In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a fire-fighting pressure water storage device capable of replacing a high-level fire-fighting water tank and a fire-fighting water supply system. The fire-fighting water supply system not only has various functions of the traditional fire-fighting system and meets the requirements of the current standard on water storage volume, pressure stabilization and pressure, but also has the advantages of better intensification, shorter control flow and higher safety and reliability.
In order to achieve the technical purpose and the technical effect, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a fire-fighting pressure water storage device capable of replacing a high-level fire-fighting water tank comprises a pressure water tank and a diaphragm arranged in the pressure water tank; the inner cavity of the pressure water tank is divided into a fire-fighting water supply cavity and a pressure control cavity by the diaphragm; the fire-fighting water supply cavity is provided with a fire-fighting interface for connecting with a fire-fighting water supply network; the pressure control cavity is provided with a pressure control interface for being connected with a municipal water supply network.
Furthermore, the fire control interface of the fire control water supply cavity is also connected with a fire control pressure stabilizing device water outlet pipeline.

Furthermore, the pressure water tank is also provided with a liquid level meter, and two interfaces of the liquid level meter are respectively connected with the upper end and the lower end of the vertical side of the pressure control cavity.
The invention further provides a fire water supply system, which comprises a fire water supply network, a municipal water supply network and the fire pressure water storage device; the fire-fighting water supply network is connected with a fire-fighting interface of the pressure water tank, and the municipal water supply network is connected with a pressure control interface of the pressure water tank; a fire-fighting main pump is arranged in the fire-fighting water supply network; an electric contact pressure gauge is arranged on the pressure water tank; the municipal water supply network can supplement water to the pressure control cavity of the pressure water tank according to the pressure value detected by the electric contact pressure gauge so as to control the water pressure in the fire-fighting water supply cavity through the diaphragm; and the electric contact pressure gauge starts the fire-fighting main pump through the collected pressure signal.
Further, the fire-fighting water supply system also comprises a fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing module, wherein the fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing module comprises a fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing water pump, and the fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing water pump is connected with a fire-fighting interface of the pressure water tank through a water outlet pipeline of the fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing device; the electric contact pressure gauge controls the start and stop of the fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing water pump through pressure signals.
Further, the fire-fighting water supply system further comprises an alarm drainage module, wherein the alarm drainage module comprises a delayer, a pressure switch and a hydraulic alarm bell, the delayer is connected with a pressure control interface of the pressure water tank through a drain valve, and the delayer is further connected with the pressure switch and the hydraulic alarm bell.
Further, a flow switch is arranged between the pressure control interfaces of the municipal water supply network and the pressure water tank, and the flow switch can start the fire-fighting main pump through a switch signal.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) For the situation that the high-level fire-fighting pressure stabilizing water tank is difficult to be arranged at the upper part of an underground facility or a building, the fire-fighting pressure water storage device can replace the high-level fire-fighting water tank to be used;
(2) The fire-fighting pressure water storage device can fully utilize the effective volume of the pressure water tank and utilize the water in the fire-fighting water supply cavity at the upper part of the diaphragm as fire-fighting water;
(3) According to the fire-fighting pressure water storage device, the connection between the municipal water supply network and the fire-fighting water supply network is blocked through the diaphragm, so that the safety and reliability of domestic water are ensured; the fire-fighting pressure water storage device can maintain the water pressure of the normal fire-fighting water supply system, provide a pressure signal for automatically starting the fire-fighting water supply system, and replace a high-level fire-fighting water tank to provide fire-fighting water in the initial stage of fire;
(4) The fire-fighting pressure water storage device can supply water to the fire-fighting water supply network by utilizing natural water pressure from the municipal water supply network, and does not need a pneumatic water supply facility with larger quantity and volume;
(5) The fire-fighting water supply system is provided with the flow switch, and when the detected flow reaches the set value, the fire-fighting main pump can be started in a linkage way, so that the defect that the flow switch cannot be arranged on the fire-fighting water outlet pipe in the project without the high-position fire-fighting water tank is overcome;
(6) The fire-fighting water supply system is also provided with the alarm drainage module, wherein the pressure switch and the hydraulic alarm bell can play a role in alarming, and signals can be fed back to the fire-fighting control room, so that the safety of the system is improved.
(7) When the pressure value of the electric contact pressure gauge reaches the pumping pressure, the fire-fighting main pump can be started, so that a pressure starting switch is not required to be arranged on the water outlet pipeline of the fire-fighting water pump.
(8) The invention is also provided with a drain valve for solving the influence caused by municipal water pressure fluctuation.
Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, thereby making clear and defining the scope of the present invention.
A preferred embodiment of a fire pressure water storage device that can replace a high-level fire water tank is shown in fig. 1; the fire-fighting pressure water storage device comprises a pressure water tank 1 and a diaphragm 2 arranged in the pressure water tank 1; the middle part of the tank body of the pressure water tank 1 is of a cylindrical structure, two ends of the tank body are hemispherical surfaces, and a diaphragm 2 matched with the pressure water tank 1 is a bag-shaped diaphragm. The diaphragm 2 divides the inner cavity of the pressure water tank 1 into a fire-fighting water supply cavity 101 and a pressure control cavity 102. Wherein, a narrow gap is formed between the vertical part of the diaphragm 2 and the inner wall of the pressure water tank 1, and a cavity with a certain volume is formed between the bottom of the diaphragm 2 and the bottom of the pressure water tank 1. The fire-fighting water supply cavity 101 is provided with a fire-fighting interface 103 for connecting with a fire-fighting water supply network; the pressure control chamber 102 has a pressure control port 104 for connection to a municipal water supply network.
The fire control interface 103 of the fire control water supply cavity 101 is also connected with a fire control pressure stabilizing device water outlet pipeline 3; the pressure control interface 104 is also connected with a gas supplementing pipe 4.
The pressure water tank 1 is also connected with an electric contact pressure gauge 5, and the electric contact pressure gauge 5 is used for measuring the water pressure of the fire-fighting water supply cavity 101.
The pressure water tank 1 is also provided with a liquid level meter 6, and two interfaces of the liquid level meter 6 are respectively connected with the upper end and the lower end of the vertical side of the pressure control cavity 102 so as to monitor the water level of the pressure control cavity 102.
The bottom of the pressure water tank 1 is also provided with an observation port 105 corresponding to the bottom position of the diaphragm.
The fire-fighting water supply chamber 101 of the pressure water tank 1 may also be connected to a water replenishment pipe for water filling.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a fire water supply system, which comprises a fire water supply network 7, a municipal water supply network 14 and the fire pressure water storage device; the fire-fighting water supply network 7 is connected with a fire-fighting interface 103 of the pressure water tank 1, and the municipal water supply network 14 is connected with a pressure control interface 104 of the pressure water tank 1; a fire-fighting main pump 701 is arranged in the fire-fighting water supply network 7; an electric contact pressure gauge 5 is arranged on the pressure water tank 1; the electric contact pressure gauge 5 is in signal connection with the fire-fighting main pump 701. The electric junction pressure gauge 5 can control the municipal water supply pipe network 14 to supplement water to the pressure control cavity 102 of the pressure water tank 1 according to the detected water pressure in the fire-fighting water supply cavity 101 of the pressure water tank 1, so as to control the water pressure in the fire-fighting water supply cavity 101 through the diaphragm 2.
A flow switch 8 is arranged between the municipal water supply pipe network 14 and the pressure control interface 104 of the pressure water tank 1, and the flow switch 8 is connected with a fire-fighting main pump 701 through signals.
The fire-fighting water supply system also comprises a fire-fighting pressure stabilizing module, wherein the fire-fighting pressure stabilizing module comprises a fire-fighting pressure stabilizing water pump 9, and the fire-fighting pressure stabilizing water pump 9 is connected with a fire-fighting interface 103 of the pressure water tank 1 through a fire-fighting pressure stabilizing device water outlet pipeline 3; the fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing water pump 9 is connected with the electric contact pressure gauge 5 through signals.
The fire-fighting water supply system further comprises an alarm drainage module, the alarm drainage module comprises a delay device 11, a pressure switch 12 and a hydraulic alarm 13, the delay device 11 is connected with a pressure control interface 104 of the pressure water tank 1 through a drain valve 10, and the delay device 11 is further connected with the pressure switch 12 and the hydraulic alarm 13.
In addition, in order to facilitate fire water supply, a fire water tank 702 is further arranged in the fire water supply network 7, so that fire water consumption can be stored.
The fire-fighting water supply network 7, the fire-fighting pressure stabilizing module and the municipal water supply network 14 are provided with valves for controlling water flow.
The fire-fighting water supply system is connected with the control system, and the control system receives pressure signals of the electric contact pressure gauge and can control actions of the fire-fighting main pump and the fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing water pump through the signals.
The water pressure of the fire-fighting water supply cavity 101 of the pressure water tank 1 is provided with three pressure values, namely, the fire-fighting stabilized water pump stopping pressure P1, the fire-fighting stabilized water pump starting pressure P2 and the fire-fighting main pump starting pressure P3. The start and stop of the pressure-stabilizing water pump are controlled through P1 and P2; the pipeline system is in pressure relief conditions such as leakage and the like at ordinary times, and the fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing water pump is controlled to continuously supplement water and stabilize pressure, and the fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing water pump repeatedly operates at P1 and P2. P2 is set to be greater than municipal water pressure, preferably greater than 0.1MPa.
Firstly, the fire-fighting water supply cavity 101 of the pressure water tank 1 is filled with water through a water supplementing pipe, and the pressure control cavity 102 is inflated through a water supplementing pipe 4; by adjusting the air supply, when the position of the diaphragm 2 is observed at the observation port 105, the water pressure in the pressure water tank 1 reaches the highest set value P1 of the system, that is, the air pressure is the maximum, and the water pressure in the pressure water tank is the pressure under the condition of the maximum water storage. Because of system leakage, when the pressure is reduced to P2, the fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing water pump 9 is started to supplement water for the pressure water tank 1, and when the pressure reaches P1, the pump is stopped. P1 is greater than municipal water supply pressure (e.g., municipal water pressure at pump house elevation 0.35MPa, preferably P1=0.5 MPa, and P2=0.45 MPa). Because the set water pressure of the pressure water tank 1 is larger than municipal water supply pressure, the space between the flow switch 8 and the pipeline of the pressure water tank 1 is filled with gas at ordinary times, and the pressure water tank is used for maintaining the water pressure of the fire-fighting water supply system and the water pressure regulation under the condition of water leakage of a pipe network at ordinary times. Thus, under pressure stabilizing conditions, the water on the upper side of the diaphragm 4 is pushed by the compression expansion of the gas to maintain the water pressure of the fire water supply system.
The lower side of the diaphragm 4 of the pressure water tank 1 is inflated, only for ensuring and adjusting the working pressure of the fire-fighting pressure stabilizing module; the initial inflation pressure in the pressure water tank 1 is 0, the volume of inflation gas is small, the water volume of the fire-fighting water supply cavity (the upper side of the diaphragm of the pressure water tank) 101 can reach more than 70% of the total volume of the pressure water tank, and during fire fighting, the water in the pressure water tank 1 can completely flow to the fire-fighting water supply network 7 to be fully utilized.
In case of fire, the pipeline system of the fire-fighting water supply system is dehydrated greatly, the pressure water tank 1 discharges water, the pressure in the fire-fighting water supply cavity 101 is reduced, and when the pressure of municipal water supply in a pump room is lower than that of municipal water supply, tap water from the municipal water supply pipeline network 14 is supplied to the pressure control cavity 102 of the pressure water tank 1 through the flow switch 8; when the flow switch 8 reaches a set value, the fire-fighting main pump 701 is started, and meanwhile, the hydraulic alarm 13 alarms and signals are transmitted to the fire-fighting control room. When the electric contact pressure gauge 5 on the pressure water tank 1 detects that the pressure is P3, the fire-fighting main pump 701 is started to supply water, and P3 is preferably 0.07Mpa lower than P2. The water in the fire-fighting water supply chamber 101 (water on the upper side of the diaphragm) can be pushed all the way to the fire-fighting water supply network 7. The observation port 105 on the pressure water tank 1 can observe the position of the diaphragm 2. The water level meter 6 arranged on one side of the pressure water tank 1 can also observe the water level change on the municipal water supplementing side.
The municipal water supply pressure has certain fluctuation; at ordinary times, when the pressure rises to be higher than the water pressure of the fire-fighting water supply cavity 101 of the pressure water tank 1, after tap water passes through the flow switch 8, a small amount of redundant water can enter the delay device 11 through the drain valve 10 arranged on one side and is discharged through the drain pipe. When the fire disaster happens, the water pressure of the fire-fighting water supply network drops sharply or greatly, the municipal water supply pipe supplements water to the pressure water tank in a large quantity, and after the delay device 11 is filled with water, the pressure switch 12 arranged at the upper part of the delay device 11 acts and gives an alarm. When the municipal water supply pressure fluctuates and a small amount of tap water enters the pressure water tank 1, the pressure switch 12 does not act, and the water in the delay device 11 can be discharged through the discharge port at the lower part of the delay device 11.
Under the condition of pressure stabilization, the fire-fighting pressure water storage device pushes water on the upper side of the diaphragm 2 to maintain the water pressure of the fire-fighting water supply system through compression and expansion of gas, and when a fire disaster occurs, the municipal water pressure pushes the diaphragm 2 to push water in the fire-fighting water supply cavity 101 into the fire-fighting water supply network 7 to be used for extinguishing the fire in the initial stage, so that the function of a high-level fire-fighting water tank is replaced.
When the fire-fighting pressure water storage device is used as a high-level fire-fighting water tank, the water storage in the device is pushed into a fire-fighting water supply network through tap water pressure, so that the space of a pressure water tank can be utilized to the greatest extent, and compared with the air pressure water supply mode, the device investment and the machine room area are greatly saved.
In the safety of the fire-fighting water supply system, the fire-fighting water supply system not only has various functions of the traditional fire-fighting system and meets the water storage volume, pressure stabilizing pressure requirements and the like required by the current standards, but also greatly improves the safety and reliability of the system due to the fact that the pressure switch and the flow switch are added in the system; meanwhile, the fire-fighting pressure water storage device can replace a high-level fire-fighting water tank and conventional pressure stabilizing equipment, so that a fire-fighting water supply system is simplified, and compared with a water supply system provided with the high-level fire-fighting water tank, the fire-fighting pressure water storage device is more intensive, the control flow is shorter, and the safety and reliability are greatly improved.
