Since the strut 6 extrudes the sponge through the ring pad 28, adhesion between the ring pad 28 and the sponge is avoided. The outer wall of the pressing box 3 is provided with a sliding groove 23, and the inside of the sliding groove 23 is connected with a sliding block 24 in a sliding way. In order to improve the sliding stability of the sliding block 24 in the sliding groove 23, both the sliding groove 23 and the sliding block 24 are in a T-shaped structure. Meanwhile, in order to improve the smoothness of sliding of the sliding block 24 in the sliding groove 23, balls are movably embedded outside the sliding block 24. An electromagnet 26 is fixedly embedded on one side of the sliding block 24 close to the inner cavity of the pressing box 3, a third magnet 27 is fixedly embedded on one side of the sliding column 6 close to the sliding groove 23, and the electromagnet 26 and the third magnet 27 are oppositely arranged. The electromagnet 26 is started, so that magnetism of the surface, close to each other, of the electromagnet 26 and the third magnet 27 is opposite, and under the action of attractive force, the sliding column 6 moves to drive the sliding block 24 to move synchronously. The first magnet 21 and the second magnet 22 are arranged, so that the slide column 6 can not rotate randomly in the press box 3, and the electromagnet 26 and the third magnet 27 can be matched stably.
One end of the sliding block 24 far away from the sliding groove 23 is fixedly connected with a vertical plate 25, and the vertical plate 25 and the sliding block 24 are distributed in an L shape. One side of riser 25 near fixed block 4 fixedly connected with diaphragm 29, diaphragm 29 are located the bottom of riser 25, and diaphragm 29 is L type distribution with riser 25. The baffle 30 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the diaphragm 29, and the baffle 30 is located at one end of the diaphragm 29 away from the riser 25, and the baffle 30 is attached to the bottom of the ring pad 28. In operation, after the spool 6 moves from the arc groove 5 near the second through groove 8 to the arc groove 5 near the first through groove 7, the fourth solenoid valve 32, the cooling tank 15 and the first solenoid valve 17 are closed, the third solenoid valve 31 and the second solenoid valve 19 are opened again, and the heating tank 14 is kept closed. The pump body 13 conveys the outside air to the inside of the pressure box 3 through the third air pipe 12, the three-way joint 11 and the first air pipe 9, pushes the sliding column 6 to move in the interior of the pressure box 3 again in an elliptical track, and moves from the arc groove 5 close to the first through groove 7 to the arc groove 5 close to the second through groove 8. After the sliding column 6 moves a little distance, when the third magnet 27 corresponds to the position of the electromagnet 26, the electromagnet 26 is started, the magnetism of the surface, close to each other, of the third magnet 27 and the electromagnet 26 is opposite, under the action of attractive force, the sliding column 6 moves to drive the sliding block 24 to move synchronously, and the sliding block 24 drives the partition plate 30 to move between the ring pad 28 and the sponge through the vertical plate 25 and the transverse plate 29, so that the separation of the ring pad 28 and the sponge is realized, and the adhesion condition is avoided.
After the slide column 6 moves a little distance, the positions of the third magnet 27 and the electromagnet 26 are corresponding, so that the partition plate 30 and the slide column 6 can be staggered, the ring pad 28 and the sponge are separated after extrusion is completed, and mutual influence cannot occur.
Further, the sliding column 6 can further gradually extrude the sponge in the moving process, so that the fit degree between the sponge paste and the rolling belt is further improved.
And after the sponge is attached, the lifting control device drives the pressing block 2 and the pressing box 3 to move upwards through the support 1. The third solenoid valve 31 and the second solenoid valve 19 are closed, the fourth solenoid valve 32 and the first solenoid valve 17 are opened, and the cooling tank 15 is kept in a closed state. The pump body 13 conveys outside air to the inside of the pressing box 3 through the third air pipe 12, the three-way joint 11 and the second air pipe 10, pushes the sliding column 6 to move in an elliptical track in the pressing box 3, moves from the arc groove 5 close to the second through groove 8 to the arc groove 5 close to the first through groove 7, and drives the partition plate 30 to reset through the sliding block 24, the transverse plate 29 and the vertical plate 25, so that the next group of rolling belts and the fitting operation of sponge are facilitated.
Working principle: the pump body 13 and the heating box 14 are started, the third electromagnetic valve 31 is opened, and the pump body 13 conveys the external air to the inside of the heating box 14 through the third air pipe 12, the three-way joint 11 and the first air pipe 9, and the electric heating equipment in the heating box 14 heats the air rapidly. The heated gas enters the press box 3 from the first air pipe 9, pushes the slide column 6 to move in an elliptical track in the press box 3, and moves from the arc groove 5 close to the first through groove 7 to the arc groove 5 close to the second through groove 8. At the same time, the second solenoid valve 19 on the second exhaust pipe 18 is opened so that the spool 6 presses out the gas in front of it from the second exhaust pipe 18 during the movement.
The heated air will transfer heat to the pressure box 3 and the ring pad 28 during the process of pushing the sliding column 6 to move, so that the temperature of the pressure box 3 and the ring pad 28 is raised.
Then, the lifting control device is started, and the pressing block 2 and the pressing box 3 are driven to move downwards through the support 1, so that the ring cushion 28 is abutted against the upper surface of the sponge. In the process of contact between the ring pad 28 and the sponge, heat of the ring pad 28 is conducted to the sponge, so that viscose at the bottom of the ring pad is softened, the viscosity of the sponge adhesion is enhanced, and the effect of the sponge adhesion is improved.
Then the third solenoid valve 31 and the heating tank 14 are closed, the fourth solenoid valve 32 is opened and the cooling tank 15 is started. The pump body 13 conveys the outside air from the third air duct 12, the three-way joint 11 and the second air duct 10 to the inside of the cooling box 15, and the outside air is rapidly cooled by the electric cooling equipment in the cooling box 15. The cooled air enters the inside of the pressure box 3 through the second air pipe 10, pushes the sliding column 6 to move in an elliptical track in the inside of the pressure box 3, and moves from the arc groove 5 close to the second through groove 8 to the arc groove 5 close to the first through groove 7. The in-process that the slide column 6 removed is through the ring pad 28 to the sponge progressively extrudees for the gaseous by both sides discharge between sponge and the rolling area, avoids the inside bellied condition of sponge appearance, improves the laminating degree between sponge and the rolling area.
At the same time, the first solenoid valve 17 on the first exhaust pipe 16 is opened so that the spool 6 presses out the gas in front of it from the first exhaust pipe 16 during the movement.
And the cooling gas reduces the temperature of the press box 3 and the ring pad 28 during the process of pushing the spool 6 to move. In the process of contact between the ring pad 28 and the sponge, the ring pad 28 can reduce the temperature of the sponge extrusion-bonding completion part, quicken the curing of the adhesive at the bottom of the sponge extrusion-bonding completion part, and further improve the effect of sponge bonding.
When the sliding column 6 moves from the arc groove 5 close to the second through groove 8 to the arc groove 5 close to the first through groove 7, the first extrusion lamination of the sponge is completed. Then, the fourth solenoid valve 32, the cooling tank 15 and the first solenoid valve 17 are closed, and the third solenoid valve 31 and the second solenoid valve 19 are opened again, and the heating tank 14 is kept in a closed state. The pump body 13 conveys the outside air to the inside of the pressure box 3 through the third air pipe 12, the three-way joint 11 and the first air pipe 9, pushes the sliding column 6 to move in the interior of the pressure box 3 again in an elliptical track, and moves from the arc groove 5 close to the first through groove 7 to the arc groove 5 close to the second through groove 8. After the sliding column 6 moves a little distance, when the third magnet 27 corresponds to the position of the electromagnet 26, the electromagnet 26 is started, the magnetism of the surface, close to each other, of the third magnet 27 and the electromagnet 26 is opposite, under the action of attractive force, the sliding column 6 moves to drive the sliding block 24 to move synchronously, the sliding block 24 moves to drive the partition plate 30 to move between the ring pad 28 and the sponge through the vertical plate 25 and the transverse plate 29, separation of the ring pad 28 and the sponge is achieved, and the adhesion is avoided.
And the diaphragm 29 and the vertical plate 25 are distributed in an L shape, and after the sliding column 6 moves a little distance, the position of the third magnet 27 corresponds to that of the electromagnet 26, so that the partition plate 30 and the sliding column 6 can be staggered, the ring pad 28 and the sponge are separated after extrusion is completed, and mutual influence cannot occur.
Meanwhile, the sliding column 6 can further gradually extrude the sponge in the moving process, so that the fit degree between the sponge paste and the rolling belt is further improved.
When the sliding column 6 moves from the arc groove 5 close to the first through groove 7 to the arc groove 5 close to the second through groove 8, the lifting control device is started, the pressing box 3 is driven to move upwards through the support 1 and the pressing block 2, and the single-group rolling belt and sponge fitting is completed.
