本发明公开一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,涉及医疗器械领域。包括箱体、位于箱体内的氧气泵和动力泵,所述箱体的一侧间隔设有血液输入管道和血液输出管道,所述血液输入管道和血液输出管道之间连通有多个位于箱体内的氧合单元,所述氧合单元与血液形成逆流,所述氧气泵为氧合单元提供氧气补给,所述动力泵为血液输入管道和血液输出管道内的血液提供流动的动力。采用本方案解决了现有的人工肺存在二氧化碳去除效率不高的问题,提高了氧合器的综合性能。

技术领域
发明公开一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,涉及医疗器械领域。
背景技术
膜式人工肺,又称为膜式氧合器,是一种能代替人体肺组织吸收氧气、排出二氧化碳的人造器官,它采用特殊的膜材料作为血液和气体的分界面进行气体交换,其结构不再是原来的卷筒式或平板折叠式,而是发展为如今普遍采用的微孔中空纤维膜式。根据血液和气体的流动特点又可将中空纤维膜式人工肺分为管壳式(血液在毛细管内流动)和交叉流式(血液在毛细管外流动),其中交叉流式的中空纤维膜式人工肺以其血侧混合特性好、独特的气体传质系数优势已得到国内外医学界普遍认可。
目前人工肺的发展有两大阻碍:一是半透膜中空纤维的生产工艺,二是接触面积有限,导致二氧化碳去除效率不高。为了破除第一种技术障碍,已有较多研究研制出多种膜材料,其中包括均质膜、微孔膜和复合膜等,而第二种技术障碍的破解依旧缺乏相应的对策,因此,急需一种能够提高气体交换效率的人工肺。
发明内容
本发明的一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,解决了现有的人工肺存在二氧化碳去除效率不高的问题。
为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案如下:
一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,包括箱体、位于箱体内的氧气泵和动力泵,所述箱体的一侧间隔设有血液输入管道和血液输出管道,所述血液输入管道和血液输出管道之间连通有多个位于箱体内的氧合单元,所述氧合单元与血液形成逆流,所述氧气泵为氧合单元提供氧气补给,所述动力泵为血液输入管道和血液输出管道内的血液提供流动的动力。
优选的,多个所述氧合单元呈平行阵列均匀分布。
通过上述设置,使得血液分流进入各路径,不易产生液体驻留、沉淀,保证血细胞均良好氧合,避免了灌注不足而造成不良反应的问题。
优选的,每个所述氧合单元均包括连接管道和输氧管,所述连接管连接在血液输入管道和血液输出管道之间,所述输氧管与氧气泵连通,所述输氧管上斜向上插接有多个中空纤维膜管道。
优选的,所述连接管道的内壁上还设有多个生物涂柱,所述生物涂柱上涂覆有抗凝剂。
通过上述设置,借助中空纤维膜管道与血液形成逆流,增大单位流体的气体接触面积,同时增加血液与纤维膜的接触交换时间,提升换气效果,并且借助生物涂柱可以防止血液凝固或破坏。
优选的,所述箱体上嵌设有血氧饱和度检测仪,所述血氧饱和度检测仪用于监测血液输出管道内血液的血氧饱和度。
通过上述设置,利用血氧饱和度检测仪能够实时监测血氧饱和度,确保氧合的效果。
优选的,所述箱体上还设有提手。
通过上述设置,借助提手使得本氧合器便于携带,提高了方案的灵活性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、本方案通过模仿鱼鳃结构改善血流动力学以提高膜材料的气体交换氧合性能,以及避免发生血浆渗漏的情况,增强了方案的稳定性。
2、由于ECMO系统运行费用昂贵,不能被更广泛的应用于各种医疗场景,而本方案制作和运行费用低廉,通过模仿鱼鳃结构的逆流系统以提高膜材料的气体交换氧合性能,同时采用便携式设计,从而实现更广泛的普及和运用。
3、本方案的氧合单元呈多排平行排列,血液分流进入各路径,不易产生液体驻留、沉淀,保证血细胞均良好氧合,避免了灌注不足而造成不良反应的问题;在保证交换膜面积的前提下缩小装置体积,同时仪器上安装的血氧饱和度检测仪、提手结构,便于携带,适用于各种应急场景。

实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
实施例
如图1至图3所示,一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,包括箱体1、位于箱体1内的氧气泵2和两个动力泵3。箱体1的顶部粘附有提手6,借助提手6使得氧合器便于携带,提高了使用场景的灵活性。箱体1的右侧壁上间隔连通有血液输入管道4和位于血液输入管正下方的血液输出管道5。血液输入管道4和血液输出管道5分别连通一个动力泵3,两个动力泵3均采用离心泵,位于上侧的动力泵3的输出端连通有第一血液暂存箱8,位于下侧的动力泵3的输入端连通有第二血液暂存箱9。第一血液暂存箱8的底部连通有多个氧合单元,多个氧合单元呈平行阵列均匀分布。每个氧合单元均包括连接管道10和输氧管11,连接管的顶部和底部分别与血液输入管道4和血液输出管道5连通。位于每一行的所有连接管道10的上端共同穿设有进气支管12,每根进气支管12的底部均与对应的输氧管11连通,所有进气支管12的右端共同连接有进气主管13,进气主管13与氧气泵2连通,氧气泵2通过三脚架固定设置在箱体1内。输氧管11的外壁上斜向上插接有多个中空纤维膜管道14,多个中空纤维膜管道14周向分布输氧管11上。连接管道10的内壁上还周向分布有多个生物涂柱15,生物涂柱15上涂覆有抗凝剂,抗凝剂采用肝素,借助生物涂柱15可以防止血液凝固或破坏。箱体1的前侧还嵌设有血氧饱和度检测仪7,血氧饱和度检测仪7的探头位于第二血液暂存箱9内,血氧饱和度检测仪7用于监测血液输出管道5内血液的血氧饱和度。
本方案的工作过程:
利用动力泵3将患者的血液从股静脉引出,血液经输入管道进入第一血液暂存箱8内,并与斜向上分布的多个中空纤维膜管道14形成仿鱼鳃模式的对流,从而增大了单位流体与氧合单元上交换膜的接触面积与接触时间,提升气体交换效率,从而完成氧合,氧合后的血液流入第二血液暂存箱9内。整个氧合过程中,通过血氧饱和度检测仪7监测第二血液暂存箱9内血液的血氧饱和度,从而确保氧合效果;在氧合的过程中,通过氧气泵2、进气支管12和输氧管11提供氧气,氧合过程中通过动力泵3为血液的流动提供动力,防止血液出现瘀滞的情况。

1.一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,其特征在于:包括箱体、位于箱体内的氧气泵和动力泵,所述箱体的一侧间隔设有血液输入管道和血液输出管道,所述血液输入管道和血液输出管道之间连通有多个位于箱体内的氧合单元,所述氧合单元与血液形成逆流,所述氧气泵为氧合单元提供氧气补给,所述动力泵为血液输入管道和血液输出管道内的血液提供流动的动力。
2.如权利要求1所述一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,其特征在于:多个所述氧合单元呈平行阵列均匀分布。
3.如权利要求2所述一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,其特征在于:每个所述氧合单元均包括连接管道和输氧管,所述连接管连接在血液输入管道和血液输出管道之间,所述输氧管与氧气泵连通,所述输氧管上斜向上插接有多个中空纤维膜管道。
4.如权利要求3所述一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,其特征在于:所述连接管道的内壁上还设有多个生物涂柱,所述生物涂柱上涂覆有抗凝剂。
5.如权利要求1-3中任一所述一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,其特征在于:所述箱体上嵌设有血氧饱和度检测仪,所述血氧饱和度检测仪用于监测血液输出管道内血液的血氧饱和度。
6.如权利要求4所述一种鱼鳃仿生结构的氧合器,其特征在于:所述箱体上还设有提手。
