The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can save the working procedure time, reduce the labor cost and reduce the defects of bigger gap of the penetrating type tail lamp, rear cover and rear flatness during installation. The technical scheme of the application is a set of systematic structure, the flatness between the penetrating tail lamp and the rear cover can be increased, the problem is avoided in advance before the problem occurs, and the reworking amount after the vehicle is off line is reduced.

Fig. 1a and 1b are general views showing the installation of a preferred through-type tail lamp installation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1a and 1b, the through-type tail lamp mounting apparatus includes a rear cover adjustment mechanism 100 that provides a reference for vehicle rear cover mounting and a tail lamp fixing mechanism 200 that provides support for vehicle through-type tail lamp mounting.
Fig. 2a to 2c are detailed schematic views of a rear cover adjusting mechanism of a through-type tail lamp mounting device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2a to 2c, the back cover adjusting mechanism 100 includes a bracket body 110, a positioning assembly 120, and a detecting profile block 130. The positioning assembly 120 comprises a positioning block 121 and a positioning pin 122, the positioning block comprises a first positioning block end 1221 and a second positioning block end 1222, the first positioning block end 1221 is connected with the bracket body 110, the second positioning block end 1222 is connected with the positioning pin 122, the positioning pin 122 is matched with a positioning hole of a rear skin of a vehicle arranged on a sheet metal of a vehicle body, and the bracket body is ensured to accurately simulate the space position of the rear skin. The detecting profile block 130 is connected with the bracket body 110, and the detecting profile block 130 is the outer contour of the rear protective skin of the vehicle. When installed, the locating pin 122 is inserted into the vehicle rear cover locating hole and then locates the rear cover adjustment mechanism 100 with the vehicle. In this embodiment, preferably, two rear cover adjusting mechanisms 100 may be provided, and the two rear cover adjusting mechanisms 100 are symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the vehicle rear cover, and the positioning pins 122 of the two rear cover adjusting mechanisms 100 are inserted into the positioning holes of the rear cover of the vehicle on the left and right sides. The detection profile block 130 simulates the outer contour of the rear protective skin (the position matching the rear cover), and a constructor can measure the gap and flatness between the detection profile block 130 and the rear cover of the vehicle. The extended length of the detecting profile block 130 covers all the side areas of the rear vehicle cover matched with the rear cover, can comprehensively and accurately detect the accuracy of the position of the rear cover, and provides a reference for the adjustment of the rear cover. The rear cover adjustment mechanism 100 is used as a conventional monitoring tool in a vehicle body shop, and is used as an analysis tool to quickly determine whether there is a deviation in the rear cover when a defect occurs. If the rear cover is deviated, there is a fear that a problem of a mounting clearance of the tail lamp due to a mounting deviation of the rear cover of the automobile may occur.
Preferably, a cushion block (not shown) is further included between the positioning block 121 and the bracket body 110, and the positioning assembly 120 can be adjusted according to different vehicle types and on-site conditions.
Preferably, the second end 1222 of the positioning hole is further provided with a magnetic steel 140, and the magnetic steel 140 can be arranged to facilitate the installation of the rear cover adjusting mechanism 100, and the rear cover adjusting mechanism 100 can be quickly assembled and disassembled to complete positioning by means of magnetic force. It should be noted that the positioning of the rear cover adjustment mechanism 100 on the vehicle may also be performed by other means, such as fastening, bonding, etc.
Preferably, the rear cover adjustment mechanism 100 is a stainless steel material and is provided with a weight-reducing aperture. The stainless steel material can ensure the durability of the rear cover adjustment mechanism 100, and the weight-reducing openings can facilitate the operation of constructors and reduce the overall weight.
Preferably, the test profile block 130 may be provided with a thickness such that it is flush with the back cover in use. In this embodiment, it is preferable to adjust the angle conveniently, and the detecting profile block 130 is connected to the bracket body 110 through the fixing block 150 and a spacer (not shown), so that the position of the detecting profile block 130 can be adjusted through the fixing block 150 and the spacer.
Fig. 3a and 3b are schematic views of a preferred tail light fixing mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3a and 3b, the taillight fixing mechanism 200 includes a base 210, and a screw hole 211 is provided on the base 210 to match the screw hole position of the license plate of the rear cover of the vehicle, and a screw is fastened to the vehicle through the screw hole 211. Rear lamp top block 220, rear lamp top block 220 is connected with base 210, and rear lamp top block 220 can be fixed in the vehicle back lid panel beating with penetrating the rear lamp.
In this embodiment, the taillight fixing mechanism 200 further includes a lifting member 230, and the taillight top block 220 is connected to the lifting member 230, where the lifting member 230 can adjust the vertical position of the taillight top block 220 to adapt to penetrating taillights of different vehicle types. Specifically, the lifter 230 includes a frame body 231, a lifting block 232, a main lift lever 233, and an auxiliary lift lever 234. Wherein, tail lamp top block 220 is connected with lifting block 232. The frame body is connected with the base 210, frame body limit holes 2311 are provided around the frame body 231, the auxiliary lifting rod 234 is inserted into the limit holes 2311, and the end of the auxiliary lifting rod 234 is fixed with the frame body limit holes 2311. The lifting block 232 is slidable within the auxiliary lifting bar 234, and the lifting block 232 is slidably coupled to the auxiliary lifting bar 234. The main lifting rod 233 is connected to the lifting block 232 by a screw, and the vertical position of the lifting block 232 can be adjusted by the screw, thereby adjusting the vertical position of the tail lamp top block 220.
Preferably, a handle 235 is further provided on the main lifting lever 233, and the handle 235 is provided to conveniently lift the lifting block 232 to a designated position.
Preferably, the base 210 is made of plastic. The plastic can be better used for weight reduction and is convenient to operate.
In use, the base 210 is screwed to the rear license plate, the lifting block 232 is lifted to the appropriate position by the handle 235, the main lifting rod 233 is locked, and the penetrating taillight is supported by the locked taillight top block 220 and fine-tuned by the spacer. The lifting piece 230 can be adjusted according to actual conditions and can be used for other penetrating taillight vehicle types.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a preferred through-type tail lamp mounting method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the through-type tail lamp mounting method using the through-type tail lamp mounting device as described above includes the steps of:
s1) when the vehicle is in a vehicle body workshop, the rear cover adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the position of the rear cover of the vehicle, and the vehicle is sent to a final assembly workshop after the rear cover of the vehicle is adjusted in place;
s2) installing a penetrating type tail lamp by using the tail lamp fixing mechanism after the vehicle is in a final assembly workshop;
s3) checking the matching state of the installed penetrating tail lamp, and taking the vehicle off line after the matching is qualified.
Further, step S2) of mounting the through-type tail lamp using the tail lamp fixing mechanism further includes:
S21) using the tail lamp fixing mechanism to prop up the middle part of the penetrating tail lamp;
s22) tightening bolts on two sides of the penetrating tail lamp;
S23), installing a side wall lamp and guiding the back protective skin of the support base.
After the method is used, the method is applicable to all penetrating taillight vehicle types, and the mounting reworking process of the rear wall is greatly simplified. In the prior art, an installer needs to adjust the rear cover first, and the white car body is adjusted in place after the rear cover is adjusted to enter a final assembly workshop. For the installation of the penetrating type tail lamp in the assembly workshop, one person is required to push the middle part of the penetrating type tail lamp, the other person tightens the bolt, then a side wall lamp, a guide support rear protection cover and the like are installed, the matching state is checked by the aid of the intersection point after the installation is finished, and if the vehicle is matched to be qualified, the vehicle can be taken off. Otherwise, the tail lamp and the rear protection cover are required to be disassembled again to align the rear cover and the tail lamp.
The installation device and the method for the preferred penetrating type tail lamp can save working procedure time, reduce labor cost and reduce the defects of bigger gap, rear cover and rear flatness of the penetrating type tail lamp during installation.
