Background
Before tap water reaches a water terminal through a water supply network, a plurality of pipelines are provided, and impurities such as a plurality of silt, rust, suspended matters and the like exist in the pipelines, if no filtering treatment is performed, secondary pollution of the tap water can be caused.
The pre-filter is used as a first filtering device of a water terminal, and can filter the sediment, rust, ova, red worms and other large-particle substances in tap water. Therefore, the prior waterway system mostly adopts a pre-filter to filter water at the source before entering the water terminal, so that the secondary pollution can be effectively eliminated, the water pollution disease is reduced, the solid impurities can be removed, the waterway system is protected, and the system maintenance cost is reduced.
However, products sold in the market at present, such as a household pre-filtration filter and a household full-house pre-filtration filter, are mostly external filter devices, occupy extra space during installation, influence the overall aesthetic property, and have the filtering effect of only removing coarse sand and stone particles and other rust particles in water, and have no secondary filtering function, so that microorganisms, residual chlorine, other bacteria, heavy metals and the like in the water cannot be effectively removed.
These prefilters have a simple filtering function, and most of the garbage (filter residues) and the like generated by filtration are discharged at regular time by manpower, so that the condition of forgetting to discharge is easy to occur, and the filter residues remain in the filter for a certain time, which affects the service life of the filter and deteriorates the quality of filtered water. With the improvement of the current domestic conditions, the quality requirement on water is higher and higher, the living area of the urban commodity house is compact, and a plurality of filter devices with different functions are not installed in more than space. Accordingly, there is a need for improvements over existing pre-filters.

With reference to fig. 3, it should be noted that the filter element 6 is mounted in the sealed cylinder 5 (not under the water outlet 61), and the filter element 6 is hidden in fig. 3 because the filter element 6 adopts an alternative structure, preferably a single filter element or a composite filter element, which is selected according to the needs of the customer. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a filter element 6 is arranged in the sealing cylinder 5, a front filter cavity 51 (capable of carrying out preliminary filtration on water entering the filter element 6) is formed between the upper side of the filter element 6 and the inner wall of the sealing cylinder 5, a three-fork support 2 is arranged in the front filter cavity 51, and a top cover 8 is arranged at the top of the sealing cylinder 5 to ensure the sealing of the front filter cavity 51, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the water inlet pipe 1 is detachably connected to the (right side) outer wall of the sealing cylinder 5, and a discharge port 9 is formed in the outer wall of the water inlet pipe 1.
Referring to fig. 4, the three-fork support 2 includes a three-fork inner tube 22 and a three-fork outer tube 21 (forming a three-fork structure of inner and outer two layers) sleeved outside the three-fork inner tube 22, wherein one end (right end) of the three-fork outer tube 21 passes through the sealing cylinder 5 and then is communicated with the water inlet tube 1, two front filter screens 3 are respectively arranged at two end parts on the left side of the three-fork outer tube 21, the two front filter screens 3 extend into the front filter chamber 51, water flowing in from the water inlet tube 1 is primarily filtered by the front filter screens 3 to generate front filter water, and the front filter water is discharged into the front filter chamber 51 and is further filtered by the filter element 6. Further, a drainage suction pipe 4 is correspondingly arranged in each pre-filter screen 3, two ports of the total two drainage suction pipes 4 are correspondingly connected with the left side of the three-fork inner pipe 22, and a third port positioned on the right side of the three-fork inner pipe 22 is connected to the discharge port 9 through a drainage channel 42, so that pre-filter wastewater (filter residues generated by preliminary filtration are contained) is discharged, and the drainage channel 42 is arranged in the water inlet pipe 1 and is not communicated with the inner cavity of the water inlet pipe 1. The water purifying outlet pipe 7 is connected to the outer wall of the left side of the sealed cylinder 5, and the water purifying outlet pipe 7 is communicated with the water outlet 61 arranged in the center of the filter element 6 through the water outlet channel 71, so that purified water is output outwards.
Further, a water inlet passage 11 (surrounding the inner wall of the water inlet pipe 1) is formed between the inner wall of the water inlet pipe 1 and the outer wall of the water discharge passage 42, and the water inlet passage 11 communicates with the three-fork outer pipe 21, and the three-fork inner pipe 22 communicates with the water discharge passage 42.
Preferably, an umbrella-shaped head 31 is arranged at the front end of the pre-filtering net 3, and filter residues formed by pre-filtering are conveniently contained in the umbrella-shaped head 31. The end of the drainage straw 4 near the umbrella-shaped head 31 is provided with a horn-shaped mouth 41, the filter residue is convenient to guide and drain, and the filter residue is promoted to drain. Preferably, the automatic discharge valve is externally connected with the discharge port 9, and the time interval of each automatic timing discharge can be set according to the water consumption of a user, so that the discharge port 9 is automatically and regularly opened, the automatic discharge valve is provided with a self-service power supply, no external power supply is needed, the automatic discharge valve is beneficial to being used at any position under the condition of water supply, and discharged wastewater is directly connected with a water falling pipeline under a cabinet.
In the working process of the invention, as shown in fig. 6, external water enters the device from the water inlet pipe 1, flows along the annular water inlet channel 11 between the inner wall of the water inlet pipe 1 and the outer wall of the water outlet channel 42, then enters the three-fork outer pipe 21, preliminary filtration is realized through the front filter screen 3 at the front end of the three-fork outer pipe 21, front filter water is generated, the front filter water is discharged into the front filter cavity 51, under the pressure of the external water, the front filter water permeates into the filter element 6, the filter element 6 further filters the water to generate purified water, the purified water flows out from the water outlet 61 at the top of the filter element 6, and the purified water is output to the user side from the purified water outlet pipe 7 through the water outlet channel 71. When the external automatic discharge valve is opened, filter residues (coarse garbage, sediment and other impurities) deposited between the front filter screen 3 and the drainage suction pipe 4 are flushed into the trumpet-shaped opening 41 under the action of water supply pressure, enter the three-fork inner pipe 22 along the drainage suction pipe 4, and finally are discharged outwards from the discharge port 9 along the drainage channel 42, so that automatic pollution discharge is realized.
