Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention designs a special drilling device which can rapidly complete the clamping and positioning of rocker arm parts and processing, thereby ensuring the processing precision.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that:
A drilling device for rocker arm parts comprises a base 1, a drill plate 2, a fixed drill bushing 3, a positioning boss 4 with holes, a main positioning pin 5, a main supporting table 6, an auxiliary supporting table 7, an L-shaped pressing plate 8 with holes, a stand column 9, a fastening nut 10, a compression bolt 11, a positioning pin 12, an L-shaped pressing plate 13, an adjustable drill bushing 14, a deflector rod 15 and a supporting rod 16.
The base 1 is of a steel structure, is of a square structure as a whole, is used as a supporting and mounting platform of all parts, and is provided with a plurality of bolt holes for mounting and fastening and positioning blind holes for positioning.
The drill plate 2 is shown in the structure form of figure 9, a mounting hole 2-3 for mounting an adjustable drill sleeve 14 is formed in the drill plate, a sinking 2-1 is formed in the position, which is lower than the drill plate 2, of the drill plate and used for over-restraining during part mounting, a boss 2-2 is arranged in the middle of the drill plate 2, and a through hole 2-4 used for avoiding a drill bit during processing and a bolt hole 2-5 used for mounting an auxiliary supporting table 7 are formed in the middle of the drill plate.
The fixed drill bushing 3 is arranged in the holes 2-6 on the drill plate 2 and is used for guiding a drill bit during drilling.
The positioning boss 4 with the hole is in a stepped shaft shape, the small diameter end of the positioning boss 4 with the hole is fixedly arranged on the base 1, and the large diameter end of the positioning boss 4 with the hole is provided with a pin hole for installing the main positioning pin 5, so that the positioning effect on the rocker part hole c is achieved.
The main support table 6 is in a stepped shaft shape, the small diameter end of the main support table is provided with threads, the main support table is screwed into the bolt hole of the base 1, and the height of the Q surface on the rocker arm can be adjusted through screwing, so that the rigidity of the rocker arm during drilling is improved, and deformation is prevented.
The auxiliary supporting table 7 is in a stepped shaft shape, the small diameter end of the auxiliary supporting table is provided with threads, the auxiliary supporting table is screwed into the bolt holes 2-5 on the drilling template 2, the height of the P surface supported on the rocker arm can be adjusted through screwing, the rigidity of the rocker arm during drilling is improved, and deformation is prevented.
The clamping device comprises a group of clamping devices, wherein the clamping devices are formed by a perforated L-shaped pressing plate 8, an upright post 9 and a fastening nut 10, the upright post 9 is a two-section cylindrical piece with threads, one end of the cylindrical piece is fixedly connected with a bolt hole on the base 1, the other end of the cylindrical piece penetrates through a through hole on the perforated L-shaped pressing plate 8 and is connected with the fastening nut 10, the perforated L-shaped pressing plate 8 is tightly clamped on the L surface of a rocker arm, and a rectangular hole is formed in the perforated L-shaped pressing plate 8 and used for a drill bit to penetrate through during drilling.
The L-shaped pressing plate 13, the upright post 9 and the fastening nut 10 form another group of pressing devices, one end of the upright post 9 is fastened and connected with a bolt hole on the base 1, and the other end of the upright post passes through the L-shaped pressing plate 13 and is connected with the fastening nut 10, so that the L-shaped pressing plate 13 is pressed and arranged on the S surface of the rocker arm, and the position of the rocker arm is prevented from moving when drilling.
The compression bolt 11 compresses tightly the bushing plate 2 and sets up on base 1, locating pin 12 passes the pinhole of bushing plate 2 lower extreme and gets into the pinhole on the base 1, plays the positioning action, prevents because the use leads to the position change of bushing plate 2, improves the precision.
The adjustable drill bushing 14 is a replaceable drill bushing, and for other rocker arm parts with the same structure and only different heights, as shown in fig. 1, the drill bushing with the corresponding length can be replaced according to the difference of the height H, so that the accuracy and stability of drilling can be ensured.
The deflector rod 15 is an elongated rod-shaped part and is used for adjusting the supporting height of the main supporting table 6 or the auxiliary supporting table 7, so that the operation is convenient.
The supporting rod 16 is arranged at the lower part of the base 1 and is used for supporting an operation platform, so that the drilling process is more comfortable and convenient.
The method for drilling by adopting the drilling device comprises the following steps:
(1) And installing the rocker arm part to be processed on a positioning device, at the moment, fitting the Y surface of the rocker arm part with the upper surface of the positioning boss 4 with holes, penetrating the main positioning pin 5 into the central hole of the positioning boss 4 with holes through the holes c of the rocker arm part, and leaning against the vertical surface of the drill jig plate 2 on the N surface of the rocker arm part to limit circumferential rotation.
(2) The heights of the main supporting table 6 and the auxiliary supporting table 7 are respectively adjusted through the deflector rod 15, so that the main supporting table and the auxiliary supporting table are respectively fixed on the Q surface and the P surface of the rocker arm piece, and the overall machining rigidity is improved.
(3) The pressing device formed by the L-shaped pressing plate 8 with holes, the upright post 9 and the fastening nut 10 is pressed and arranged on the L surface of the rocker arm member, and the pressing device formed by the L-shaped pressing plate 13, the upright post 9 and the fastening nut 10 is pressed and arranged on the S surface of the rocker arm member. The tightening is accomplished by tightening the nut 10 to effect the tightening operation.
(4) The holes a and b are machined under a common bench drill, respectively.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1) The device can be used for positioning through the machined hole c and the casting datum plane N, machining rigidity is improved through a plurality of auxiliary supports, machining deformation is prevented, and drilling precision and efficiency of parts are improved.
2) The drilling device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, low manufacturing and maintenance cost, suitability for mass production and remarkable improvement of production efficiency.

When drilling, the following steps are adopted:
(1) And installing the rocker arm part to be processed on a positioning device, at the moment, fitting the Y surface of the rocker arm part with the upper surface of the positioning boss 4 with holes, penetrating the main positioning pin 5 into the central hole of the positioning boss 4 with holes through the holes c of the rocker arm part, and leaning against the vertical surface of the drill jig plate 2 on the N surface of the rocker arm part to limit circumferential rotation.
(2) According to the characteristic of inconsistent surface heights of castings, the heights of the main supporting table 6 and the auxiliary supporting table 7 are respectively adjusted through the deflector rod 15, so that the heights are respectively fixed on the Q surface and the P surface of the rocker arm piece, and the overall machining rigidity is improved.
(3) The pressing device formed by the L-shaped pressing plate 8 with holes, the upright post 9 and the fastening nut 10 is pressed and arranged on the L surface of the rocker arm member, and the pressing device formed by the L-shaped pressing plate 13, the upright post 9 and the fastening nut 10 is pressed and arranged on the S surface of the rocker arm member. The tightening is accomplished by tightening the nut 10 to effect the tightening operation.
(4) The holes a and b are machined under a common bench drill, respectively.
(5) When the rocker arm members to be drilled with different heights H are to be replaced, in order to ensure a good guiding action of the drill bushing, and to prevent the drill from being deflected, it is necessary to replace the height-adjustable drill bushing 14, and then complete the drilling process according to the above steps.
