the extrusion mechanism (7) is arranged on the outer side wall of the driving mechanism (6), and is connected with the driving mechanism (6) through threads, and the outer side wall of the extrusion mechanism (7) is in sliding connection with the inner side wall of the fixed sleeve (8);
the oil absorption mechanism (10), the oil absorption mechanism (10) is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the driving mechanism (6), and the top of the oil absorption mechanism (10) is rotationally connected with the bottom of the extrusion mechanism (7).
