The invention relates to the technical field of bathroom valves, in particular to a bathroom valve structure and a working method thereof.
Background
The bathroom valve head is a control valve arranged in a bathroom or a bathroom and used for controlling the opening and closing of water flow. Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the requirements of people on the material conditions are higher and higher, in order to filter impurities in water, the bathroom valve with the filter device is generated, and the filter plate or the filter element in the existing bathroom valve with the filter device cannot be cleaned automatically, so that the filter plate or the filter element needs to be removed when the blockage occurs, and a plurality of inconveniences exist when the bathroom valve is actually used.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that a bathroom valve is generally inconvenient for cleaning a filter plate or a filter element in the prior art, and provides a bathroom valve structure.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the bathroom valve structure comprises a valve body, wherein an upper valve hole with an opening at the upper end, a lower valve hole with an opening at the lower end and a mounting hole for communicating the upper valve hole and the lower valve hole are arranged in the valve body, and the upper valve hole, the lower valve hole and the mounting hole are positioned at coaxial positions; the water inlet pipe enters the lower valve hole, upwards passes through the filter plate and then enters the upper valve hole and is discharged through the water outlet pipe; the lower valve hole is rotationally connected with a valve core, and the valve core is used for opening or plugging the water inlet pipe; an upper end cover is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the upper valve hole, a movable block is hermetically and slidably connected in the upper valve hole in the vertical direction, a square slide bar is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the movable block, the square slide bar is slidably connected in the upper end cover in the vertical direction, when water enters the upper valve hole through a filter plate, the movable block is pushed to move upwards to open a water outlet pipe, and when a valve core plugs a water inlet pipe, the movable block moves downwards under the action of gravity to plug the water outlet pipe; the rotary block is rotationally connected with the central position of the filter plate, and the rotary block is rotationally connected with the filter plate along the circumferential direction of the filter plate and is fixedly connected with the filter plate along the axial direction of the filter plate; the lower end of the rotating block downwards extends out of the filter plate and is provided with a plurality of radial scraping blades, the radial scraping blades are attached to the filter surface of the filter plate, and the rotating block drives the plurality of radial scraping blades to rotate when rotating; a transmission assembly is arranged between the movable block and the rotating block, and the transmission assembly drives the rotating block to rotate when the movable block moves up and down; and a collecting assembly connected with the valve core is arranged below the filter plate in the lower valve hole and is used for collecting impurities filtered by the filter plate.
Through the technical scheme, when the bathroom valve is opened, the rotary valve core opens the water inlet pipe, water with pressure enters the lower valve hole from the water inlet pipe, and upwards passes through the filter plate to enter the upper valve hole to push the movable block to vertically move upwards so as to open the water outlet pipe, and water flows out from the water outlet pipe; when the bathroom valve is closed, the rotary valve core plugs the water inlet pipe, the movable block moves downwards under the action of self gravity, the movable block drives the rotary block to rotate through the transmission component, the rotary block drives the radial scraping blade to scrape impurities on the filtering surface of the filter plate, the impurities drop into the collecting component downwards, after the movable block moves downwards to plug the water outlet pipe, the movable block pushes water in the upper valve hole to move downwards to further reversely flush the filter plate, so that the automatic cleaning of the filter plate is realized, and the cleaned impurities enter the collecting component.
In a further technical scheme, the upper end face of the filter plate is provided with a central groove, the upper end of the rotating block is positioned in the central groove, and a limiting rotating ring fixedly connected with the upper end of the rotating block is rotationally connected in the central groove.
In a further technical scheme, the transmission assembly comprises a transmission screw, a transmission screw hole penetrating up and down is formed in the rotating block, the transmission screw is arranged in the transmission screw hole along the vertical direction and is in threaded connection with the transmission screw hole, the upper end of the transmission screw is fixedly arranged at the center of the lower end of the movable block, and when the movable block moves upwards or downwards in the upper valve hole, the transmission screw and the transmission screw are matched to drive the rotating block to rotate reciprocally.
In a further technical scheme, the collecting assembly comprises a collecting block, the collecting block is positioned in the lower valve hole and is in threaded connection with the valve core, when the valve core rotates to block the water inlet pipe, the collecting block moves vertically upwards, and when the valve core rotates to open the water inlet pipe, the collecting block moves vertically downwards; the collecting block is internally provided with a collecting hole penetrating up and down, and a blocking block is hermetically and movably connected in the collecting hole; the lower end of the transmission screw rod extends into the collecting hole and is fixedly provided with a first spring, and the lower end of the first spring is fixedly connected with the upper end of the blocking block; the upper end of collecting the piece is equipped with and is the collection fill of back taper, the inside wall symmetry of lower valve opening is equipped with the spacing spout that sets up along vertical direction, the outside of collecting the fill is fixed to be equipped with the spacing slide bar that stretches into in the spacing spout.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, set up first spring can be convenient for with the sprue downwardly pulling out the collecting hole to collect downthehole water and impurity outflow, on the other hand, realize the elastic connection between sprue and the movable block through first spring, make after the movable block shutoff outlet pipe, if the volume between movable block lower extreme and the filter plate upper end in the upper valve hole has the deviation with the downthehole space of sprue downwardly moving, realize suitable regulation through first spring.
In a further technical scheme, when the valve core rotates to the closing position to plug the water inlet pipe, the collecting block is positioned at the upper end, the upper end of the collecting bucket is sealed and abutted to the top end of the lower valve hole, and when the valve core rotates to open the water inlet pipe, the collecting block drives the collecting bucket to move downwards, and the upper end of the collecting bucket leaves the top end of the lower valve hole.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, when the case changes to the closed position and blocks off the inlet tube, the upper end of collecting the bucket seals earlier and contradicts the top at lower valve opening, and then the movable block moves down under self gravity effect, no matter at this moment is the impurity that radial scraper blade scraped, the impurity that water in the upper valve opening backward flushing filter plate cleared up by collecting the bucket entering collecting the downthehole, can not scatter in the lower valve opening, when effectively preventing the case to open the inlet tube again, the lower valve opening does not have impurity to dash to the filter plate.
In a further technical scheme, the lower end of the blocking block is fixedly provided with a lower handle, and when the valve core rotates to a closing position to block the water inlet pipe, the lower end of the lower handle is exposed from the lower end of the collecting hole.
In a further technical scheme, a limiting ring is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the lower valve hole, a lower end cover is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the valve body, a central hole is formed in the lower end cover, and the valve core is positioned between the limiting ring and the lower end cover; the lower end of the valve core is provided with a downward extending convex ring, and the outer side of the circumference of the convex ring is provided with a radial handle; the valve core is internally provided with a notch communicated with the lower valve hole, when the valve core opens the water inlet pipe, the notch is communicated with the water inlet pipe, and when the valve core plugs the water inlet pipe, the notch is disconnected with the water inlet pipe.
In a further technical scheme, an air hole communicated with the upper valve hole is formed in the upper end cover.
The invention also provides a working method of the bathroom valve structure, which comprises the following steps: connecting a water inlet pipe to a tap water pipeline, when a bathroom valve is required to be opened, rotating a valve core to open the water inlet pipe, at the same time, driving a collecting block to drive a collecting hopper to downwards leave the top of a lower valve hole by the valve core, enabling water with pressure to enter the lower valve hole from the water inlet pipe, upwards passing through a filter plate and entering an upper valve hole to push a movable block to vertically upwards move, driving a transmission screw to upwards move when the movable block upwards moves, driving a rotating block to drive a radial scraping blade to move on a filter surface of the filter plate by the transmission screw, and enabling water to flow out from the water outlet pipe when the movable block opens the water outlet pipe;
when the bathroom valve is required to be closed, the valve core is rotated to plug the water inlet pipe, meanwhile, the valve core drives the collecting block to drive the collecting hopper to upwards seal and prop against the top of the lower valve hole, the movable block moves downwards under the action of self gravity, the movable block drives the transmission screw to move downwards when moving downwards, the transmission screw drives the rotating block to drive the radial scraping blade to move reversely on the filtering surface of the filter plate, at the moment, scraped impurities on the filter plate enter the collecting hole through the collecting hopper, when the movable block plugs the water outlet pipe and continuously moves downwards, water below the movable block moves downwards from the upper part of the filter plate to reversely wash the filter plate, and the washed impurities also enter the collecting hole through the collecting hopper and are deposited on the plug under the action of gravity;
when impurities in the collecting hole need to be removed, the valve core is controlled to be turned to a closing position to plug the water inlet pipe, the plug is pulled downwards from the lower end of the collecting hole through the lower handle, at the moment, water and impurities in the collecting hole downwards flow out from the lower end of the collecting hole, then the valve core is turned to open the water inlet pipe, and the water flows downwards through the collecting hole after entering the lower valve hole to wash the collecting hole; after the flushing is finished, the valve core is rotated to a closing position to plug the water inlet pipe, and then the blocking block is put into the lower end of the collecting hole and upwards enters the collecting hole under the action of the first spring.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a bathroom valve structure, which has the following beneficial effects:
1. when the bathroom valve is opened, the rotary valve core opens the water inlet pipe, water with pressure enters the lower valve hole from the water inlet pipe, and upwards passes through the filter plate to enter the upper valve hole to push the movable block to vertically move upwards to open the water outlet pipe, and water flows out from the water outlet pipe; when the bathroom valve is closed, the water inlet pipe is blocked by the rotary valve core, the movable block moves downwards under the action of self gravity, the movable block drives the rotary block to rotate through the transmission component, the rotary block drives the radial scraping blade to scrape impurities on the filtering surface of the filter plate, the impurities fall into the collecting component downwards, after the water outlet pipe is blocked by the movable block which moves downwards, the movable block pushes water in the upper valve hole to move downwards to further reversely wash the filter plate, so that the automatic cleaning of the filter plate is realized, and the cleaned impurities enter the collecting component;
2. the first spring is arranged to facilitate the blocking block to be pulled out of the collecting hole downwards so as to facilitate water and impurities in the collecting hole to flow out, on the other hand, the elastic connection between the blocking block and the movable block is realized through the first spring, so that after the movable block blocks the water outlet pipe, if the volume between the lower end of the movable block in the upper valve hole and the upper end of the filter plate deviates from the downward movement space of the blocking block in the collecting hole, the first spring is used for realizing proper adjustment;
3. when the valve core rotates to the closing position to plug the water inlet pipe, the upper end of the collecting bucket firstly seals and props against the top end of the lower valve hole, then the movable block moves downwards under the action of self gravity, at the moment, no matter the impurities scraped by the radial scraping plate or the impurities cleaned by the water in the upper valve hole by the reverse flushing filter plate move downwards, the impurities enter the collecting hole by the collecting bucket and cannot scatter into the lower valve hole, and when the valve core opens the water inlet pipe again, the lower valve hole cannot be flushed to the filter plate by the impurities;
4. the square slide bar is arranged, so that the movable block can be prevented from rotating in the vertical direction on one hand, and on the other hand, the radial scraping blade is clamped, and the movable block can be manually driven to move upwards or downwards by the square slide bar when the movable block cannot move downwards under the action of self gravity to drive the rotating block to rotate.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1-9, a bathroom valve structure comprises a valve body 1, wherein an upper valve hole 1a with an open upper end, a lower valve hole 1b with an open lower end and a mounting hole 1c for communicating the upper valve hole 1a with the lower valve hole 1b are arranged in the valve body 1, and the upper valve hole 1a, the lower valve hole 1b and the mounting hole 1c are positioned coaxially; the water outlet pipe 2 communicated with the upper valve hole 1a and the water inlet pipe 3 communicated with the lower valve hole 1b are arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the valve body 1, a filter plate 4 extending into the mounting hole 1c is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the upper valve hole 1a, and water enters the lower valve hole 1b from the water inlet pipe 3, passes through the filter plate 4 upwards, enters the upper valve hole 1a and is discharged through the water outlet pipe 2; the valve core 5 is rotationally connected with the lower valve hole 1b, the valve core 5 is used for opening or plugging the water inlet pipe 3, in the embodiment, a limiting ring 6 is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the lower valve hole 1b, a lower end cover 7 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the valve body 1, a central hole is arranged in the lower end cover 7, and the valve core 5 is positioned between the limiting ring 6 and the lower end cover 7; the lower end of the valve core 5 is provided with a downward extending convex ring 5a, and the outer side of the circumference of the convex ring 5a is provided with a radial handle 5b; the valve core 5 is internally provided with a notch 5c communicated with the lower valve hole 1b, when the valve core 5 opens the water inlet pipe 3, the notch 5c is communicated with the water inlet pipe 3, and when the valve core 5 seals the water inlet pipe 3, the notch 5c is disconnected with the water inlet pipe 3.
An upper end cover 8 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the upper valve hole 1a, a movable block 9 is hermetically and slidingly connected in the upper valve hole 1a along the vertical direction, a square slide bar 10 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the movable block 9, the square slide bar 10 is slidingly connected in the upper end cover 8 along the vertical direction, when water enters the upper valve hole 1a through the filter plate 4, the movable block 9 is pushed to move upwards to open the water outlet pipe 2, and when the valve core 5 plugs the water inlet pipe 3, the movable block 9 moves downwards under the action of gravity to plug the water outlet pipe 2; the center of the filter plate 4 is rotationally connected with a rotating block 11, and the rotating block 11 is rotationally connected with the filter plate 4 along the circumferential direction of the filter plate 4 and is fixedly connected along the axial direction of the filter plate 4; the lower end of the rotating block 11 downwards extends out of the filter plate 4 and is provided with a plurality of radial scraping blades 11a, the radial scraping blades 11a are attached to the filter surface of the filter plate 4, and the rotating block 11 drives the plurality of radial scraping blades 11a to rotate when rotating; a transmission assembly is arranged between the movable block 9 and the rotating block 11, and the transmission assembly drives the rotating block 11 to rotate when the movable block 9 moves up and down; a collecting assembly connected with the valve core 5 is arranged below the filter plate 4 in the lower valve hole 1b, and the collecting assembly is used for collecting impurities filtered by the filter plate 4.
When the bathroom valve is opened, the valve core 5 is rotated to open the water inlet pipe 3, water with pressure enters the lower valve hole 1b from the water inlet pipe 3, upwards passes through the filter plate 4 and enters the upper valve hole 1a to push the movable block 9 to vertically move upwards to open the water outlet pipe 2, and water flows out from the water outlet pipe 2; when the bathroom valve is closed, the water inlet pipe 3 is plugged by the rotary valve core 5, the movable block 9 moves downwards under the action of self gravity, the movable block 9 drives the rotary block 11 to rotate through the transmission component, the rotary block 11 drives the radial scraping blade 11a to scrape impurities on the filtering surface of the filter plate 4, the impurities fall into the collecting component downwards, after the water outlet pipe 2 is plugged by the downward movement of the movable block 9, the movable block 9 pushes water in the upper valve hole 1a to move downwards to further back flush the filter plate 4, so that the automatic cleaning of the filter plate 4 is realized, and the cleaned impurities enter the collecting component.
In order to realize the circumferential rotation connection between the rotating block 11 and the filter plate 4 along the filter plate 4 and the axial fixed connection along the filter plate 4, the upper end surface of the filter plate 4 is provided with a central groove 4a, the upper end of the rotating block 11 is positioned in the central groove 4a, and a limiting rotating ring 12 fixedly connected with the upper end of the rotating block 11 is rotationally connected with the central groove 4 a.
In this embodiment, the transmission assembly includes a driving screw 13, a vertically penetrating driving screw hole 11b is provided in the rotating block 11, the driving screw 13 is disposed in a vertical direction and is in threaded connection with the driving screw hole 11b, an upper end of the driving screw 13 is fixedly mounted at a central position of a lower end of the movable block 9, and when the movable block 9 moves upwards or downwards in the upper valve hole 1a, the driving screw 13 and the driving screw are matched to drive the rotating block 11 to reciprocally rotate.
In this embodiment, the collecting assembly includes a collecting block 14, the collecting block 14 is located in the lower valve hole 1b and is in threaded connection with the valve core 5, when the valve core 5 rotates to block the water inlet pipe 3, the collecting block 14 moves vertically upwards, and when the valve core 5 rotates to open the water inlet pipe 3, the collecting block 14 moves vertically downwards; a collecting hole 14a penetrating up and down is arranged in the collecting block 14, and a blocking block 15 is movably connected in the collecting hole 14a in a sealing way; the lower end of the transmission screw 13 extends into the collecting hole 14a and is fixedly provided with a first spring 16, and the lower end of the first spring 16 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the blocking block 15; the upper end of the collecting block 14 is provided with a collecting hopper 14b in an inverted cone shape, the inner side wall of the lower valve hole 1b is symmetrically provided with a limiting chute 1d arranged along the vertical direction, and the outer side of the collecting hopper 14b is fixedly provided with a limiting slide bar 14c extending into the limiting chute 1 d. The first spring 16 is provided here, so that the blocking piece 15 can be pulled out of the collecting hole 14a downwards, so that water and impurities in the collecting hole 14a flow out, on the other hand, elastic connection between the blocking piece 15 and the movable block 9 is realized through the first spring 16, so that after the movable block 9 blocks the water outlet pipe 2, if the volume between the lower end of the movable block 9 in the upper valve hole 1a and the upper end of the filter plate 4 deviates from the downward movement space of the blocking piece 15 in the collecting hole 14a, proper adjustment is realized through the first spring 16. In this embodiment, a lower handle 15a is fixedly provided at the lower end of the blocking member 15, and the lower end of the lower handle 15a is exposed from the lower end of the collecting hole 14a when the valve body 5 is rotated to the closed position to block the water inlet pipe 3.
When the valve core 5 rotates to the closing position to block the water inlet pipe 3, the collecting block 14 is positioned at the upper end, the upper end of the collecting bucket 14b is in sealing contact with the top end of the lower valve hole 1b, and when the valve core 5 rotates to open the water inlet pipe 3, the collecting block 14 drives the collecting bucket 14b to downwards, and the upper end of the collecting bucket 14b leaves the top end of the lower valve hole 1 b. Here, when the valve core 5 rotates to the closed position to seal the water inlet pipe 3, the upper end of the collecting bucket 14b is firstly sealed and abutted against the top end of the lower valve hole 1b, then the movable block 9 moves downwards under the action of self gravity, no matter what the radial scraping plate scrapes the impurities, or what the impurities in the upper valve hole 1a are cleaned by the water in the lower valve hole 1a by the downward movement of the collecting bucket 14b enter the collecting hole 14a, the impurities cannot fall into the lower valve hole 1b, and the lower valve hole 1b cannot be flushed to the filter plate 4 when the valve core 5 opens the water inlet pipe 3 again.
An air hole 8a communicated with the upper valve hole 1a is formed in the upper end cover 8; the radial scraping blade 11a is clamped by the arrangement, and when the movable block 9 cannot move downwards under the action of self gravity to drive the rotary block 11 to rotate, the movable block 9 can be driven to move upwards or downwards by manual hands through the square sliding rod 10.
The embodiment also provides a working method of the bathroom valve structure, which comprises the following steps: when a bathroom valve is required to be opened, the valve core 5 is rotated to open the water inlet pipe 3, meanwhile, the valve core 5 drives the collecting block 14 to drive the collecting bucket 14b to downwards leave the top of the lower valve hole 1b, at the moment, pressurized water enters the lower valve hole 1b from the water inlet pipe 3 and upwards passes through the filter plate 4 to enter the upper valve hole 1a to push the movable block 9 to vertically move upwards, the movable block 9 drives the driving screw 13 to move upwards when moving upwards, the driving screw 13 drives the rotating block 11 to drive the radial scraping blade 11a to move on the filter surface of the filter plate 4, and when the movable block 9 opens the water outlet pipe 2, the water flows out from the water outlet pipe 2;
when the bathroom valve is required to be closed, the valve core 5 is rotated to seal the water inlet pipe 3, meanwhile, the valve core 5 drives the collecting block 14 to drive the collecting hopper 14b to upwards seal and prop against the top of the lower valve hole 1b, the movable block 9 moves downwards under the action of self gravity, the driving screw 13 is driven to move downwards when the movable block 9 moves downwards, the driving screw 13 drives the rotating block 11 to drive the radial scraping blade 11a to reversely move on the filtering surface of the filter plate 4, at the moment, impurities scraped on the filter plate 4 enter the collecting hole 14a through the collecting hopper 14b, when the movable block 9 seals the water outlet pipe 2 and continuously moves downwards, water below the movable block 9 moves downwards from the upper part of the filter plate 4 to reversely flush the filter plate 4, and the flushed impurities also enter the collecting hole 14a through the collecting hopper 14b and are deposited on the blocking block 15 under the action of gravity;
when impurities in the collecting hole 14a need to be removed, the valve core 5 is controlled to rotate to a closing position to plug the water inlet pipe 3, the plug 15 is pulled downwards from the lower end of the collecting hole 14a through the lower handle 15a, at the moment, water and impurities in the collecting hole 14a flow downwards from the lower end of the collecting hole 14a, then the valve core 5 is rotated to open the water inlet pipe 3, and water flows downwards through the collecting hole 14a after entering the lower valve hole 1b to flush the collecting hole 14 a; after the flushing is finished, the valve core 5 is rotated to a closing position to plug the water inlet pipe 3, then the blocking block 15 is placed at the lower end of the collecting hole 14a, and the blocking block 15 upwards enters the collecting hole 14a under the action of the first spring 16.
