Abstract

本发明公开了一种臂力驱动自行三轮车辆,包括车架、车座、驱动机构、刹车机构及转向机构。主要依靠臂力驱动横手柄杆和驱动杠杆带动连动杆、曲柄轴、牙盘、链条、链轮飞轮、车轴和两个后车轮做运动从而使车辆运行,通过双脚控制脚踏板、前车轮架和前车轮转向,通过刹车把手和闸线连带刹车装置进行车辆制动。本发明结构简单稳定、易实施,为人力自行三轮车增加了一种驱动形式。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人力驱动车辆设备,尤其是一种臂力驱动自行三轮车。
背景技术
现有人力驱动自行三轮车辆多为脚蹬驱动,只有残疾人等特殊车辆是臂力摇动曲柄带动牙盘和链条等进行驱动,驱动形式并不全面。
发明内容
为了增加现有人力自行三轮车辆驱动形式,本发明提供一种靠臂力抬、压操作驱动自行三轮车辆的新驱动形式。
本发明解决问题所采用的技术方案是:通过人臂力抬、压横手柄杆和连接的驱动杠杆带动连动杆运动及曲柄轴和牙盘做圆周运动,再带动链条通过链条传动带动链轮飞轮、轮轴和后车轮做圆周运动驱动车辆。
所述车轮数量为三个,一个设置在前方用于控制车辆方向,两个设置在后方用于驱动车辆和进行刹车制动。
上述机械部件通过车架组装在一起。驱动杠杆的横手柄杆上安装有刹车把手装置,通过刹车闸线连接到后车轮轮轴的刹车装置上。车辆转弯通过双脚控制前车轮实现。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明技术方案机械结构简单常见,所用牙盘、链条、链轮飞轮、刹车零部件、车座等零部件均为市场现有成熟产品,结构稳定、方案易实施,为人力自行三轮车增加了一种驱动形式。

具体实施方式
本方案包括车架1、车座2、驱动机构、刹车机构及转向机构。
驱动机构,人臂力作用于固定在驱动杠杆4上的横手柄杆3上,通过抬、压横手柄杆3带动驱动杠杆4往复运动,驱动杠杆4与车架1活动连接住,驱动杠杆4与连动杆5活动连接组合并带动连动杆5运动,连动杆5与曲柄轴6活动连接组合,曲柄轴6和牙盘7是固定连接,曲柄轴6与车架1活动连接住,连动杆5带动曲柄轴6和牙盘7做圆周运动,牙盘7再带动链条8运动,链条8通过导向链轮19改变运动方向,将力传导到链轮飞轮9上使链轮飞轮9圆周运动,链轮飞轮9与轮轴16及后车轮10固定,轮轴16与车架1活动连接住,从而使后车轮10做圆周运动驱动车辆。
转向机构,当需要控制方向时,人脚上的力作用于脚踏板12上,脚踏板12与前车轮架18固定连接,前车轮架18通过轴承组17与车架1连接,前车轮架18与前车轮11活动连接,人脚上的力通过脚踏板12、前车轮架18传导到前车轮11上,使前车轮11进行转向,从而达到控制车辆方向的目的。
刹车机构,当需要车辆制动时,人手上的力作用于刹车把手13上,通过刹车闸线14将力传导到刹车装置15上,阻止轮轴16及后车轮10继续做圆周运动,从而达到车辆刹车制动目的,刹车把手13是固定在横手柄杆3上的。
本发明工作时,使用者乘坐在与车架1相连的车座2上,车座2可以根据需要调节高度,双手握紧横手柄杆3,双脚蹬在脚踏板12上,然后做驱使车辆运动的活动从而驱动车辆。

1.一种臂力驱动自行三轮车,包括车架(1)、车座(2)、驱动机构、刹车机构、转向机构,其特征是整体由车座(2)、驱动机构、刹车机构及转向机构与车架(1)组合形成,所述驱动机构由横手柄杆(3)与驱动杠杆(4)固定连接、驱动杠杆(4)与车架(1)活动连接、驱动杠杆(4)与连动杆(5)活动连接、连动杆(5)与曲柄轴(6)活动连接、曲柄轴(6)与车架(1)活动连接、曲柄轴(6)和牙盘(7)固定连接、牙盘(7)和链轮飞轮(9)通过链条(8)传动、链轮飞轮(9)与轮轴(16)及两个后车轮(10)固定连接、轮轴(16)与车架(1)活动连接组合构成,所述转向机构由脚踏板(12)与前车轮架(18)固定连接、前车轮架(18)通过轴承组(17)与车架(1)活动连接、前车轮架(18)与前车轮(11)活动连接组合构成,所述刹车机构由刹车把手(13)与横手柄杆(3)固定连接、刹车闸线(14)将刹车装置(15)和刹车把手(13)牵连组合构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的臂力驱动自行三轮车,其特征是通过臂力抬、压横手柄杆(3)和相连的驱动杠杆(4)带动驱动机构活动,从而驱动车辆。
