Background
Dust collection bags are a critical part of the operation process of bag type dust collectors, and generally cylindrical filter bags are vertically suspended in the dust collectors. The fabric and design of the dust removing cloth bag should pursue efficient filtration, easy dust stripping and durable effect as much as possible.
When the cloth bag is used for dust removal, a large amount of dust can be trapped and filtered by the cloth bag, and the dust can be attached to the outer surface of the cloth bag. The back blowing mode is to pour wind into the inside of the dust collecting cloth bag, so that the wind is blown out from the inside of the dust collecting cloth bag from inside to outside, and dust attached to the outer side of the dust collecting cloth bag is cleaned.
Because the dust removing cloth bag used for cloth bag dust removing operation at present is a bag type filter element made of fiber woven materials, when dust is attached to the outer surface of the dust removing cloth bag, part of dust is attached to the outer sides of the fiber woven materials, and part of dust is attached to gaps between the fiber woven materials, when dust removing operation is carried out on the outer surface of the dust removing cloth bag in a back blowing mode, wind is blown out from the gaps between the fiber woven materials, and part of dust directly attached to the outer sides of the fiber woven materials is difficult to directly remove, so that the dust on the outer sides of the dust removing cloth bag is required to be deeply removed at regular time, and because the cloth bag dust removing device sometimes filters gas mixed with harmful substances, the dust removing cloth bag is dangerous and tedious when the outer sides of the dust removing cloth bag are removed.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a cloth bag dust removing device comprises a dust removing box body 1, wherein a connecting plate 4 is connected to the inside of the dust removing box body 1, a plurality of air deflectors 5 are arranged in the dust removing box body 1, two sides of the dust removing box body 1 are respectively connected with an air inlet pipeline 3 and an air exhaust pipeline 13, the inner top of the dust removing box body 1 is connected with a mounting grid top plate 10, a plurality of dust removing cloth bags 11 are arranged on the lower side of the mounting grid top plate 10, a cylindrical supporting steel frame 12 is connected to the inside of the dust removing cloth bags 11, a centrifugal fan 14 is arranged at one end of the air exhaust pipeline 13 far away from the dust removing box body 1, a plurality of supporting legs 7 are connected to the outside of the dust removing box body 1, a dust collecting box 15 is connected to the lower side of the dust removing box body 1, a first driving motor 17 is arranged on the side of the dust collecting box 15, a spiral conveying blade 16 is rotatably arranged in the dust collecting box 15, the induced draft fan 26 is arranged at the outer side of the dust removing box body 1, the outer side of the induced draft fan 26 is connected with the ventilation pipe 8, the outer side of the ventilation pipe 8 is connected with the plurality of blowpipes 9, one end of the blowpipes 9 away from the ventilation pipe 8 is arranged in the cylindrical supporting steel frame 12 and the dust removing cloth bag 11, the air outlet of the blowpipes 9 is arranged at the inner bottom of the dust removing cloth bag 11, after the centrifugal fan 14 works, dust-containing air enters the dust removing box body 1 through the air inlet pipeline 3, and high-quality dust in the dust-containing air directly falls into the dust collecting box 15 under the action of self gravity, dust-containing air also enters the inner bottom of the dust removing box body 1 under the guide of the connecting plate 4, the dust-containing air is distributed to the periphery of the plurality of dust removing cloth bags 11 in the dust removing box body 1 under the guide of the plurality of air deflectors 5, then the dust-containing air is filtered by the dust removing cloth bag 11, and a large amount of dust can adhere to the outer surface of the dust removing cloth bag 11, clean wind can enter the upper layer inside the dust removing box body 1 and is discharged out of the dust removing box body 1 through the exhaust pipeline 13, so that the dust-containing air is filtered.
In the prior art, the cleaning operation of dust attached to the outer surface of the dust collecting bag 11 is a back blowing mode, namely, the induced draft fan 26 is opened, the induced draft fan 26 sends air into the ventilation pipe 8 and the inside of the plurality of blowpipes 9, so that the blowpipes 9 pour the air into the inside of the dust collecting bag 11, thereby blowing the air from the inside to the outside of the dust collecting bag 11, and cleaning the dust attached to the outer side of the dust collecting bag 11, and the cleaned dust also falls into the inside of the dust collecting box 15, and the bag-type dust collecting device further comprises: the rolling bearings 24 are arranged on the upper side of the installation grid top plate 10, the cylindrical support steel frame 12 is connected with the inner part of the rolling bearings 24, the outer side of the cylindrical support steel frame 12 is sleeved with the first transmission toothed ring 22, the outer side of the cylindrical support steel frame 12 is provided with a plurality of circular protruding blocks 25 at equal intervals, and the outer sides of the circular protruding blocks 25 are closely attached to the inner part of the dust collection cloth bag 11;
the first electric telescopic rod 2 is installed in the dust removal box 1, one end of the first electric telescopic rod 2 is connected with a connecting rod 21, one end of the connecting rod 21, which is far away from the first electric telescopic rod 2, is provided with a transmission rack 23, the transmission rack 23 is connected with a first transmission toothed ring 22 which is installed outside a plurality of tubular support steel frames 12 in a meshed mode, the outer side of the transmission rack 23 is provided with a plurality of sliding support blocks 20, the outer side of the sliding support blocks 20 is provided with sliding blocks, sliding rails are arranged in the dust removal box 1, and the sliding support blocks 20 are connected in the dust removal box 1 in a sliding mode through the matching of the sliding blocks and the sliding rails.
In this embodiment, when the dust attached to the outer surface of the dust collection cloth bag 11 needs to be cleaned, firstly, the induced draft fan 26 is opened, the induced draft fan 26 sends air into the ventilation pipe 8 and the inside of the plurality of blowpipes 9, so that the blowpipes 9 pour the air into the dust collection cloth bag 11, thereby blowing the air from the inside to the outside of the dust collection cloth bag 11, and cleaning most of the dust attached to the outer side of the dust collection cloth bag 11, and at the same time, the first electric telescopic rod 2 can be opened, so that the first electric telescopic rod 2 drives the connecting rod 21 to do horizontal reciprocating motion, the connecting rod 21 drives the transmission rack 23 to do horizontal reciprocating motion, and then the transmission rack 23 drives the plurality of first transmission toothed rings 22 in meshed connection with the transmission rack 23 to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise continuously, the corresponding first transmission toothed rings 22 can drive the cylindrical support steel frame 12 to rotate on the outer side of the installation grid top plate 10 through the rolling bearings 24, so that the plurality of circular bump blocks 25 arranged on the outer side of the cylindrical support steel frame 12 can continuously stir the dust collection cloth bag 11, so that adjacent fiber woven fabrics can continuously stir the circular bump blocks 25 can enter the dust collection cloth bag 11, and the dust collection cloth 11 can be cleaned on the outer surface of the dust collection cloth 11, and the dust collection cloth 11 can be cleaned by the surface of the dust collection cloth 11 after the dust collection cloth 11 is fully cleaned, and the dust collection cloth 11 can be cleaned by the surface of the dust collection cloth 11 is fully cleaned, and the dust collection cloth 11 is cleaned by the surface of the dust collection cloth 11, and the dust collection cloth 11 is fully required to be cleaned, and the surface of the dust collection cloth is cleaned, and the dust collection cloth is cleaned by the surface is cleaned and the surface is cleaned and attached to the dust collection cloth. the drive assembly includes: a second driving motor 33 mounted on the outer side of the support plate 19, and a driving gear 32 is mounted at an output end of the second driving motor 33; and the second transmission toothed ring 31 is sleeved on the outer side of the rotating seat 38, and the outer side of the second transmission toothed ring 31 is in meshed connection with the outer side of the driving gear 32.

In this embodiment, the filtered dust in the dust-containing air uniformly enters the interior of the dust box 15, the first driving motor 17 may be turned on to clean the dust-containing air out of the dust box 1, the first driving motor 17 drives the screw conveyor blade 16 to rotate in the interior of the dust box 15 to uniformly feed the dust falling into the interior of the dust box 15 into the interior of the dust discharge port 6 and discharge the dust box 1 through the dust discharge port 6, and since the dust discharge port 6 is in communication with the interior of the dust box 1, during normal discharging, a situation in which part of the dust-containing air overflows from the dust discharge port 6 may occur, and if the dust-containing air contains harmful substances, the construction environment may be severe, whereas in the present application, one end of the dust discharge port 6 is provided inside the dust collection box 18, and the dust discharged from the dust discharge port 6 falls into the interior of the dust collection box 18 to be collected, so that the gas does not directly fly into the outside air, in the technical scheme, the dust collection box 18 is automatically replaced, which is specifically operated such that when the interior of one dust collection box 18 is filled with dust, the second electric telescopic rod 27 is firstly opened, the second electric telescopic rod 27 drives the connecting batten 28 and the plugging plate 29 to move until the plugging plate 29 plugs the dust discharge port 6, then the electromagnet block 34 below the dust collection box 18 is opened, the electromagnet block 34 is electrified to absorb and draw the iron block 40, so that the iron block 40 drives the dust collection box 18 to move downwards, the dust discharge port 6 is separated from the interior of the through hole 30, then the second driving motor 33 is opened, the second driving motor 33 drives the driving gear 32 to rotate, the driving gear 32 drives the second driving toothed ring 31 to rotate, the second transmission toothed ring 31 drives the rotating seat 38 to rotate above the supporting plate 19 through the arc-shaped sliding block 37 and the annular sliding rail 36, the other empty electromagnet block 34 is enabled to absorb the traction electromagnet block 40 until the other empty dust collecting box 18 is arranged right below the dust discharging port 6, then the electromagnet block 34 below the empty dust collecting box 18 is powered off, the spring 35 returns to the original position and drives the dust collecting box 18 to move upwards until the dust discharging port 6 is clamped into the through hole 30, then the second electric telescopic rod 27 is reset, the blocking plate 29 does not block the dust discharging port 6 any more, and then the replacement operation of the dust collecting box 18 is completed, so that the waste loading operation is completed automatically, and the dust removing efficiency of the cloth bag dust removing device is improved; through the technical scheme, when the bag-type dust collector is used for dust filtering operation, dust-containing air overflows from the dust outlet 6 communicated with the dust removing box body 1, so that some dust-containing air containing toxic substances enters the external environment and causes serious pollution, and the integral tightness inside the dust removing box body 1 is ensured.
