The structure of the micro switch 1441 is conventional and will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the moving contact assembly includes a contact support 141 and a moving contact 142 disposed on the contact support 141, the moving contact includes a first fixed contact 1431 and a second fixed contact 1432, the first fixed contact 1431 and the second fixed contact 1432 are respectively contacted with or separated from the moving contact 142 at the same time, and the first fixed contact 1431 is located at a side surface of the negative incoming line terminal 120 and is electrically connected with the negative incoming line terminal 120; the electronic assembly 144 further includes an inductor 1442, and a second fixed contact 1432 is located on a side of the inductor 1442 and connected in series with the inductor 1442, and preferably, the second fixed contact 1432 is integrated with the inductor 1442; the other end of the inductor 1442 is electrically connected to the circuit board, and the inductor 1442 has a decoupling function in the negative electrode unit, and is matched with the gas discharge tube to ignite and bypass lightning surge to the bus.
Without inductance 1442, the momentarily increased current may cause a fatal shock to other electronic components in the negative cell. By providing an inductance 1442 in the negative unit, inrush current protection is achieved.
Optionally, in an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the electronic component 144 further includes a resistor 1444 electrically connected to the circuit board, and an inductor 1442, an electronic switch 1443, and a resistor 1444 are sequentially connected in series. One end of the mechanical break point is connected with the inductor 1442 in series and then is connected with the electronic switch 1443, the other end of the mechanical break point is electrically connected with the negative electrode outgoing terminal 130, the other end of the electronic switch 1443 is also connected with the resistor 1444, and the resistor 1444 is electrically connected with the negative electrode incoming terminal 120. Electronic switch 1443 is used to control electrical conduction in the negative unit and resistor 1444 is used to detect the current signal.
Referring to fig. 2, in an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the moving contact assembly includes a contact support 141, a moving contact 142 and a first elastic member 147, and two ends of the first elastic member 147 are respectively connected to the contact support 141 and the moving contact 142. The contact holder 141 is slidably disposed in the housing 110, and moves in a linear reciprocating manner in the housing 110, and the moving contact 142 is slidably moved in a linear reciprocating manner with respect to the contact holder 141 by the first elastic member 147. The extending direction of the first elastic piece 147 is parallel to the closing direction, after the moving contact 142 and the fixed contact are closed, the contact support 141 is continuously driven, the first elastic piece 147 can be compressed to enable the contact support 141 to continuously move for a section of displacement towards the closing direction, so that the contact support 141 can be enabled to be in contact with a triggering unit on a circuit board, and a control circuit controls an electronic switch 1443 in the negative electrode unit to be conducted, and the negative electrode unit is closed. Meanwhile, by means of the deformation of the first elastic member 147, a pressing force for contacting the moving contact 142 with the fixed contact can be provided, so that stable contact between the moving contact 142 and the fixed contact is ensured. The first elastic member 147 is a spring, for example.
In order to achieve continuous and stable contact between the contact support 141 and the trigger unit, referring to fig. 2 and 4, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the moving contact 142 assembly further includes a fixing buckle 145, and the housing 110 is further provided with a handle assembly 150, where the handle assembly 150 is in driving fit with the contact support 141, that is, the handle assembly 150 directly drives the contact support 141 to move, so that the contact support 141 drives the moving contact 142 to contact with or separate from the fixed contact. The holder 145 has a first engaging portion 1451, the handle assembly 150 has a second engaging portion 151, and the handle assembly 150 is engaged with the holder 145 by the first engaging portion 1451 and the second engaging portion 151 so as to hold the contact holder 141 in a position contacting the trigger unit.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the fixing buckle 145 moves linearly, and the moving direction of the fixing buckle 145 is approximately perpendicular to the moving direction of the handle assembly 150; as shown in fig. 4, a second clamping portion 151 is provided on a side of the handle assembly 150 near the first clamping portion 1451, and the second clamping portion 151 is a protrusion, and the protrusion has a clamping wall 152, a transition wall 153 and a guiding inclined wall 154 sequentially arranged along a rightward direction, so that during a closing process, the handle assembly 150 moves gradually rightward, and the first clamping portion 1451 is clamped and locked with the clamping wall 152 of the second clamping portion 151 after passing through the guiding inclined wall 154 and the transition wall 153 sequentially, so that the handle assembly 150 is limited in a closing position (closing state), and when the first clamping portion 1451 passes through the guiding inclined wall 154, the fixing buckle 145 is correspondingly driven to slide downward, so as to keep abutting with the clamping wall 152 beyond the transition wall 153, thereby limiting the contact bracket 141 at a position contacting with the triggering unit.
In order to make the first clamping portion 1451 smoothly clamped with the second clamping portion 151, as shown in fig. 2, a second elastic member 146 connected with the fixing buckle 145 is further provided, so that when the handle assembly 150 moves towards the closing direction and the first clamping portion 1451 moves along the guiding inclined wall 154 to drive the fixing buckle 145 to slide downwards, the second elastic member 146 is correspondingly made to store energy, and therefore, after the first clamping portion 1451 passes over the second clamping portion 151, energy can be released through the second elastic member 146 to provide an acting force to the fixing buckle 145, so that the fixing buckle 145 moves upwards to reset, and in the resetting process, the first clamping portion 1451 and the second clamping portion 151 finish clamping.
In order to realize manual opening and disconnect the negative electrode unit before opening, referring to fig. 2 and 5, in an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the fixing buckle 145 further has an unlocking portion 1452, the handle assembly 150 has a guiding portion 155, the guiding portion 155 has a driving portion 1551 matched with the unlocking portion 1452, the handle assembly 150 is driven to move and drives the fixing buckle 145 to release the clamping connection with the handle assembly 150 through the driving portion 1551 and the unlocking portion 1452, and the first elastic member 147 releases energy and drives the contact support 141 to separate from the triggering unit.
Specifically, when the external force acts on the handle assembly 150 to make the handle assembly 150 move toward the closing direction, the handle assembly 150 drives the moving contact assembly to contact with the fixed contact to complete closing, as described above, the first clamping portion 1451 passes over the second clamping portion 151 and is clamped and locked with the second clamping portion 151, and in this process, the unlocking portion 1452 also passes over the driving portion 1551 of the guiding portion 155 and is matched with the unlocking wall of the driving portion 1551. When an external force acts on the handle assembly 150 to move the handle assembly 150 towards the opening direction, the handle assembly 150 and the fixing buckle 145 are locked by the first clamping part 1451 and the second clamping part 151, so that when the handle assembly 150 is driven by the external force to move towards the opening direction (leftwards in fig. 2), the unlocking wall of the driving part 1551 moves relative to the unlocking part 1452 to pass over the driving part 1551, and in the process, the driving part 1551 drives the fixing buckle 145 to move downwards through the unlocking part 1452, thereby the first clamping part 1451 on the fixing buckle 145 and the second clamping part 151 on the handle body are released from the clamping state, then the external force is removed, the first elastic piece 147 releases energy, and the movable contact support 141 is separated from the triggering unit.
Referring to fig. 1, in an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, a trip assembly 160 electrically connected to a circuit board is further provided in the housing 110, and a monitoring circuit is further provided on the circuit board, where the monitoring circuit monitors a current value, a voltage value and a temperature value of the circuit breaker 100 when the circuit breaker 100 is in a closed state; if the abnormal monitoring signal exceeds the first preset level but does not exceed the second preset level, the control circuit controls the electronic switch to be turned off, and if the abnormal monitoring signal exceeds the second preset level, the control circuit controls the electronic switch to be turned off and sends a tripping signal to the tripping component 160, and the tripping component 160 drives the fixed buckle to be in clamping connection with the handle component 150 so as to disconnect the mechanical breakpoint.
The first preset level and the second preset level are monitor values for numerical division of current, voltage and temperature. If at least one of the current value, the voltage value or the temperature value exceeds the corresponding first preset level but is lower than the corresponding second preset level, the circuit breaker 100 has an abnormal fault and the electronic switch needs to be turned off. If at least one of the current value, the voltage value, or the temperature value exceeds its corresponding second preset level, the circuit breaker 100 fails, and the electronic switch and trip assembly 160 is opened.
Specifically, the control circuit sends a control signal to the trip assembly 160, and after the trip assembly 160 receives the control signal, the internal iron core moves to drive the striking rod to strike the fixed buckle 145. The fixing buckle 145 is moved downward after being hit, the first clamping portion 1451 and the second clamping portion 151 are released from being clamped, the negative electrode unit is unlocked, and the handle assembly 150 is ejected. The trip assembly 160 provides backup protection with the mechanical break point, cutting off the negative unit. The trip assembly 160 may be connected to the circuit board by pins, wires, or plugs and sockets, and preferably the trip assembly 160 is connected to the circuit board by pins to reduce wiring within the circuit breaker 100.
Optionally, in an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the electronic component 144 further includes a lightning protection circuit 1445, where an input end and an output end of the lightning protection circuit 1445 are respectively connected to the negative incoming line terminal 120 and the negative outgoing line terminal 130 and are connected in parallel to the negative unit, and the lightning protection circuit 1445 is used to bypass lightning stroke energy, so as to avoid permanent damage or damage to the electronic solid-state switching device caused by the lightning stroke energy.
