The mounting plate 1 is provided with a first sliding rail 101, and the sliding seat 301 horizontally slides along the first sliding rail 101.
The wire holding mechanism 4 comprises a positioning plate 401 driven by a lifting assembly to lift and with a section matched with the outer positioning groove 302, an inner positioning groove 402 formed on the positioning plate 401 and matched with the section of the detection end 30, a wire bearing plate 404 connected with the positioning plate 401 and vertically corresponding to the wire groove 303, and wire clamping plates 406 arranged on two sides of the outer end of the wire groove 303. Specific:
the first groove 403 of stepping down is seted up to the cell wall of interior positioning groove 402 towards wire groove 303 one side, the groove width of first groove 403 of stepping down is greater than the groove width of wire groove 303 to be favorable to detecting end 30 and the coarse location of pencil 10 tip of being connected rather than more and place, improve the efficiency of material loading.
The lifting assembly comprises a second sliding rail (not shown in the figure) installed below the mounting plate 1, the second sliding rail is parallel to the sliding direction of the sliding seat 301, a lifting cylinder 408 is vertically installed on the second sliding rail in a sliding manner, an upper ejector rod of the lifting cylinder 408 penetrates through the sliding seat 301 to be connected with the lower end of the positioning plate 401, and a second yielding groove 407 is formed in the mounting plate 1.
The wire holding plate 404 extending to the outer end of the wire guide groove 303 is provided with a wire clamping groove plate 405 at the distal end, and the wire clamping groove plate 405 is arranged at the outer side of the wire clamping plate 406.
The outer ends of the wire holding plates 404 can drive the two wire clamping plates 406 to clamp the two sides of the wire harness 10 above the wire holding plates 404 through a power mechanism in the descending process. Specific:
the power mechanism comprises a vertical rod 410 installed below the outer end of the line bearing plate 404, a first wedge surface 412 is formed inside the lower end of the vertical rod 410, a horizontal rod 411 is connected below the outer side of the line clamping plate 406, a second wedge surface 413 matched with the first wedge surface 412 is formed outside the outer end of the horizontal rod 411, the outer side of the line clamping plate 406 is connected with the outer side wall of the sliding seat 301 through a return spring 409, and a guide rail (not shown in the figure) for guiding the horizontal movement of the line clamping plate 406 is further arranged on the outer side wall of the sliding seat 301.
The working principle of the device of the invention is as follows:
1. and (3) feeding:
one end of the element wire 20 to be detected is clamped by an element wire detection clamp (not shown in the figure), then the detection end head 30 is positioned and placed in the positioning groove 402 of the positioning plate 401 under the lifting state of the positioning plate 401, the wire harness 10 connected with the detection end head 30 is placed on the wire bearing plate 404, and one side of the wire harness 10 is placed in a clamping groove of the wire clamping groove plate 405 with the cross section larger than the diameter width of the wire harness 10, so that the feeding step is finished easily.
2. Positioning, clamping and adjusting before detection:
starting the lifting cylinder 408, the ejector rod of the lifting cylinder 408 drives the positioning plate 401 to move in the direction of the lower outer positioning groove 302, in the moving process, the vertical rod 410 fixedly connected with one side of the positioning plate 401 vertically descends, the first wedge surface 412 at the lower end of the vertical rod can press the second wedge surface 413 at the outer side of the horizontal rod 411, so that the clamp plate 406 where the horizontal rod 411 is located moves inwards along the guide rail, two clamp plates 406 synchronously press two sides of the wire harness 10 on the wire bearing plate 404 in opposite directions, the distance between a plurality of single wires 20 forming the wire harness 10 is smaller, and the whole wire harness 10 is compressed in the width direction. Thus, the wire harness 10 can be easily sunk into the wire groove 303 and restrained during the descent. On one hand, the operation can reduce the work of further bundling or sleeving the end part of the wire harness 10 in the existing conduction detection process, and improve the efficiency of the conduction detection of the wire harness; on the other hand, the stability in the detection process of the connection part of the detection end 30 and the wire harness 10 can be further improved, and the detection precision is improved.
3. And (3) detection:
then, the sliding seat 301 is moved to a side close to the fixed seat 201 along the first sliding rail 101, so that the test needle 202 on the side wall of the fixed seat 201 is aligned with the detection end 30 positioned on one side of the sliding seat 301, and the U-shaped pressing plate 304 is pressed down along the hinge shaft, so that the U-shaped pressing plate 304 is pressed against the upper end of the detection end 30 on the positioning plate 401. Thereby achieving the fixation of the detection tip 30. Then conducting detection operation is carried out.
According to the invention, through the cooperation among the mounting plate 1, the detection mechanism 2, the positioning mechanism 3 and the wire-stripping clamping mechanism 4, the wire harness is not required to be precisely positioned during primary feeding, and only the detection ends 30 of the wire harness 10 and the ends thereof are required to be approximately distributed, so that the clamping and final positioning of the two sides of the wire harness 10 at the ends of the detection ends 30 can be automatically completed during the descending process along with the lifting assembly, on one hand, the operation can reduce the work of further bundling or sleeving the ends of the wire harness 10 in the existing conduction detection process, and the efficiency of the conduction detection of the wire harness is improved; on the other hand, the stability in the detection process of the connection part of the detection end 30 and the wire harness 10 can be further improved, the detection precision is improved, and the detection efficiency of the automobile wire harness is improved as a whole.
