技术领域
本发明涉及在金属构件和树脂构件之间使用的润滑脂组合物。
背景技术
润滑脂组合物主要用于滑动轴承和滚动轴承、或者油膜难以保持附着在其上的表面。构成表面的构件主要由金属制成,但近年来,出于轻量化的目的,在一些情况中,将树脂材料用于一部分的表面构件。然而,除了金属构件和树脂构件间的滑动与金属构件间的滑动之间的摩擦和磨耗模式的差异以外,润滑脂组合物对表面的吸附和添加剂反应的表象不同。出于这个原因,简单地将适用于金属构件之间的滑动的润滑脂组合物用于金属构件和树脂构件之间的表面时,可能无法实现所预期的性能。
提出一种在金属构件和树脂构件之间使用的润滑脂组合物,其包含基础油、作为增稠剂的双脲化合物、和重均分子量为20,000至30,000的链状烃系聚合物(国际公开号WO2016/104812)。
然而,近年来,在表面使用的润滑脂组合物还需要进一步减少的摩擦以增强例如轴承等表面处的能量节约。
本发明的目的是提供能够减少金属构件和树脂构件之间的摩擦的润滑脂组合物。
发明内容
本发明人进行深入研究以实现上述目的,结果发现,基础油与增稠剂、脂肪族酰胺化合物、和聚合物一起使用可以提供适用于金属构件和树脂构件之间的滑动并且能够减少摩擦的润滑脂组合物。
本发明是基于这样的发现完成的并且包括以下。
<1>一种润滑脂组合物,其包含:100℃的运动粘度为5至30mm2/s的基础油、增稠剂、重均分子量为1,000至500,000的聚合物、和脂肪族酰胺化合物,其中所述润滑脂组合物用于金属构件和树脂构件之间的滑动。
<2>根据<1>所述的润滑脂组合物,其中所述脂肪族酰胺化合物是饱和脂肪族酰胺化合物。
<3>根据<1>或<2>所述的润滑脂组合物,其中所述增稠剂是尿素系增稠剂。
<4>根据<3>所述的润滑脂组合物,其中所述尿素系增稠剂是由下式(1)表示的双脲化合物:

其中R1和R3表示碳数为4至24并且任选地具有取代基的脂肪族烃基、碳数为6至15并且任选地具有取代基的脂环族烃基、或碳数为6至15并且任选地具有取代基的芳香族烃基,和R2表示碳数为6至15并且任选地具有取代基的二价芳香族烃基。
<5>根据<1>至<4>中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其中所述基础油包含聚-α-烯烃。
本发明的润滑脂组合物提供显著的减少金属构件和树脂构件之间的滑动中的摩擦的效果。

下文中,将根据优选实施方案详细地描述本发明。在本说明书中,除非另外指出,否则描述“X至Y”是指“X以上且Y以下”。在这样的描述中,当仅提供数值Y的单位时,该单位应也应用于数值X。
本发明的润滑脂组合物包含基础油、增稠剂、重均分子量为1,000至500,000之间的聚合物、和脂肪族酰胺化合物。
[基础油]
本发明的基础油可以是矿物油或合成油。基础油的100℃的运动粘度为5至30mm2/s,优选为8mm2/s以上,并且更优选为10mm2/s以上,和优选为27mm2/s以下,并且更优选为25mm2/s以下。在一个实施方案中,100℃的运动粘度优选为8至27mm2/s,并且更优选为10至25mm2/s。当100℃的运动粘度为上述下限值以上时,可以减少金属构件和树脂构件之间的摩擦,而当这样的运动粘度为上述上限值以下时,润滑脂组合物的低温流动性得到改善。
出于与100℃的运动粘度相同的理由,本发明的基础油的40℃的运动粘度优选为40mm2/s以上,更优选为60mm2/s以上,并且优选为300mm2/s以下,更优选为230mm2/s以下。在一个实施方案中,40℃的运动粘度优选为40至300mm2/s,更优选为60至230mm2/s。
在本说明书中,100℃或40℃的运动粘度分别是指根据JIS K2283:2000测定的100℃或40℃的运动粘度。
本发明的基础油的粘度指数优选为90以上,并且更优选为120至150。倾点优选为-10℃以下,并且更优选为-15℃以下。闪点优选为200℃以上。
在本说明书中,分别地,粘度指数是指根据JIS K2283:2000获得的数值,倾点是根据JIS K2269:1987,闪点是根据JIS K2265-4:2007。
矿物油的实例包括当将通过在常压蒸馏原油获得的馏出油、或进一步减压蒸馏这样的馏出油获得的馏出油通过各种精制过程精制时获得的基础油馏分。精制过程包括加氢精制、溶剂提取、溶剂脱蜡、加氢脱蜡(hydrodewaxing)、硫酸处理和粘土处理等,并且可以通过以合适的顺序组合这些过程来获得矿物油。通过不同过程的组合和顺序处理不同的原油或馏出油而获得的具有不同性质的多于一种的精制油的混合物也为有用的。任何方法可优选通过进行调整使得获得的基础油的性质满足上述物理性质来使用。
具有优异水解稳定性的基材优选用作合成油。实例包括例如聚-α-烯烃、聚丁烯、和两种以上的各种烯烃的共聚物等聚烯烃、例如二酯和多元醇酯等酯系合成油、例如烷基二苯基和聚丙二醇等醚系合成油、聚亚烷基二醇、烷基苯和烷基萘等。其中,聚-α-烯烃在氧化稳定性和低温流动性方面为优选的。
对于基础油,作为实例描述的合成油可单独地使用,或两种以上可以以混合物使用。此外,合成油也可通过与上述矿物油混合来使用。
当使用含有合成油的多于一种的基础油的混合物时,可以使用基础油混合物,只要满足上述物理性质即可,即使各基础油具有超出范围的此类物理性质。因此,各合成基础油不必须满足上述物理性质,但优选具有范围内的上述物理性质。
以润滑脂组合物的总量为基准,基础油的含量优选为50质量%以上,更优选为60质量%以上,并且优选为95质量%以下,更优选为85质量%以下。在一个实施方案中,基础油的含量优选为50至95质量%,更优选为60至85质量%。当基础油的含量为上述下限值以上时,可以确保适当的润滑性,而这样的含量为上述上限值以下,基础油更可能保留在润滑脂组合物中。
[增稠剂]
尿素系增稠剂和金属皂系增稠剂二者都可以用作本发明的增稠剂。
<尿素系增稠剂>
可用的尿素系增稠剂包括,例如,通过二异氰酸酯和单胺的反应而获得的双脲化合物,通过二异氰酸酯、单胺和二胺的反应而获得的聚脲化合物等。
二异氰酸酯是其中烃中的两个氢被异氰酸酯基取代的化合物。烃可以是无环烃或环烃,并且可以是任何芳香族烃、脂环族烃和脂肪族烃。烃中的碳原子数优选为6至15,并且更优选为8至14。二异氰酸酯的优选具体实例包括亚苯基二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、联苯基二异氰酸酯(二苯基二异氰酸酯)、二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、己烷二异氰酸酯和癸烷二异氰酸酯。二异氰酸酯可以单独使用,或可以两种以上组合使用。
优选使用的单胺是氨中的一个氢被碳数为4至24的脂肪族烃基取代的脂肪族胺、氨中的一个氢被碳数为6至15的脂环族烃基取代的脂环族胺、或氨中的一个氢被碳数为6至15的芳香族烃基取代的芳香族胺。脂肪族胺、脂环族胺和芳香族胺的取代基可分别进一步具有取代基。
单胺的优选具体实例包括辛胺、十二烷基胺、十六烷基胺、十八烷基胺、油胺、苯胺、对甲苯胺和环己胺。二胺的优选具体实例包括乙二胺、丙二胺、丁二胺、己二胺、辛二胺、苯二胺(phenylene diamine)、甲苯二胺、苯二甲胺(xylene diamine)和二氨基二苯基甲烷。
尿素系增稠剂可以通过上述二异氰酸酯和单胺的反应获得,并且优选为由下式(1)表示的双脲化合物。

其中R1和R3表示碳数为4至24并且任选地具有取代基的脂肪族烃基、碳数为6至15并且任选地具有取代基的脂环族烃基、或碳数为6至15并且任选地具有取代基的芳香族烃基,和R2表示碳数为6至15并且任选地具有取代基的二价芳香族烃基。
当R1和R3是脂肪族烃基时,其碳原子数优选为8至18,当R1和R3是脂环族烃基时,其碳原子数优选为6至12,并且当R1和R3是芳香族烃基时,其碳原子数优选为7。
R1和R3的至少任一者是相同或不同的,从增加润滑脂组合物的滴点(drop point)的观点,优选脂环族烃基。
<金属皂系增稠剂>
单一皂和复合皂用作金属皂系增稠剂。单一皂是通过用碱金属氢氧化物或碱土金属氢氧化物等使脂肪酸或油脂(fat/oil)皂化而获得的金属皂。复合皂是通过除了单一皂中所用的脂肪酸以外,进一步组合具有不同分子结构的有机酸而获得的复合物。
脂肪酸可以是具有羟基等的脂肪酸衍生物。脂肪酸优选为一价或二价脂肪族羧酸。脂肪酸优选为碳数为6至20的脂肪族羧酸,并且更优选为碳数为12至20的一价脂肪族羧酸或碳数为6至14的二价脂肪族羧酸。脂肪酸优选为包含一个羟基的一价脂肪族羧酸。复合皂中与脂肪酸组合的有机酸优选为乙酸、二元酸如壬二酸或癸二酸、或芳香族酸。
可用的金属皂系增稠剂的金属包括例如锂和钠等碱金属、和例如钙等碱土金属、或例如铝等两性金属。
增稠剂可以以金属皂的形式共混,但羧酸和金属源(金属盐、金属盐氢氧化物等)可分别地共混并在生产润滑脂时反应以形成金属皂系增稠剂。
这样的羧酸金属盐可单独地使用,或多于一种可以以混合物使用。例如,优选12-羟基硬脂酸锂和壬二酸锂(lithium azelate)的混合物。
本发明的增稠剂可单独地使用,或多于一种可以以混合物使用。可获得期望的针入度(penetration)的增稠剂的含量为,例如,以润滑脂组合物的总量为基准,优选2至30质量%,更优选5至20质量%。从高温下的耐热性和增稠剂自身的润滑性的观点,优选使用的增稠剂为尿素系增稠剂。
[聚合物]
本发明的聚合物的重均分子量为1,000至500,000。重均分子量优选为2,000以上,更优选为5,000以上,进一步优选为100,000以上,并且优选为450,000以下,更优选为400,000以下,进一步优选为300,000以下。在一个实施方案中,重均分子量优选为2,000至450,000,更优选为5,000至400,000,进一步优选为100,000至300,000。当重均分子量为上述下限值以上时,润滑脂组合物的润滑性得到改善,而重均分子量为上述上限值以下,低温流动性得到改善。
本说明书中,聚合物的重均分子量是指通过凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)来确定的值(通过聚苯乙烯换算而获得的分子量)。测量条件如下。

本发明的聚合物不限于以下实例,但例如是乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物、聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯-二烯共聚物和聚丁烯等。
<乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物>
乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物包含作为单体单元的乙烯和碳数为3以上的α-烯烃。碳数为3以上的α-烯烃的实例包括丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、3-甲基-1-丁烯、1-己烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、3-甲基-1-戊烯、1-辛烯和1-癸烯,优选丙烯。
以单体单元的总量为基准,乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物中乙烯单元的含量可为例如30至80mol%、35至75mol%、或40至70mol%。以单体单元的总量为基准,乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物中α-烯烃单元的含量可为例如20至70mol%、25至65mol%、或30至60mol%。
<聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯>
聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯优选包含由下式(2)表示的结构单元。在本说明书中,“(甲基)丙烯酸酯”是指“丙烯酸酯和/或甲基丙烯酸酯”。
其中R4表示氢或甲基,R5表示碳数为1至18的直链或支链烃基。
在一个实施方案中,R5是碳数为1至5的烃基、或碳数为6至18的烃基、或其组合。
<苯乙烯-二烯共聚物>
苯乙烯-二烯共聚物包含作为单体单元的选自苯乙烯及其氢化物的一种以上的苯乙烯系单体、和选自二烯及其氢化物的一种以上的二烯系单体。可用的二烯为例如丁二烯和异戊二烯。
以单体单元的总量为基准,苯乙烯-二烯共聚物中苯乙烯系单体单元的含量可以为例如1至30mol%、或5至20mol%。以单体单元的总量为基准,苯乙烯-二烯共聚物中二烯单体单元的含量可以为例如70至99mol%、或80至95mol%。
<聚丁烯>
聚丁烯是通过使具有双键的丁烯类聚合而获得的聚合物。聚丁烯可以是由例如下式(3)表示的聚合物。

可用的聚丁烯可以是原样的市售品,或通过已知方法生产的聚丁烯。聚丁烯的生产方法为例如从石油脑裂解生成的C4馏分中去除丁二烯并使用酸催化剂聚合丁二烯的方法。
本发明的聚合物可以单独使用,或两种以上的聚合物可以组合使用。从减少润滑脂组合物的摩擦的观点,聚合物优选乙烯-α-烯烃聚合物。
可用的本发明的聚合物可以是纯品、或处于稀释至例如煤油和柴油等轻质油的状态的稀释品。
以润滑脂组合物的总量为基准,聚合物的含量(不包括稀释油)优选为0.1质量%以上,更优选为0.2质量%以上,进一步优选为0.4质量%以上,并且优选为10质量%以下,更优选为8质量%以下,进一步优选为6质量%以下。在一个实施方案中,聚合物的含量优选为0.1至10质量%,更优选为0.2至8质量%,进一步优选为0.4至6质量%。当聚合物的含量范围为上述下限值以上时,金属构件和树脂构件之间的摩擦进一步减少,而当这样的含量为上述上限值以下时,润滑脂组合物的低温流动性得到改善。
[脂肪族酰胺化合物]
本发明中所用的脂肪族酰胺化合物是具有一个酰胺基团(-NH-CO-)的脂肪族单酰胺、具有两个酰胺基团的脂肪族双酰胺、具有三个酰胺基团的脂肪族三酰胺等。
单酰胺可以是单胺的酸酰胺或单酸的酸酰胺。双酰胺也可以是二胺的酸酰胺或二酸的酸酰胺。
优选使用的脂肪族酰胺化合物是熔点为40至180℃、更优选为80至180℃、进一步优选为100至170℃并且分子量为242至932、更优选为298至876的那些。
脂肪族单酰胺、脂肪族双酰胺和脂肪族三酰胺分别由下式(4)、式(5)或(6)、以及式(7)表示。

A1、A2、和A3各自独立地为碳数为1至10的脂肪族烃基、脂环族烃基或芳香族烃基,或这些基团的组合形式的碳数为1至10的二价烃基,M是酰氨基(-NH-CO-、或-CO-NH-)。
当脂肪族酰胺化合物是单酰胺时,R7优选为氢或碳数为10至20的脂肪族烃基。
当脂肪族酰胺化合物是二胺的酸酰胺时,A1优选为碳数为1至4的二价饱和链状烃基。
在式(5)和(6)中由R6、R7、或A1表示的烃基中,一部分的氢可被羟基(-OH)取代。
脂肪族单酰胺具体是利用饱和或不饱和长链脂肪酸和长链胺的取代酰胺类,例如饱和脂肪酸酰胺如月桂酸酰胺、棕榈酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、山嵛酸酰胺、和羟基硬脂酸酰胺,不饱和脂肪酸酰胺如油酸酰胺和芥酸酰胺、和硬脂基硬脂酸酰胺(stearyl stearic acidamide)、油基油酸酰胺(oleyl oleamide)、油基硬脂酸酰胺(oleyl stearic acid amide)、和硬脂基油酸酰胺(stearyl oleamide)。

从减少摩擦的观点,本发明的脂肪族酰胺化合物优选为其中R6和R7的至少一者为饱和脂肪族烃基的饱和脂肪族酰胺。
从减少摩擦的观点,脂肪族酰胺化合物优选为脂肪族双酰胺或脂肪族三酰胺,更优选为脂肪族双酰胺。
本发明的脂肪族酰胺化合物可单独地使用,或两种以上可以组合使用。以润滑脂组合物的总量为基准,脂肪族酰胺化合物的含量优选为1质量%以上,更优选为2质量%以上,进一步优选为4质量%以上,并且优选为30质量%以下,更优选为20质量%以下,进一步优选为15质量%以下。在一个实施方案中,脂肪族酰胺化合物的含量优选为1至30质量%,更优选为2至20质量%,进一步优选为4至15质量%。当脂肪族酰胺化合物的含量为上述下限值以上时,金属构件和树脂构件之间的摩擦甚至更加减少,而当这样的含量为上述上限值以下时,润滑脂组合物的低温流动性得到改善。
当在基础油的存在下加热并溶解脂肪族酰胺化合物时,基础油保留在形成三维网络结构的酰胺化合物中,并且与在润滑脂中简单地分散并混合酰胺化合物的情况相比,金属构件和树脂构件之间的摩擦减少。
[其它添加剂]
在本发明的润滑脂组合物中,除了上述组分以外,根据需要,可以适当地添加通常用于润滑剂和润滑脂的固体润滑剂、抗磨耗剂或极压剂、抗氧化剂、摩擦调整剂、防锈剂、和腐蚀抑制剂等。
固体润滑剂是例如石墨、氟化石墨、氰尿酸三聚氰胺、聚四氟乙烯、二硫化钼、硫化锑、氮化硼、和碱(土)金属硼酸盐等。当润滑脂组合物包含固体润滑剂时,其含量基于润滑脂组合物的总量通常为0.1至20质量%。
抗磨耗剂或极压剂是例如,有机锌化合物如二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌,含硫化合物如二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二烃基多硫化物(dihydrocarbylpolysulfide)、硫化酯、噻唑化合物和噻二唑化合物;磷系极压剂如磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯的胺盐、和亚磷酸酯。当润滑脂组合物包含抗磨耗剂或极压剂时,其含量以润滑脂组合物的总量为基准通常为0.1至10质量%。
抗氧化剂是例如,酚系化合物如2,6-二叔丁基苯酚和2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,胺系化合物如二苯胺、二烷基二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺和对烷基苯基-α-萘胺。当润滑脂组合物包含抗氧化剂时,其含量以润滑脂组合物的总量为基准通常为0.5至10质量%,优选为1至5质量%。抗氧化剂可包含酚系化合物和胺系化合物。
摩擦调整剂是例如,胺类如月桂胺、肉豆蔻胺、棕榈胺、硬脂胺和油胺等;高级醇如月桂醇、肉豆蔻醇、棕榈醇、硬脂醇和油醇;高级脂肪酸如月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸和油酸;脂肪酸酯如月桂酸甲酯、肉豆蔻酸甲酯、棕榈酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯和油酸甲酯;油脂如油酸甘油酯和硬脂酸甘油酯。当润滑脂组合物包含摩擦调整剂时,其含量以润滑脂组合物的总量为基准通常为0.01至5质量%。
防锈剂是例如,胺类、中性或超碱性石油系或合成油系金属磺酸盐、金属羧酸盐、酯类、磷酸和磷酸盐。当润滑脂组合物包含防锈剂时,其含量以润滑脂组合物的总量为基准通常为0.005至5质量%。
可用的腐蚀抑制剂是例如,已知的腐蚀抑制剂如苯并三唑系化合物、甲基苯并三氮唑(tolyltriazole)系化合物、噻二唑系化合物和咪唑系化合物。当润滑脂组合物包含腐蚀抑制剂时,其含量以润滑脂组合物的总量为基准通常为0.01至10质量%。
[润滑脂组合物]
从流动性和润滑脂停留在表面的容易性的观点,本发明的润滑脂组合物的针入度优选为175至385,更优选为220至340。针入度表明润滑脂的物理硬度。
本说明书中的针入度是指根据JIS K2220:2013测定的工作针入度。
从维持在高温下的部件的耐久性的观点,本发明的润滑脂组合物的滴点优选为180℃以上,更优选为200℃以上。滴点是指随着温度升高,润滑脂丧失增稠剂结构的温度。
本文的滴点可根据JIS K2220:2013来测定。
[制备方法]
本发明的润滑脂组合物可通过常规润滑脂生产方法来制造,但优选在混合后,将脂肪族酰胺化合物加热至熔点以上一次。
换言之,可以采用将脂肪族酰胺化合物和基础油加热至脂肪族酰胺化合物的熔点以上、冷却并与由增稠剂和基础油构成的润滑脂物理混合的方法,或者也可以采用将包含增稠剂的所有组分混合、然后加热至脂肪族酰胺化合物的熔点以上并冷却的方法。
因此,在至少存在基础油的情况下,在将脂肪族酰胺化合物加热至脂肪族酰胺化合物的熔点以上一次时,基础油保留在形成三维网络结构的脂肪族酰胺化合物中,从而成为半固体凝胶。微观上,基础油在网络结构中自由移动。这表明,例如,在具有润滑性的凝胶组合物与多孔窄隙接触时,毛细管作用使得凝胶中的基础油从凝胶移动至窄隙。相反地,这表明,当体系中存在额外的基础油时,凝胶的三维网络结构引起毛细管作用,从而将额外的基础油吸收至凝胶中。由于这样的情况,增稠剂赋予了针入度,从而减少表面处的摩擦。
<润滑对象>
本发明的润滑脂组合物优选用于润滑各种树脂表面构件和金属表面构件。树脂的实例包括聚酰胺树脂、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂、聚缩醛树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯树脂、和聚醚醚酮树脂。润滑脂组合物特别优选用于其中使用了聚酰胺树脂的构件。金属表面构件包括轴承钢、碳钢和不锈钢(SUS)等。
<润滑脂组合物的应用>
本发明的润滑脂组合物可用于例如通常使用的机械、轴承、齿轮和滚珠丝杠等金属构件和树脂构件之间的滑动,并且即使在恶劣环境下也可以表现优异的性能。润滑脂组合物可在汽车中用于润滑动力传动系如水泵、冷却风扇马达、起动机、交流发电机和发动机外围的各种致动器部件、传动轴、等速万向节、车轮轴承和离合器,以及各种部件如电动助力转向(EPS)、电动车床、制动系统、球形接头、门铰链、方向盘和制动扩张器。此外,润滑脂组合物也可用于例如包括挖掘机、推土机和汽车式起重机的建筑机械、钢铁工业、造纸工业、林业机械、农业机械、化工厂、发电机构和铁道车辆等的可能涉及往复滑动移动的各种轴和嵌合部。对于其它用途,润滑脂组合物也可用于无缝管用螺纹接头和舷外发动机用轴承。
实施例
下文中,本发明将使用作为本发明的实施方案的实施例来描述,但不限于以下实施方案。
对于实施例1至11的每一者和比较例1至4的每一者,以表1中所示的共混比将基础油、增稠剂和各添加剂共混以制备试验润滑脂组合物。除非另外指出,否则表中的“质量%”示出了以润滑脂组合物的总量为基准的各共混比。
(1)基础油
将基础油1和2混合,使得100℃的运动粘度为表1中所示的值。
·基础油1:聚-α-烯烃(100℃运动粘度:8.0mm2/s,粘度指数:136,倾点:<-45℃,闪点:265℃)
·基础油2:聚-α-烯烃(100℃运动粘度:40.0mm2/s,粘度指数:149,倾点:<-30℃,闪点:280℃)
(2)增稠剂
增稠剂是从单胺和二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)合成的双脲。通过以表1中所示的摩尔比将环己胺(CHA)和/或十八胺(ODA)混合来使用单胺。

·聚合物A:乙烯-丙烯共聚合物(重均分子量:200,000,稀释油中的聚合物浓度:10%)

[制备方法]
使作为增稠剂的原料的胺和异氰酸酯在基础油中反应,使得共混比如表1中所示,然后升高温度并冷却,从而获得反应物1。此外,将脂肪族酰胺化合物添加至从与前述基础油不同的容器取出的相同种类的基础油,加热至150℃(脂肪族酰胺化合物的熔点以上),在磁搅拌器中搅拌,然后冷却至室温,从而获得半固体反应物2。
将反应物1和反应物2混合,使得脂肪族酰胺化合物的共混比如表1中所示,此外,以表1中所示的共混比添加剩余的添加剂。使用三辊磨捏合混合物,从而获得表1中所示的试验润滑脂组合物。
如下评价所得的试验润滑脂组合物。评价结果示于表1。
[评价方法]
<摩擦系数>
使用球-盘式往复摩擦试验机(ball-on-disk reciprocating tribometer)进行评价试验。使用的球(钢表面构件)是直径为1/4英寸的SUJ-2球,使用的盘(树脂表面构件)是66尼龙板(Toray Plastics Precision Co.,Ltd.制造的TPS(R)N66(NC))。
将润滑脂施加至盘,测定在试验力:2000gf、滑动速度:10mm/s和振幅:20mm的条件下、在室温(25℃)下滑动时的摩擦系数。
[评价结果]
不包含聚合物和脂肪族酰胺化合物的比较例1在金属构件和树脂构件之间滑动时显示高摩擦系数。仅包含聚合物的比较例2和仅包含脂肪族酰胺化合物的比较例3与比较例1相比,显示略微更加减少的摩擦,然而这是不充分的。
与此相对,揭示了包含聚合物和脂肪族酰胺化合物的本发明的润滑脂组合物显示出在金属构件和树脂构件之间滑动时充分的摩擦的减少(实施例1至11)。比较例4,其中基础油的100℃的运动粘度大于30mm2/s,摩擦的减少不充分。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的润滑脂组合物具有优异的低摩擦,使得可适用于润滑具有金属构件和树脂构件之间的表面的各种接头、齿轮和轴承等。

100℃的运动粘度为5至30mm2/s的基础油,
增稠剂,
重均分子量为1,000至500,000的聚合物,和
脂肪族酰胺化合物,其中,
所述润滑脂组合物用于金属构件和树脂构件之间的滑动。

4.根据权利要求3所述的润滑脂组合物,其中所述尿素系增稠剂是由下式(1)表示的双脲化合物:
R1-NHCONH-R2-NHCONH-R3(1)
其中R1和R3表示碳数为4至24并且任选地具有取代基的脂肪族烃基、碳数为6至15并且任选地具有取代基的脂环族烃基、或碳数为6至15并且任选地具有取代基的芳香族烃基,和R2表示碳数为6至15并且任选地具有取代基的二价芳香族烃基。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其中所述基础油包含聚-α-烯烃。
