Claims (10)
1. A aperture pore wall superfinishing equipment for little work piece, its characterized in that: the automatic clamping device comprises a workbench (1), wherein an X-direction transverse moving plate (2) is arranged on a table top of the workbench (1) through a corresponding sliding rail, a Y-direction transverse moving plate (3) is arranged on the X-direction transverse moving plate (2) through a corresponding sliding rail, a hollow rotating platform mounting plate (13) is arranged on the Y-direction transverse moving plate (3) through a vertical lifting mechanism (4), a hollow rotating platform (5) is arranged on the hollow rotating platform mounting plate (13), a workpiece clamp (6) is arranged on the hollow rotating platform (5), and locking screws (7) used for fixing workpieces in the workpiece clamp (6) are arranged on the side wall of the workpiece clamp (6); be located X direction sideslip board (2) one side be provided with guide pulley bracket (8) on the mesa of workstation (1), be provided with two pairs of guide pulley groups from top to bottom on guide pulley bracket (8), two pairs tensioning has one to be used for polishing sliver (9) of work piece aperture inner wall between the guide pulley group (), sliver (9) pass in proper order work piece anchor clamps (6) cavity rotary platform (5) with cavity rotary platform mounting panel (13), just wear to be equipped with tension measuring instrument (10) on sliver (9).

The apparatus for superfinishing a small hole wall of a small workpiece as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the hollow rotary platform (5) is a round rotary table driven by a corresponding rotary motor, a first through hole for placing the workpiece clamp (6) and enabling the sliver (9) to pass through is formed in the center of the round rotary table, meanwhile, a first through hole for enabling the sliver (9) to pass through is formed in the hollow rotary platform mounting plate (13), and the first through hole is concentric with the first through hole.

The apparatus for superfinishing a wall of a small hole for a small workpiece as recited in claim 5, wherein: the workpiece clamp (6) is a cylindrical clamp, a second through hole for placing a workpiece and enabling the sliver (9) to pass through is formed in the center of the cylindrical clamp, the locking screw (7) is transversely arranged on the side wall of the cylindrical clamp, the tip of the locking screw (7) is transversely screwed into the second through hole, and the locking screw (7) tightly pushes the workpiece in the second through hole of the workpiece clamp (6) through the tip of the locking screw; and when the workpiece clamp (6) is used for fixing the workpiece, a small hole to be polished on the workpiece is concentric with the first through hole of the hollow rotary platform (5).

The apparatus for superfinishing a small hole wall of a small workpiece as recited in claim 6, wherein: an opening bushing is arranged in the second through hole of the workpiece clamp (6), the workpiece is coated by the opening bushing and then placed in the second through hole of the workpiece clamp (6), and when the locking screw (7) is screwed down, the opening bushing is stressed, so that the workpiece is circumferentially wrapped and fixed, and the outer diameter of the workpiece is prevented from being damaged by pressing.

The apparatus for superfinishing a wall of a small hole for a small workpiece as recited in claim 5, wherein: the vertical lifting mechanism (4) is a vertical reciprocating hydraulic mechanism, the vertical reciprocating hydraulic mechanism consists of two electric hydraulic rods and a supporting plate, the two electric hydraulic rods are vertically arranged on the Y-direction transverse moving plate (3) in a serial or parallel mode, the bottoms of the two electric hydraulic rods are fixedly connected with the upper surface of the Y-direction transverse moving plate (3), the tops of the two electric hydraulic rods are fixedly connected with the lower surface of the supporting plate, a second via hole for enabling the sliver (9) to pass through is formed in the supporting plate, and the second via hole is concentric with the first via hole and the first via hole.

The apparatus for superfinishing a small hole wall of a small workpiece as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the guide wheel support (8) is composed of a support upright post, an upper support beam and a lower support beam, the support upright post is fixedly connected with a table top of the workbench (1), the upper support beam and the lower support beam are respectively fixed on the upper portion and the lower portion of the support upright post, the upper support beam is located above the workpiece clamp (6), the lower support beam is located below the hollow rotary platform mounting plate (13), one pair of guide wheel sets is arranged on the upper support beam, and the other pair of guide wheel sets is arranged on the lower support beam.

The apparatus for superfinishing a wall of a small hole for a small workpiece as recited in claim 9, wherein: each pair of guide wheel groups comprises an adjusting guide wheel (14) and a transition guide wheel (15), the upper transition guide wheel (15) and the lower transition guide wheel (15) are respectively located right above and right below the hollow rotating platform (5), the upper adjustment guide wheel (14) and the lower adjustment guide wheel (14) are respectively located on one side of each pair of transition guide wheels (15), one end of a sliver (9) is wound on the adjusting guide wheel (14) located above, the other end of the sliver (9) is wound on the adjusting guide wheel (14) located below after bypassing the transition guide wheel (15) located above and the transition guide wheel (15) located below, and a section of vertical sliver line segment used for polishing the inner wall of a workpiece small hole is formed between the upper transition guide wheel (15) and the lower transition guide wheel (15).
