Abstract
本发明公开一种侧装的单级隔振压缩机悬置支架,包括侧装悬置支架,所述侧装悬置支架上贯穿开设有若干个用于固定侧装悬置支架的连接孔,所述侧装悬置支架的顶部开设有三个安装孔,所述安装孔的内部设置有用于减振和定位的橡胶衬套,所述橡胶衬套的底部设置有螺母垫片,位于端部所述橡胶衬套的顶部设置有连接垫片,位于两侧所述橡胶衬套的内表面设置有压接内芯,通过在用于安装压缩机的侧装悬置支架上设置安装孔,并在安装孔的内部设置橡胶衬套,利用橡胶衬套内的橡胶主簧的弹性用于吸收振动,并且橡胶主簧上开设有缓冲空间,能够进一步提高其吸收振动的能力,可以有效的衰减压缩机激励源产生的振动,以提升其NVH舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,具体为一种侧装的单级隔振压缩机悬置支架。
背景技术
悬置系统用于减少并控制压缩机振动的传递,并起到支撑作用的动力总成。随着人们对车辆NVH的要求提高,就越发要求电动空气压缩机工作时低振动、低噪音。
目前的压缩机的侧装支架在压缩机工作时会产生振动激励源,因此振动会通过汽车相关结构件传递到驾驶舱,产生噪音异响,降低驾驶员的NVH舒适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种侧装的单级隔振压缩机悬置支架,通过在用于安装压缩机的侧装悬置支架上设置安装孔,并在安装孔的内部设置橡胶衬套,利用橡胶衬套内的橡胶主簧的弹性用于吸收振动,并且橡胶主簧上开设有缓冲空间,能够进一步提高其吸收振动的能力,可以有效的衰减压缩机激励源产生的振动,以提升其NVH舒适性。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种侧装的单级隔振压缩机悬置支架,包括侧装悬置支架,其特征在于,所述侧装悬置支架上贯穿开设有若干个用于固定侧装悬置支架的连接孔,所述侧装悬置支架的顶部开设有三个安装孔,所述安装孔的内部设置有用于减振和定位的橡胶衬套,所述橡胶衬套的底部设置有螺母垫片,位于端部所述橡胶衬套的顶部设置有连接垫片,位于两侧所述橡胶衬套的内表面设置有压接内芯,所述压接内芯的表面套设有限位垫片;
所述橡胶衬套包括与螺母垫片过盈连接的衬套内芯,所述衬套内芯的外表面设置有用于吸收振动的橡胶主簧,所述橡胶主簧的表面开设有环形槽,所述环形槽的内表面固定连接有衬套外管,所述橡胶主簧的内部开设有若干个缓冲空间。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述橡胶衬套以过盈连接压入安装孔的内部,并且衬套外管的端面与安装孔的端面齐平,所述衬套内芯、橡胶主簧和衬套外管通过硫化装配在一起。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述连接垫片以过盈连接压入位于端部橡胶衬套中的衬套内芯内,两个所述压接内芯以过盈连接分别压入位于两侧橡胶衬套中的衬套内芯内。
本发明的有益效果:通过在用于安装压缩机的侧装悬置支架上设置安装孔,并在安装孔的内部设置橡胶衬套,利用橡胶衬套内的橡胶主簧的弹性用于吸收振动,并且橡胶主簧上开设有缓冲空间,能够进一步提高其吸收振动的能力,可以有效的衰减压缩机激励源产生的振动,以提升其NVH舒适性。

请参阅图1-3所示,本发明为一种侧装的单级隔振压缩机悬置支架,包括侧装悬置支架1,所述侧装悬置支架1的中部呈凹面设置用于放置压缩机,所述侧装悬置支架1上贯穿开设有若干个用于固定侧装悬置支架1的连接孔2,所述侧装悬置支架1的顶部开设有三个安装孔,所述安装孔的内部设置有用于减振和定位的橡胶衬套3,所述橡胶衬套3的底部设置有螺母垫片5,位于端部所述橡胶衬套3的顶部设置有连接垫片4,位于两侧所述橡胶衬套3的内表面设置有压接内芯7,所述压接内芯7的表面套设有限位垫片6;
所述橡胶衬套3包括与螺母垫片5过盈连接的衬套内芯31,所述衬套内芯31的外表面设置有用于吸收振动的橡胶主簧32,所述橡胶主簧32的表面开设有环形槽,所述环形槽的内表面固定连接有衬套外管33,所述橡胶主簧32的内部开设有若干个缓冲空间34,当压缩机振动时,橡胶主簧32在衬套内芯31和衬套外管33之间发生形变,并挤压缓冲空间34,以在橡胶主簧32的弹性下能够进行减振,所述橡胶衬套3以过盈连接压入安装孔的内部,并且衬套外管33的端面与安装孔的端面齐平,所述衬套内芯31、橡胶主簧32和衬套外管33通过硫化装配在一起,所述连接垫片4以过盈连接压入位于端部橡胶衬套3中的衬套内芯31内,两个所述压接内芯7以过盈连接分别压入位于两侧橡胶衬套3中的衬套内芯31内。
本发明的工作原理:首先将橡胶主簧32进行硫化,再将衬套内芯31和衬套外管33进行装配,此时通过将螺母垫片5以过盈连接的方式压入衬套内芯31的内部,然后在位于端部橡胶衬套3中的衬套内芯31上以过盈连接的方式压入连接垫片4,而限位垫片6套设在压接内芯7的表面,并以过盈连接的方式压入剩余两个橡胶衬套3中衬套内芯31的内部,然后将橡胶衬套3分别以过盈连接安装至对应的安装孔,此时在橡胶衬套3内插入连接螺栓与压缩机进行连接,再通过连接孔2将侧装悬置支架1进行固定,当压缩机产生振动时,能够将由于橡胶主簧32具有一定的弹性以及缓冲空间34,从而能够吸收大部分振动,以提升其NVH的舒适性。

1.一种侧装的单级隔振压缩机悬置支架,包括侧装悬置支架(1),其特征在于,所述侧装悬置支架(1)上贯穿开设有若干个用于固定侧装悬置支架(1)的连接孔(2),所述侧装悬置支架(1)的顶部开设有三个安装孔,所述安装孔的内部设置有用于减振和定位的橡胶衬套(3),所述橡胶衬套(3)的底部设置有螺母垫片(5),位于端部所述橡胶衬套(3)的顶部设置有连接垫片(4),位于两侧所述橡胶衬套(3)的内表面设置有压接内芯(7),所述压接内芯(7)的表面套设有限位垫片(6);
所述橡胶衬套(3)包括与螺母垫片(5)过盈连接的衬套内芯(31),所述衬套内芯(31)的外表面设置有用于吸收振动的橡胶主簧(32),所述橡胶主簧(32)的表面开设有环形槽,所述环形槽的内表面固定连接有衬套外管(33),所述橡胶主簧(32)的内部开设有若干个缓冲空间(34)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种侧装的单级隔振压缩机悬置支架,其特征在于,所述橡胶衬套(3)以过盈连接压入安装孔的内部,并且衬套外管(33)的端面与安装孔的端面齐平,所述衬套内芯(31)、橡胶主簧(32)和衬套外管(33)通过硫化装配在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种侧装的单级隔振压缩机悬置支架,其特征在于,所述连接垫片(4)以过盈连接压入位于端部橡胶衬套(3)中的衬套内芯(31)内,两个所述压接内芯(7)以过盈连接分别压入位于两侧橡胶衬套(3)中的衬套内芯(31)内。
