Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile accessories, in particular to a high-strength nut clamp used for being matched with a bolt, which is connected with an automobile metal plate and an automobile body injection molding piece when in use and comprises a first clamping piece, a second clamping piece, a connecting piece, a locking nut and a lock tongue; the first clamping piece is arranged below the second clamping piece, and the end part of the first clamping piece is connected with the second clamping piece through the connecting piece to form a clamping groove for accommodating the automobile metal plate and the automobile body injection molding piece; the locking nut is movably connected with the second clamping piece and is arranged at one side far away from the first clamping piece; one end part of the lock tongue is arranged on the upper surface of the first clamping piece, and the other end part of the lock tongue is suspended and faces to one side close to the second clamping piece; the bolt sequentially extends out of the first clamping piece, the lock tongue, the automobile metal plate, the automobile body injection molding piece and the second clamping piece and then is fixed with the lock nut. The nut clamp achieves the purpose of fastening the installed piece through the characteristics of over clamping, bolt locking and metal rebound.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile accessories, in particular to a high-strength nut clamp used with bolts.
Background
At present, most of deep drawing nuts of existing adapting automobile body welding bolts are of a single-tooth structure, and automobile body parts are locked and fixed through a torque gun. Under most conditions, the structural nut is only suitable for low-torque fastening, has low strength and is easy to loosen and fall off under the condition of long-term vibration of a vehicle body. The fastening strength is generally improved by increasing the torque, but the method is easy to cause thread sliding and failure, and the nut cannot be directly withdrawn after the sliding, so that the loading rhythm is influenced.

the bolt sequentially extends out of the first clamping piece, the lock tongue, the automobile metal plate, the automobile body injection molding piece and the second clamping piece and then is fixed with the lock nut.
In one embodiment of the invention, the end of the first clamping piece remote from the connecting piece is inclined towards the side remote from the second clamping piece.
In one embodiment of the invention, the end of the second clamping piece remote from the connecting piece is inclined towards the side remote from the first clamping piece.
In one embodiment of the invention, the first clamping piece is provided with a first hole allowing the bolt to extend, the second clamping piece is provided with a second hole allowing the bolt to extend, and the lock tongue is provided with a third hole allowing the bolt to extend.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the central axes of the first hole, the second hole, and the third hole are the same.
In one embodiment of the invention, the lock nut is a flange face lock nut.
In one embodiment of the invention, the flange face lock nut comprises an outer hexagon with a hollow inside and a flange body, wherein the outer hexagon is arranged on the upper surface of the flange body, and the outer diameter of the outer hexagon is smaller than the outer diameter of the flange body; the outer hexagon extends from one side of the second hole, which is close to the first clamping piece, to one side, which is far away from the first clamping piece.
In one embodiment of the invention, the upper surface of the second clamping piece is provided with a press riveting point for fixing the second clamping piece and the outer hexagon.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the clinching points are symmetrically disposed along the central axis of the second hole.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(5) The external dimension of the nut clamp can be adjusted according to the actual environment, so that the applicability and the universality of the nut clamp are improved.
(6) Compared with the prior locknut, the nut clamp has the advantages of light weight, good rigidity and outstanding consistency, and can be widely applied to the automobile industry.
