Further, referring to fig. 7-9 of the specification, the leveling mechanism 8 of the anti-pollution polishing device for the polishing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a leveling plate 801 and a mounting bar 802, wherein the leveling plate 801 is movably mounted on the inner walls of two sides of the polishing machine 1, the end parts of the leveling plate 801 are arc-shaped, and the mounting bar 802 is mounted on the conveying frame 10; a plurality of expansion grooves 804 are formed in the top side of the mounting strip 802, expansion springs 806 are mounted on the inner walls of the expansion grooves 804, expansion brackets 805 are mounted on the top ends of the expansion springs 806, and extrusion wheels 803 are rotatably mounted on the expansion brackets 805. two positioning rods 809 are mounted on the positioning plate 808, a plurality of positioning grooves 810 are formed in the polishing machine 1 on two sides of the adjusting hole 811, and the two positioning rods 809 are respectively inserted into the two positioning grooves 810 in corresponding positions. In the embodiment of the present invention, when the height of the leveling plate 801 needs to be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, the positioning rod 809 may be pulled out, then the positioning plate 808 is moved, the positioning plate 808 drives the leveling plate 801 to move through the adjusting rod 807, after moving to the designated position, the positioning rod 809 is inserted back, so that the position of the leveling plate 801 may be fixed, and the adjustment is convenient.
Further, referring to fig. 11-13 of the specification, the cleaning mechanism 9 of the anti-pollution polishing device of the polishing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a cleaning frame 901, the cleaning frame 901 is contacted with the end part of the conveyor belt 2, a translation groove 902 is formed on one side of the polishing machine 1, a translation block 903 is movably arranged in the translation groove 902, and the translation block 903 is arranged on the cleaning frame 901;
the cleaning frame 901 is provided with a driving hole 906, a driving rod 905 is movably arranged in the driving hole 906, the outer surface of the driving rod 905 is annularly inclined and provided with a driving groove 907, the inner wall of the driving hole 906 is provided with a driving block 908, and the driving block 908 extends into the driving groove 907. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the polishing machine 1 is running, the driving rod 905 may be driven to rotate, the driving rod 905 may drive the driving block 908 to move through the driving groove 907, meanwhile, since the translation block 903 is limited in the translation groove 902 and only can slide, therefore, the driving block 908 drives the cleaning frame 901 to move in the translation groove 902 in the movement, and when the driving rod 905 rotates once, the cleaning frame 901 may be driven to move back and forth, so as to scrape the polishing solution remained on the conveyor belt 2, and a receiving box may be disposed below the cleaning frame 901, so that the polishing solution may not flow around when the polishing machine 1 performs polishing, and further the problem that the polishing solution contaminates the workshop is avoided.
Referring to fig. 12-13 of the drawings, in further detail, in the embodiment of the present invention, a support plate 904 is installed on one side of the polishing machine 1, a driving rod 905 is rotatably installed on the support plate 904, driving wheels 909 are installed on one end of each of the driving shaft 5 and the driving rod 905, and a belt 910 is sleeved on each of the driving wheels 909. In the embodiment of the present invention, when the polishing machine 1 is operated such that the main motor 4 drives the plurality of driving shafts 5 to rotate, one driving shaft 5 drives one driving wheel 909 to rotate, and the driving wheel 909 drives the other driving wheel 909 to rotate through the belt 910, so as to drive the driving rod 905 to rotate.
In summary, the working principle of the anti-pollution polishing device of the polishing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
when the polishing machine 1 polishes a plate, the positions of the leveling plate 801 and the two centering frames 701 are first adjusted according to the thickness and width of the plate. During adjustment, the positioning rod 809 is pulled out, the positioning plate 808 is moved, the positioning plate 808 drives the leveling plate 801 to move through the adjusting rod 807, and after the positioning plate 808 moves to a specified position, the positioning rod 809 is inserted back, so that the position of the leveling plate 801 can be fixed; the handle 711 is rotated, when the handle 711 drives one threaded rod 706 to rotate, the other threaded rod 706 can be simultaneously driven to rotate, the two threaded rods 706 rotate in the two threaded holes 705, and then the two sliding blocks 704 can be driven to be close to each other or far away from each other, after the two sliding blocks 704 are adjusted in place, the handle 711 is stopped, when the position of the centering frame 701 is adjusted, the centering frame 701 can drive the driving bar 708 to move, when the driving bar 708 moves, the moving bar 709 can be driven to move, the moving bar 709 can drive the sealing plate 610 to seal the output hole 609 at the corresponding position, meanwhile, if a plate is narrower, when the centering frame 701 needs to pass through a plurality of output holes 609, the moving bar 709 is driven to the moved position to be blocked, and then the driving bar 708 can be reversely extruded to drive the driving bar 708 to slide on the base 707, and the reset spring 710 is extruded, when the driving bar 708 leaves the moving bar 709, the driving bar 708 can reset under the driving of the reset spring 710, when the driving bar 708 passes through the plurality of output holes 609, the corresponding position can be driven to drive the sealing plate 610 to be driven to move to the sealing plate, and the sealing plate can be repeatedly closed, and the positions can be repeatedly moved to the position when the polishing frame 701 needs to be closed, and the sealing plate can be completely moved to realize the sealing position can not be closed;
secondly, place the panel on conveyer belt 2 to be located between two righting frames 701, conveyer belt 2 can carry the panel, and the panel can extrude stripper plate 605 when moving for stripper plate 605 moves up, and stripper plate 605 slides on two jib 607, and drives two springs 608 atress, and stripper plate 605 can drive trigger frame 612 and remove, and trigger frame 612 can extrude switch 611, makes switch 611 triggered, can make output pump 603 open, and output pump 603 can pump the polishing solution in the storage tank 602 to in carrying a plurality of output holes 609 through output tube 604, and finally carry the surface to the panel, realize the automatic spray of polishing solution. It should be noted that, when the plate is conveyed, if the plate is not flat enough, the upper surface of the plate can be extruded by the leveling plate 801, so that the upper surface of the plate can be flat, at this time, the thicker part of the lower surface of the plate can extrude the extrusion wheel 803 at the corresponding position, so that the extrusion wheel 803 can retract, other parts of the plate can still ensure enough supporting force, further, the upper surface of the plate can be polished sufficiently, and the polishing quality is ensured;
in addition, it should be noted that, when the polishing machine 1 runs, the driving rod 905 can be driven to rotate, the driving rod 905 can drive the driving block 908 to move through the driving groove 907, meanwhile, because the translation block 903 is limited in the translation groove 902 and can only slide, therefore, the driving block 908 moves to drive the cleaning frame 901 to move, the cleaning frame 901 finally slides in the translation groove 902 through the translation block 903, and when the driving rod 905 rotates for one circle, the cleaning frame 901 can be driven to move back and forth once, so that the residual polishing liquid on the conveyor belt 2 can be scraped, and meanwhile, a receiving box can be arranged below the cleaning frame 901, so that the polishing liquid can not flow everywhere when the polishing machine 1 polishes, and the problem of a workshop is avoided.

The anti-pollution polishing device of the polishing machine is characterized by comprising a polishing machine, wherein a conveying belt and a plurality of driving shafts are arranged in the polishing machine, polishing rollers are arranged on the driving shafts, the conveying belt is arranged on the polishing machine through a conveying frame, a main motor and a conveying belt motor are arranged on the polishing machine, and the main motor and the conveying belt motor respectively drive the polishing rollers and the conveying belt;
the polishing device also comprises a polishing liquid automatic conveying mechanism, wherein the polishing liquid automatic conveying mechanism is arranged on the feeding side of the polishing machine and is used for spraying polishing liquid on the plate entering the polishing machine;
the polishing liquid automatic conveying mechanism is provided with a centralizing mechanism which is used for centralizing the position of the plate entering the polishing machine;
the polishing machine comprises a polishing machine body, a polishing roller, a plurality of polishing rollers, a plurality of leveling mechanisms and a plurality of height-adjustable leveling mechanisms, wherein the polishing rollers are arranged on one side, close to the feeding of the polishing machine, of the polishing mechanism;
still include clearance mechanism, clearance mechanism installs on the one side of burnishing machine ejection of compact, clearance mechanism with one the drive shaft transmission is connected, clearance mechanism with the tip of conveyer belt contacts, clearance mechanism is used for striking off residual polishing liquid on the conveyer belt.

threaded holes are formed in the sliding blocks, threaded rods are mounted in the threaded holes through bolts, the directions of threads on the threaded rods are opposite, one ends, away from each other, of the threaded rods are respectively and rotatably mounted on the inner walls of the two sides of the sliding groove, and a handle for adjusting is mounted at the end of any one threaded rod.
