In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, one end of the connecting rod 301 is provided with a connecting slot 3011, and the first end 2012 is rotatably connected within the connecting slot 3011; an avoidance groove 3021 for avoiding the first end 2012 is formed at the end, connected to the connecting rod 301, of the self-locking rod 302, and the avoidance groove 3021 is communicated with the connecting groove 3011.
The arrangement of the connecting groove 3011 is convenient for connection between the first end 2012 and the connecting rod 301, and can limit the first end 2012, so that the first end 2012 is prevented from being offset to cause abnormal rotation. One end of the self-locking rod 302 is provided with a avoiding groove 3021, so that the first end 2012 can be avoided, and the normal rotation range of the first end 2012 is ensured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the connection groove 3011 is a through groove penetrating the connection rod 301, the avoidance groove 3021 is a through groove penetrating the self-locking rod 302, and the connection groove 3011 and the avoidance groove 3021 are communicated to form a bent through groove. The two opposite groove walls of the connecting groove 3011 are respectively provided with a first rotating hole, the first end 2012 is correspondingly provided with a second rotating hole, and the first pin shaft is sequentially connected in one first rotating hole, the second rotating hole and the other first rotating hole.
As an alternative embodiment, the connecting groove 3011 may be a groove, the avoiding groove 3021 may be a groove, the groove walls of the connecting groove 3011 and the avoiding groove 3021 are opened to form a bending groove, the first end 2012 is disposed in the connecting groove 3011 through the notch, and the groove bottom of the connecting groove 3011 may also limit the first end 2012.
As an alternative embodiment, the first end 2012 may be provided with two connection seats at a distance therebetween, and the end of the connecting rod 301 connected to the self-locking rod 302 may be rotatably connected between the two connection seats.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the lifting mechanism 1 includes a lifting ring 101 and a connection assembly 102; the lifting ring 101 is provided with a second opening area, and a force acting part 1011 is arranged at a position opposite to the second opening area; the connecting component 102 is connected in the second opening area and is movably connected with one end of the hanging mechanism 2, the elastic piece 5 is abutted between one end of the hanging mechanism 2 and the connecting component 102, and the transmission mechanism 4 is in transmission connection with the self-locking mechanism 3 and the connecting component 102.
The worker can apply lifting force to the lifting ring 101 through the force acting part 1011, so that when the hanging mechanism 2 hangs an article, the hanging mechanism 2 can move relative to the lifting mechanism 1 along the first direction under the opposite acting force applied by the force acting part 1011 and the article, and the self-locking mechanism 3 can close the first opening area 2011 under the control of the transmission mechanism 4; when the hanging mechanism 2 hangs articles but the lifting ring 101 is not stressed, the hanging mechanism 2 moves relative to the lifting mechanism 1 along the second direction under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece 5, and the self-locking mechanism 3 can open the first opening area 2011 under the control of the transmission mechanism 4; when the hanging mechanism 2 is empty, even if the force acting part 1011 is stressed, the hanging mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 1 are kept in a relatively static state under the elastic force of the elastic piece 5, and the self-locking mechanism 3 is kept at a position for opening the first opening area 2011 under the control of the transmission mechanism 4. The second opening area is opposite to the force acting part 1011, and the connecting component 102 is connected in the second opening area, so that the distance between the hanging mechanism 2 and the force acting part 1011 can be pulled, the force acting part 1011 can be conveniently applied by a worker through hands or tools, the lifting ring 101 and the connecting component 102 can be connected to form a closed annular structure, and the strength of the lifting mechanism 1 is enhanced.
In particular embodiments, the connection assembly 102 may be welded to the second open area. Alternatively, the connection assembly 102 may be removably attached to the second open area by fasteners to facilitate removal and maintenance of the hitch mechanism 2 and the drive mechanism 4.
As an alternative embodiment, the elastic member 5 may be connected between the hook 201 and the connection unit 102.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 6 and 8, the connection assembly 102 is provided with a connection through hole; the hanging mechanism 2 also comprises a hanging rod 202 and a bearing cap 203; one end of the hanging rod 202 is fixedly connected with the hook 201, is arranged near the first opening area 2011, and the other end of the hanging rod slidably passes through the connecting through hole and extends to the inner ring of the lifting ring 101; the bearing cap 203 is detachably connected to the other end of the hanging rod 202, the elastic member 5 is abutted between the bearing cap 203 and the connecting assembly 102, and the bearing cap 203 is suitable for compressing the elastic member 5 and abutting on the connecting assembly 102 when the hanger 201 is used for hanging articles.
The connecting through hole can realize the sliding connection of the hanging rod 202 and the connecting through hole, and can also axially limit the sliding of the hanging rod 202, wherein the moving direction of the hanging rod 202 when moving towards the direction close to the force acting part 1011 is a first direction, the moving direction when moving away from the force acting part 1011 is a second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are both the axial directions of the connecting through hole. The bearing cap 203 can limit one end of the hanging rod 202 and limit and fix the elastic piece 5. And the hanging rod 202 and the bearing cap 203 are arranged so that the structure is simpler and the sliding fit with the lifting mechanism 1 is more convenient. The connection part between one end of the hanging rod 202 and the hook 201 is close to the first opening area 2011, so that the second end 2013 of the hook 201 can be bent towards the lifting mechanism 1, the hung article is prevented from falling, and the stability of the hanging article of the hook 201 is ensured.
As an alternative embodiment, the connecting assembly 102 may be provided with a connecting hole, the hanging structure further includes a connecting rod 301, the outer periphery of one end of the connecting rod 301 is provided with a bearing convex portion in a protruding manner, and the other end of the connecting rod 301 is connected with the hook 201 in a detachable manner after penetrating through the connecting hole in a sliding manner.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, a bearing cap 203 is threaded with the other end of the hanging bar 202; the hanging mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 1 are convenient to detach and mount. Specifically, an external thread is provided on the outer periphery of one end of the hanging rod 202, a threaded hole is provided in the bearing cap 203, and an internal thread is provided on the inner wall of the threaded hole.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic member 5 is a spring, and the spring is sleeved on the outer circumference of the hanging rod 202.
The spring is simple in structure and low in cost, the spring is sleeved on the periphery of the hanging rod 202, the hanging rod 202 limits the spring, and the spring is prevented from seriously skewing and winding to influence the stress of the hanging mechanism 2.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a first limiting groove 2031 is formed on the bearing cap 203, a second limiting groove 10212 is correspondingly formed on the connecting assembly 102, and two ends of the elastic member 5 are respectively disposed in the first limiting groove 2031 and the second limiting groove 10212. The first and second limiting grooves 2031 and 10212 can limit and fix both ends of the elastic member 5. In a specific embodiment, the elastic member 5 may be a spring, and is sleeved on the outer periphery of the hanging rod 202, and two ends of the elastic member are respectively disposed in the first limiting groove 2031 and the second limiting groove 10212. Alternatively, the elastic member 5 may be at least two arc-shaped elastic pieces, which are circumferentially spaced around the hanging rod 202, the arc-shaped elastic pieces are matched with the hanging rod 202 in shape, and two ends of the arc-shaped elastic pieces are connected in the first limiting groove 2031 and the second limiting groove 10212 in a distributed manner.
As shown in fig. 8, an annular protruding strip protrudes upward from an end surface of the connecting component 102 facing the bearing cap 203, and the annular protruding strip and the connecting component 102 enclose a second limiting groove 10212. The bearing cap 203 is internally provided with a threaded hole, and the first limiting groove 2031 is formed on the wall of the threaded hole and is located at one end close to the connection assembly 102.
As an alternative embodiment, the second limiting groove 10212 may be recessed in the end surface of the connection unit 102 facing the bearing cap 203 in a direction facing away from the bearing cap 203.
In one embodiment, the hanging bar 202 is rotatably connected to the connecting through hole, and the transmission mechanism 4 is rotatably connected to the connecting assembly 102 through the turntable 6.
The hanging rod 202 and the transmission mechanism 4 can be linked, and rotate relative to the axis of the connecting through hole of the lifting mechanism 1, in a natural state, a worker can drive the self-locking mechanism 3 and the transmission mechanism 4 to synchronously rotate through the rotating hook 201, the self-locking mechanism can rotate according to the actual use requirement so as to adjust the self-locking mechanism to an angle convenient for force application, the comfort level of operation is improved, the application range is increased, and the self-locking mechanism is simple and reliable. Specifically, the hanging bar 202 is clearance fit with the connecting through hole.
As an alternative embodiment, the hanging rod 202 may be rotatably connected to the connecting through hole, an annular slide is provided on a side of the connecting unit 102 facing away from the force applying portion 1011, a slider is slidably connected to the annular slide, and the transmission mechanism 4 is rotatably connected to the slider.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 8, the connection assembly 102 includes a connection bracket 1021 and a connection flap 1022, where the connection bracket 1021 is disposed in the second opening area and is detachably connected to both ends of the lifting ring 101 at the second opening area; the connecting bracket 1021 is provided with a first through hole 10211; the elastic piece 5 is abutted between the bearing cap 203 and the connecting bracket 1021; the connecting baffle 1022 is detachably connected to one side of the connecting bracket 1021, which is away from the elastic piece 5, and the connecting baffle 1022 is provided with a second through hole 10221; wherein, the turntable 6 is rotatably connected between the connecting bracket 1021 and the connecting baffle 1022, and a third through hole 601 is arranged on the turntable 6; one end of the transmission mechanism 4 passes through the second through hole 10221 and is connected with the turntable 6; the first through hole 10211, the second through hole 10221, and the third through hole 601 are coaxially disposed, and form a connection through hole.
The arrangement of the first through hole 10211, the second through hole 10221 and the third through hole 601 ensures the rotational connection of one end of the transmission mechanism 4. The connection bracket 1021 and the connection baffle 1022 are detachably connected, and the turntable 6 can be rotatably clamped between the connection bracket 1021 and the connection baffle 1022, so that the turntable 6 is limited and fixed, the turntable 6 is guaranteed to rotate, and the transmission mechanism 4 and the self-locking mechanism 3 also rotate along with the rotation of the hanging mechanism 2.
In a specific embodiment, the connecting bracket 1021 includes a bracket body and two bracket connection lugs protruding from the bracket body, and the two bracket connection lugs are detachably connected with two ends of the lifting ring 101, which are located at the second opening area, respectively. The two support connecting lugs are provided with first connecting holes, the two ends of the lifting ring 101, which are positioned at the second opening area, are plate-shaped, are provided with second connecting holes, the first fastening piece can be a bolt or a screw, one end of the first fastening piece is provided with a nut, and the other end of the first fastening piece sequentially passes through the first connecting holes and the second connecting holes and then is in threaded connection with the nut. Preferably, the bracket body may be a circular body, the bracket connecting lug is a plate structure protruding from the bracket body, and one end of the bracket connecting lug far away from the bracket body is a smooth end. An annular raised line is arranged on one side of the bracket body, facing the bearing cap 203, in a protruding way, and the annular raised line and the connecting assembly 102 enclose a second limit groove 10212; the support body is equipped with the mounting groove on the side of bearing cap 203 dorsad, is equipped with first through-hole 10211 on the tank bottom of mounting groove, and carousel 6 rotatably sets up in the mounting groove. The connection baffle 1022 is an annular baffle, the inner ring of the annular baffle is a second through hole 10221, and the annular baffle is detachably connected with the bracket body and is blocked at the notch of the mounting groove. The outer diameter of the turntable 6 is larger than the inner diameter of the connection tabs 1022 and smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting groove. Specifically, be equipped with two at least third connecting holes on the support body, two at least third connecting holes encircle the circumference and distribute in the outside of mounting groove, correspond fourth connecting hole on the annular separation blade, and the second fastener can be bolt or screw, and the one end of second fastener is equipped with the nut, and the other end passes fourth connecting hole and third connecting hole threaded connection. The third connection hole may be a threaded blind hole. The shape of the fourth connecting hole is matched with the shape of the nut of the second fastener.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 8, the transmission mechanism 4 includes a first hinge seat 401, a second hinge seat 402 and a transmission lever 403; a first hinge seat 401 protruding from the other end of the connection rod 301 and located at a side far from the self-locking rod 302; the second hinge base 402 is fixedly arranged on the turntable 6; both ends of the transmission rod 403 are rotatably connected to the first hinge seat 401 and the second hinge seat 402, respectively.
The transmission rod 403, the connecting rod 301 of the self-locking mechanism 3, the hanging mechanism 2 and the turntable 6 form a four-bar mechanism, when the hanging mechanism 2 moves relative to the lifting mechanism 1 along the first direction or the second direction, the four-bar mechanism deforms, so that the self-locking rod 302 of the self-locking mechanism 3 moves in other directions, and the purpose of closing or opening the first opening area 2011 is achieved. The transmission mechanism 4 has a simple structure, can occupy less space and meets the miniaturization of the self-locking lifting device.
In particular, the first hinge seat 401 may be welded to the other end of the connection rod 301, or may be integrally formed with the other end of the connection rod 301. The first hinge bases 401 may be provided in two, each first hinge base 401 is provided with a first hinge hole, and one end of the transmission rod 403 is disposed between the two first hinge bases 401 and is rotatably connected with the two first hinge holes through a first pin shaft. The second hinge bases 402 may be provided in two, each second hinge base 402 is provided with a second hinge hole, and the other end of the transmission rod 403 is disposed between the two second hinge bases 402 and is rotatably connected with the two second hinge holes through a second pin shaft. The second hinge base 402 may be welded to the turntable 6, or may be integrally formed with the turntable 6.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 7, at least three finger grooves 1012 are provided in sequence on the force applying portion 1011 on a side facing the second opening area, the finger grooves 1012 being adapted to receive fingers.
The arrangement of at least three finger grooves 1012 can limit fingers when a worker operates, so that safety risks caused by the fact that the lifting mechanism 1 is out of hand due to slipping of the worker in the force application process are prevented.
In a further embodiment, the force applying portion 1011 is provided with an anti-slip elastic pad, and at least three finger grooves 1012 are provided in sequence on the outer periphery of the anti-slip elastic pad.
As shown in fig. 1 and 9, the use process of the self-locking lifting device of the present embodiment includes: the force acting part 1011 on the lifting ring 101 is held by a worker, at least three fingers are sequentially arranged in at least three finger grooves 1012, an object to be lifted (for example, the lifting ring on the server case) is hung on the hook 201 through the first opening area 2011, the worker manually applies upward acting force to the force acting part 1011, the hanging mechanism 2 moves relative to the lifting mechanism 1 along the first direction due to the gravity of the object to be lifted, the hanging rod 202 moves along the axial directions of the first through hole 10211, the second through hole 10221 and the second through hole 10221, the bearing cap 203 moves towards the direction of the connecting component 102 and compresses the elastic piece 5, the movement of the hook 201 drives the connecting rod 301 to move with the connecting end of the self-locking rod 302, the other end of the connecting rod 301 rotates relative to the transmission rod 403, the self-locking rod 302 is further driven to rotate, the self-locking rod 302 is abutted with the second end 2013 to seal the first opening area 2011, and the pressure is continuously applied to the force acting part 1011, so that lifting and transferring of the object can be smoothly realized, as shown in fig. 9. When the object is lifted and transferred to the preset position smoothly, no pressure is applied to the force acting portion 1011, the bearing cap 203 drives the hanging rod 202 and the hook 201 to move relative to the lifting mechanism 1 along the second direction under the action of the elastic force of the elastic member 5, the movement of the hook 201 drives the connecting rod 301 to move with the connecting end of the self-locking rod 302, the other end of the connecting rod 301 rotates relative to the transmission rod 403, and then the self-locking rod 302 is driven to rotate, the self-locking rod 302 and the second end 2013 are far away to open the first opening area 2011, and the hung object can be detached from the hook 201 through the first opening area 2011, as shown in fig. 1 to 8. When the hook 201 is empty, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, even if the force application portion 1011 is stressed, the hanging mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 1 are kept in a relatively static state under the elastic force of the elastic member 5, and the self-locking mechanism 3 is kept at a position of opening the first opening area 2011 under the control of the transmission mechanism 4, at this time, a worker can operate the lifting ring 101 with one hand and hook an object to be lifted through the first opening area 2011.

1. A self-locking lifting device, comprising:
a lifting mechanism (1);
one end of the hanging mechanism (2) is movably connected with the lifting mechanism (1), the other end of the hanging mechanism is provided with a hook (201), and the hook (201) is provided with a first opening area (2011);
a self-locking mechanism (3) which is connected to the first opening area (2011) in an openable and closable manner;
the transmission mechanism (4) is in transmission connection with the lifting mechanism (1) and the self-locking mechanism (3);
an elastic piece (5) which is propped against between the hanging mechanism (2) and the lifting mechanism (1);
the self-locking mechanism (3) seals the first opening area (2011) under the control of the hook (201) and the transmission mechanism (4); when the hanging hook (201) is not stressed, the hanging hook moves relative to the lifting mechanism (1) along a second direction under the elastic action of the elastic piece (5), and the self-locking mechanism (3) opens the first opening area (2011) under the control of the hanging hook (201) and the transmission mechanism (4); the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
2. Self-locking lifting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the hook (201) is provided with a first end (2012) and a second end (2013) at the first opening zone (2011); the self-locking mechanism (3) comprises:
a connecting rod (301) having one end rotatably connected to the first end (2012) and the other end rotatably connected to the transmission mechanism (4);
one end of the self-locking rod (302) is fixedly connected with the other end of the connecting rod (301) and forms an included angle with the connecting rod (301); the other end has a closed position abutting against the second end (2013) to close the first opening area (2011), and an open position away from the second end (2013) to open the first opening area (2011).

The self-locking lifting device according to claim 2, characterized in that one end of the connecting rod (301) is provided with a connecting slot (3011), the first end (2012) being rotatably connected in the connecting slot (3011); the self-locking rod (302) is provided with an avoidance groove (3021) for avoiding the first end (2012) at one end connected with the connecting rod (301), and the avoidance groove (3021) is communicated with the connecting groove (3011).

a lifting ring (101) provided with a second opening area, and a force acting part (1011) is arranged at a position opposite to the second opening area;
the connecting component (102) is detachably connected to the second opening area and is movably connected with one end of the hanging mechanism (2), the elastic piece (5) is abutted between one end of the hanging mechanism (2) and the connecting component (102), and the transmission mechanism (4) is in transmission connection with the connecting component (102) and the self-locking mechanism (3).
5. The self-locking lifting device according to claim 4, wherein the connecting assembly (102) is provided with a connecting through hole;
the hanging mechanism (2) further comprises:
one end of the hanging rod (202) is fixedly connected with the hook (201) and is arranged close to the first opening area (2011), and the other end of the hanging rod slidably penetrates through the connecting through hole and extends to the inner ring of the lifting ring (101);
the bearing cap (203) is detachably connected to the other end of the hanging rod (202), the elastic piece (5) is abutted between the bearing cap (203) and the connecting assembly (102), and the bearing cap (203) is suitable for compressing the elastic piece (5) and abutting on the connecting assembly (102) when the hanging hook (201) is used for hanging articles.

a connecting baffle (1022) detachably connected to one side of the connecting bracket (1021) away from the elastic piece (5), wherein the connecting baffle (1022) is provided with a second through hole (10221);
wherein the rotary table (6) is rotatably connected between the connecting bracket (1021) and the connecting baffle (1022), and a third through hole (601) is arranged on the rotary table (6);
one end of the transmission mechanism (4) passes through the second through hole (10221) to be connected with the turntable (6);
the first through hole (10211), the second through hole (10221) and the third through hole (601) are coaxially arranged and form the connecting through hole.
