With continued reference to fig. 10-12, in an embodiment of the present invention, the blower unit includes a second annular housing 501, and a blower 502 is disposed in the second annular housing 501, and by activating the blower 502, an air flow blowing toward the first annular housing 401 is formed; the size of the air outlet of the second circular shell 501 corresponds to the coverage area of the cleaning rod 4023 for cleaning.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 10, in the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting portion 600 includes a rotating cylinder 601, the rotating cylinder 601 is rotatably disposed on the filter screen body 104 in a penetrating manner, a first forward and reverse rotation servomotor 605 for driving the rotating cylinder 601 to rotate is mounted on a top plate of the collecting chamber 105, a driving gear 606 is mounted on an output shaft of the first forward and reverse rotation servomotor 605, and a driven toothed ring 604 meshed with the driving gear 606 is fixedly disposed on an outer ring of the rotating cylinder 601, so that when the first forward and reverse rotation servomotor 605 is started, the rotating cylinder 601 can be driven to rotate by a certain angle relative to the filter screen body 104; the supporting part 600 further comprises a circular fixing cover 602 fixedly installed on the inner side wall of the box body 100, one end of the rotating cylinder 601 is of an open structure, the open end is coaxially supported to rotate and extend into the circular fixing cover 602, a falling opening 603 communicated with the collecting cavity 105 is formed in the bottom of the circular fixing cover 602, and accordingly plugs in the rotating cylinder 601 fall into the collecting cavity 105 through the falling opening 603 after entering the circular fixing cover 602.
With continued reference to fig. 10 and 11, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first annular housing 401 is fixedly installed at the top end of the first lifting rod 403, the first lifting rod 403 extends into the first supporting cylinder 404 in a penetrating and sliding manner, and the bottom end of the first supporting cylinder 404 is fixedly installed on the rotating cylinder 601; the rotating cylinder 601 is provided with a second dust collecting through hole 607 matched with the inner cavity of the first supporting cylinder 404, the first lifting rod 403 is internally provided with a first dust collecting through hole 4031, the top end of the first dust collecting through hole 4031 is communicated with the first circular shell 401, and the bottom end of the first dust collecting through hole 4031 is communicated with the inner cavity of the first supporting cylinder 404, so that the blocking impurities in the first circular shell 401 enter the first supporting cylinder 404 through the first dust collecting through hole 4031 and then enter the rotating cylinder 601 through the second dust collecting through hole 607, and further, the blocking matters in the rotating cylinder 601 enter the circular fixed cover 602 and then fall into the collecting cavity 105 through the falling hole 603.
With continued reference to fig. 10, 11 and 13, in the embodiment of the present invention, the height adjusting mechanism includes a first screw rod 405 and a second screw rod 505, the first screw rod 405 is rotatably disposed on the rotating cylinder 601, the top end of the first screw rod 405 is screwed into the first lifting rod 403 through a threaded connection, and the height of the first lifting rod 403 relative to the first supporting cylinder 404 is adjusted by using the rotation of the first screw rod 405;
the second screw rod 505 is rotatably arranged on the rotating cylinder 601 in a penetrating manner, the top end of the second screw rod 505 is screwed into the second lifting rod 503 in a threaded connection manner, the second circular ring shell 501 is fixedly arranged on the top end of the second lifting rod 503, the second lifting rod 503 is arranged on the second supporting cylinder 504 in a penetrating and sliding manner up and down, and the height of the second lifting rod 503 relative to the second supporting cylinder 504 is adjusted by utilizing the rotation of the second screw rod 505.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, in the embodiment of the present invention, the height adjustment mechanism further includes a driving assembly, where the driving assembly includes a second forward and reverse rotation servomotor 608, and the second forward and reverse rotation servomotor 608 is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the non-open end of the rotating cylinder 601; an output shaft of the second forward and reverse rotation servo motor 608 is in driving connection with a driving shaft 6081, and the driving shaft 6081 extends into the rotating cylinder 601; two groups of drive bevel gears 6082 are fixedly arranged on the driving shaft 6081; the bottom ends of the first screw rod 405 and the second screw rod 505 are respectively provided with a driven bevel gear 406, and the two driven bevel gears 406 are respectively meshed with the two groups of driving bevel gears 6082, so that when the second forward and reverse rotation servo motor 608 is started, the first screw rod 405 and the second screw rod 505 are driven to rotate simultaneously, and the first screw rod 405 and the second screw rod 505 which rotate simultaneously can realize synchronous height adjustment actions of the first lifting rod 403 and the second lifting rod 503, so that the cleaning part and the blowing part can be conveniently adjusted at the same height.
In summary, according to the air source heat pump unit provided by the invention, the air entering the box 100 can be filtered by the filtering device, so that clean air enters the box 100, and damage of dust impurities to each core component of the heat pump main body 300 in the box 100 is avoided; wherein, the filter equipment of setting, through the mutually supporting of clearance mechanism 400 and blowing mechanism 500, can clear up the plug of appointed position, and when clearing up the in-process to the plug, can avoid the plug to scatter, the problem that the filter screen portion 1041 filtration pore was passed to the tiny particle plug, guarantees to enter into the interior clean air of box 100.
It can be appreciated that when the air source heat pump unit of the present invention is in use, the cleaning operation of the filter surface plug of the filter screen portion 1041 is performed when the unit is not in operation by using the cooperation of the cleaning mechanism 400 and the blowing mechanism 500, so as to avoid the influence on the cleaning air flow during the plug cleaning process when the air flow outside the box 100 enters the air inlet channel 103 during the operation of the unit.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, in order to realize continuous operation of the unit without affecting cleaning operation of the blockage, in the embodiment of the present invention, the air outlet end of the first circular shell 401 is provided with a baffle 700, and the air inlet end of the second circular shell 501 is provided with a baffle 800; so that the air flow entering the air inlet channel 103 during the operation of the unit can not be directly blown into the first circular ring shell 401, and part of the air flow entering the air inlet channel 103 can enter the second circular ring shell 501 through the drainage of the guide plate 800, so that the process of cleaning the filter surface blockage of the filter screen portion 1041 does not affect the operation of the unit.
Although embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, they are not limited to the use listed in the specification and embodiments. It can be applied to various fields suitable for the present invention. Additional modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. Therefore, the invention is not to be limited to the specific details and illustrations shown and described herein, without departing from the general concepts defined in the claims and their equivalents.
Claims (3)
1. An air source heat pump unit comprises a box body (100) and a heat pump main body (300) arranged in the box body (100);
the top of the box body (100) is provided with an air inducing device (200), and the side part of the box body (100) is provided with an air inlet window (101); an air inlet channel (103) corresponding to the air inlet window (101) is arranged on the inner side of the box body (100), and a filtering device is arranged in the air inlet channel (103);
the method is characterized in that:
the filtering device comprises a filtering screen body (104) fixedly arranged in the air inlet channel (103), a filtering screen part (1041) is arranged on the filtering screen body (104), and a collecting cavity (105) positioned below the filtering screen body (104) is further arranged on the inner side of the box body (100);
the filtering device further comprises a cleaning mechanism (400), a blowing mechanism (500) and a supporting part (600), wherein the supporting part (600) is rotatably arranged through the filter screen body (104), the cleaning mechanism (400) is positioned on one side of the filtering surface of the filter screen body (104), and the bottom end of the cleaning mechanism (400) is supported and arranged on the supporting part (600); the blowing mechanism (500) is positioned at the other side of the filter screen body (104);
the cleaning mechanism (400) comprises a cleaning part with adjustable height relative to the supporting part (600); the blowing mechanism (500) comprises a blowing part with adjustable height relative to the supporting part (600); the supporting part (600) is provided with a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the height of the cleaning part and the blowing part;
the cleaning part is communicated with the collecting cavity (105) through a dust collecting channel;
the cleaning part comprises a first annular shell (401), and a cleaning assembly (402) is arranged on the first annular shell (401);
the cleaning assembly (402) comprises a double-shaft motor (4021) fixedly supported and installed in the first annular shell (401), a supporting rod (4022) is arranged on one output shaft of the double-shaft motor (4021) in a driving connection mode, a cleaning rod (4023) is arranged on the supporting rod (4022), and a plurality of brushes (40231) are arranged on the cleaning rod (4023);
a blocking filter screen (407) is further arranged in the first circular shell (401) to prevent the blockage from being discharged out of the first circular shell (401) along with the air flow direction;
a fan blade (4024) is arranged on the other output shaft of the double-shaft motor (4021) in a driving connection manner;
the blowing part comprises a second circular ring shell (501), a blower (502) is arranged in the second circular ring shell (501), and by starting the blower (502), an air flow blowing to the first circular ring shell (401) is formed;
the supporting part (600) comprises a rotating cylinder (601), the rotating cylinder (601) is arranged on the filter screen body (104) in a penetrating and rotating mode, and a first forward and reverse rotation servo motor (605) for driving the rotating cylinder (601) to rotate is arranged on a top plate of the collecting cavity (105);
the supporting part (600) further comprises a circular fixed cover (602) fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the box body (100), one end of the rotary cylinder (601) is of an open structure, the open end is coaxially supported and rotated to extend into the circular fixed cover (602), and a falling opening (603) communicated with the collecting cavity (105) is formed in the bottom of the circular fixed cover (602);
the first circular shell (401) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the first lifting rod (403), the first lifting rod (403) penetrates through and slides into the first supporting cylinder (404), and the bottom end of the first supporting cylinder (404) is fixedly arranged on the rotating cylinder (601); the rotary cylinder (601) is provided with a second dust collecting through hole (607) matched with the inner cavity of the first support cylinder (404), the first lifting rod (403) is internally provided with a first dust collecting through hole (4031), the top end of the first dust collecting through hole (4031) is communicated with the first circular shell (401), and the bottom end of the first dust collecting through hole (4031) is communicated with the inner cavity of the first support cylinder (404);
the height adjusting mechanism comprises a first screw rod (405) and a second screw rod (505), the first screw rod (405) is arranged on the rotating cylinder (601) in a penetrating and rotating mode, and the top end of the first screw rod (405) is screwed into the first lifting rod (403) in a threaded connection mode;
the second screw rod (505) is arranged on the rotating cylinder (601) in a penetrating and rotating mode, the top end of the second screw rod (505) is screwed into the second lifting rod (503) in a threaded connection mode, the second circular ring shell (501) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the second lifting rod (503), and the second lifting rod (503) is arranged on the second supporting cylinder (504) in a penetrating and sliding mode up and down;
the height adjusting mechanism further comprises a driving assembly, the driving assembly comprises a second forward and reverse rotation servo motor (608), and the second forward and reverse rotation servo motor (608) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the non-open end of the rotary cylinder (601); an output shaft of the second forward and reverse rotation servo motor (608) is in driving connection with a driving shaft (6081), and the driving shaft (6081) stretches into the rotating cylinder (601); two groups of drive bevel gears (6082) are fixedly arranged on the driving shaft (6081); driven bevel gears (406) are arranged at the bottom end of the first screw rod (405) and the bottom end of the second screw rod (505), and the two groups of driven bevel gears (406) are meshed with the two groups of driving bevel gears (6082) respectively;
a convection channel is formed between the blowing part and the cleaning part.
2. The air source heat pump unit according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet end of the first circular shell (401) is provided with a baffle plate (700), and the air inlet end of the second circular shell (501) is provided with a baffle plate (800).
3. The air source heat pump unit according to any one of claims 1, wherein a dust guide plate (106) is arranged on the collecting cavity (105), and a dust collection channel (1061) located under the filtering surface of the filter screen body (104) is arranged on the dust guide plate (106).
