 100 is abutted with the first transfer rail 190A of the adjacent transfer stator 100 along the Y-axis direction, and the second transfer rail 190B of each transfer stator 100 is abutted with the second transfer rail 190B of the adjacent transfer stator 100 along the Y-axis direction (allowing a certain range of errors), so that the mover 200 maintains stability of movement when sliding on the different transfer stators 100 along the Y-axis direction; the transport rail a of each of the transfer stators 100 communicates with the transport rail a of the adjacent transfer stator 100 in the Y-axis direction so that the mover 200 can smoothly pass through the different transfer stators 100 in the Y-axis direction; the connection groove 131 of the conductive rail 130 of each of the transfer stators 100 is communicated with the connection groove 131 of the adjacent transfer stator 100 in the Y-axis direction, so that the mover 200 can be electrically connected with the conductive rail 130 and an external power source when being slidably connected with the different transfer stators 100. Any number of the conveying stators 100 can form a conveying stator group along the Y-axis direction to convey workpieces in cooperation with the rotor, so that the modularized conveying stators can realize intelligent customization of the conveying line 300 and can be more flexibly matched with the production requirements of users.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 together, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the mover 200 shown in fig. 1, and fig. 5 is an exploded structural diagram of the mover 200 shown in fig. 4.
The mover 200 includes a carrier 210, a connection plate 220, a transfer slider 201, a spacer 202, a read head 203, a coil 230, a mount 240, a carbon brush collector 250, a capacitor 270, a signal processor 280, and a driver 290. The support 211 includes a first surface 213, a second surface 214, and two third surfaces 215. The first surface 213 and the second surface 214 are disposed opposite to each other in the thickness direction (Z-axis direction) of the support portion 211, and the second surface 214 faces the connection portion 212 side. The two third surfaces 215 are disposed opposite to each other along the length direction (Y-axis direction) of the supporting portion 211, and are connected between the first surface 213 and the second surface 214. In the mover 200 provided by the embodiment of the application, the mounting seat 240 is fixedly connected to one side of the coil 230, which is away from the connecting plate 220, along the Z-axis direction, so that the space of the mover 200 in the Z-axis direction is fully utilized, the carbon brush current collector 250, the signal processor 280 and the driver 290 are sequentially arranged in the mounting seat 240 at intervals along the Y-axis direction, the space of the mover 200 in the Y-axis direction is fully utilized, the size of the mover 200 along the X-axis direction is obviously reduced, the transportation line 300 is more compact along the X-axis direction, the occupied area of the transportation line 300 is reduced, and the flexibility of the arrangement of the transportation line 300 is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an assembly structure diagram of the mover 200 and the transmission stator 100 shown in fig. 1.
The mover 200 is slidably coupled to the transfer stator 100, and the transfer slider 201 of the mover 200 is slidably engaged with the transfer rail 190 of the transfer stator 100. Each mover 200 slides in the Y-axis direction from one second opening C into the transport rail a of the transfer stator 100 and slides out from the other second opening C. When the mover 200 is slidably connected to the transmission stator 100, the coil 230, the mount 240, the carbon brush collector 250, the driver 290, the capacitor 270, the read head 203, and the signal processor 280 of the mover 200 are all housed in the transportation rail a of the transmission stator 100, and the shield 180 of the transmission stator 100 is housed in the escape groove 223 of the mover 200.
Specifically, the coil 230 of the mover 200 is positioned between the first yoke 150A and the second yoke 150B. The coil 230 generates a magnetic field when supplied with power from the driver 290, and interacts with the magnetic field generated by the yoke 150 to generate a magnetic force, so as to drive the coil 230 and thus the mover 200 to move linearly along the Y-axis direction. The fourth opening 242 of the mounting seat 240 faces the first supporting member 110, the carbon brush current collector 250 and the conductive rail 130 are oppositely arranged along the X-axis direction, the carbon brush 251 is located in the connecting groove 131 of the conductive rail 130, and one side of the carbon brush 251 away from the mounting seat 240 abuts against the conductive rail 130, that is, the carbon brush current collector 250 and the conductive rail 130 are kept in dynamic electrical connection in the sliding process of the mover 200. The conductive rail 130 supplies power to the mover 200 through the electrical connection carbon brush collector 250. The signal processor 280 is disposed opposite to the second signal line 140 along the X-axis direction. The interval distance between the signal processor 280 and the second signal line 140 is short, the signal intensity of wireless communication between the signal processor 280 and the second signal line 140 is high, and the stability is obviously enhanced. Meanwhile, since the track device 600 provided by the present application is compact along the X-axis direction, the stability of the communication signal between the signal processor 280 and the second signal line 140 is further enhanced.
The protection plate 180 is located in the avoidance groove 223, the first protection section 181 of the protection plate 180 is located between the supporting portion 211 of the carrying platform 210 and the connecting plate 220, and is arranged at intervals between the supporting portion 211 and the connecting plate 220, and the second protection section 182 is opposite to the connecting portion 212 of the carrying platform 210 along the X-axis direction and is arranged at intervals. The gasket 202 is used for supporting the protection plate 180 along the Z-axis direction, so as to prevent the protection plate 180 from being deformed in the Z-axis direction due to the extrusion of the carrying table 210, and influence the dust-proof effect of the protection plate 180. The magnetic read head 203 and the magnetic grid 160 are opposite along the X-axis direction and are arranged at intervals, and after the magnetic read head 203 reads the magnetization signal at the corresponding position on the magnetic grid 160, the magnetization signal is converted into a pulse signal and sent to the signal processor 280.
Referring to fig. 9 together, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating stress of the mover 200 shown in fig. 8.
The terms "upper" and "lower" and the like in the description of the embodiment of the present application are described according to the orientation shown in fig. 9 of the specification, and are "lower" in the Z-axis direction away from the carrying platform 210 and "upper" in the direction towards the carrying platform 210, which does not limit the transportation system 1000 in the practical application scenario.
The first transfer slider 201C of the mover 200 is slidably connected to the first transfer rail 190A, and the second transfer slider 201B of the mover 200 is slidably connected to the second transfer rail 190B. The second conveying slider 201B, the mounting base 240, and the connection portion 212 of the carrying platform 210 are all fixedly connected to the connection plate 220. Along the X-axis direction, the mounting seat 240 is located on a side of the second conveying slider 201B facing the first support 110, and the connecting portion 212 is located on a side of the second conveying slider 201B facing away from the first support 110. The web 220 may be analyzed for force as follows. The mount 240 accommodates the carbon brush collector 250, the driver 290, the capacitor 270, the signal processor 280, and the like therein, focusing on most of the weight of the mover 200, so that the mount 240 applies a downward pulling force F1 in the Z-axis direction to the connection plate 220 through the coil 230. The mover 200 is slidably coupled to the transfer rail 190 of the stator through the transfer slider 201, so that the second transfer rail 190B applies a supporting force F2 in the Z-axis direction to the second transfer slider 201B fixedly coupled to the connection plate 220. The pulling force F1 and the supporting force F2 generate a moment to the connection plate 220 in the counterclockwise direction, so that both the connection plate 220 and the second transfer slider 201B have a tendency to rotate in the counterclockwise direction. When the mover 200 carries and conveys the work, the work is placed on the stage 210 of the mover 200, and thus the gravity of the work is transferred to the connection plate 220 along the connection portion 212 of the stage 210, that is, the connection portion 212 applies a downward pressure F3 in the Z-axis direction to the connection plate 220. The pressure F3 generates a moment along the clockwise direction on the connecting plate 220, the connecting plate 220 keeps a stressed stable state under the action of the tensile force F1, the supporting force F2 and the pressure F3, and has no tendency to rotate along the clockwise direction or the anticlockwise direction, so that the sliding stability of the rotor 200 on the stator is ensured, and the stability of the rotor 200 for bearing a workpiece is improved.
In addition, when the coil 230 of the mover 200 is located between the first yoke 150A and the second yoke 150B and the force applied by the first yoke 150A to the coil 230 in the X-axis direction is not equal to the force applied by the second yoke 150B to the coil 230 in the opposite direction to the force applied by the first yoke 150A and the second yoke 150B to the coil 230 in the X-axis direction, the magnetic force in the X-axis direction generated by the first yoke 150A and the second yoke 150B causes the coil 230 and thus the mover 200 to move in the X-axis direction. A groove side surface of the groove 201A of the transfer slider 201 is pressure-contacted with a side surface of the transfer rail 190 in the X-axis direction, and the transfer rail 190 presses the transfer slider 201 to balance the force of the yoke 150 on the coil 230 in the X-axis direction. In the present embodiment, the mover 200 has a first transfer slider 201C and a second transfer slider 201B, and is slidably connected to the first transfer rail 190A and the second transfer rail 190B of the transfer stator 100, respectively. When the force of the yoke 150 to the coil 230 in the X-axis direction is large, the force can be dispersed to act on the first and second transfer rails 190A and 190B, thereby avoiding concentration of the force on a single transfer rail 190, accelerating wear of the transfer rail 190, and raising the safety risk of the transportation line 300.

The two movers 200 can move on the endless transporting line 300 to transport the work.
The following describes the case where the mover 200 moves between the docking mechanism 500 and the transfer stator 100, taking the first docking mechanism 500A as an example. The first docking mechanism 500A has a first state and a second state. In the first state, the docking stator 570 of the first docking mechanism 500A is docked with the first transfer stator 100A, and the mover 200 is able to traverse between the docking stator 570 of the first docking mechanism 500A and the first transfer stator 100A. In the second state, the docking stator 570 of the first docking mechanism 500A is docked with the second transfer stator 100B, and the mover 200 is able to traverse between the docking stator 570 of the first docking mechanism 500A and the second transfer stator 100B. The first docking mechanism 500A can move the docking stator 570 in the X-axis direction by the driving member 550, changing from the first state of docking with the first conveyance stator 100A to the second state of docking with the second conveyance stator 100B, or changing from the second state to the first state by moving in the opposite direction of the X-axis direction.
In one embodiment, first the first docking mechanism 500A is in the first state, the mover 200 moves from the first transfer stator 100A in the Y-axis direction into the docking stator 570 of the first docking mechanism 500A, and the mover 200 is controlled to be stationary relative to the docking stator 570. Then, the driving piece 550 of the first docking mechanism 500A drives the docking stator 570 to move along the X-axis direction, and the docking stator 570 drives the mover 200 to move along the X-axis direction. The docking stator 570 moves to the second state, and the docking stator 570 is docked with the second transfer stator 100B. Finally, the control mover 200 moves out of the docking stator 570 of the first docking mechanism 500A in the Y-axis direction and enters the second transfer stator 100B.
