Technical Field
The invention relates to a chain lock, in particular to a chain lock which can achieve the best burglarproof effect of a lock catch object and can conveniently disassemble lock components for classified recycling.
Background
The general chain lock is mainly used for locking articles on a fixed object so as to prevent a thief from stealing the articles, for example, a bicycle or a trolley is locked on a railing or a pillar, the general chain lock is structurally characterized in that two ends of a chain are connected with locks which can be mutually locked together, the locks are permutation locks or buckling padlocks, the locked articles can not be moved so as to prevent the articles from being stolen, the locks and the chains of the conventional chain lock are arranged separately, the locks are easy to lose, the locking structure of the general lock is extremely simple, the thief can easily unlock or destroy the locks from outside, the anti-theft effect is not ideal, the chain lock which combines the chains and the locks into a whole is not disassembled for maintenance, if the chain lock is damaged, the lock shell is destroyed by a destroying tool so as to disassemble internal components for classification and recovery, and the recovery is inconvenient.

The chain lock has the advantages that one end of the chain is connected with the lock shell, so that the chain is free from losing, the whole fixing structure is hidden in the lock shell and cannot be damaged, a correct key cannot be unlocked, the chain lock has excellent anti-theft effect, the chain lock can be conveniently disassembled and maintained, and if the chain lock is damaged and is to be discarded, the components in the chain lock can be conveniently disassembled for classification and recovery, and the chain lock has environmental protection benefit.

In order to achieve the above purposes and effects, the technical means adopted by the present invention are now exemplified by the preferred and practical embodiments, and the detailed description is as follows:
Please refer to fig. 1, The invention provides a chain lock, as shown in fig. 2, which mainly comprises a lock shell 1, wherein a containing groove 10 is arranged in the lock shell 1, two first chain jacks 11 communicated with the containing groove 10 are arranged on the wall surface of the lock shell 1, and a positioning convex body 12 is oppositely and convexly arranged on the wall surface in the containing groove 10 of the lock shell 1; the lock core seat 2 is arranged in the accommodating groove 10 of the lock shell 1, one end part of the lock core seat 2 is provided with a lock core accommodating groove 20 and a first fixing slot 21, two second chain insertion holes 22 are arranged on the wall surface of the lock core seat 2, the two second chain insertion holes 22 are communicated with the first fixing slot 21, the other end part of the lock core seat 2 is provided with a first groove 23, the first groove 23 is provided with a first notch 24, the inner wall surface of the first groove 23 is provided with a first spring insertion hole 25, a through hole 26 is arranged in the lock core seat 2 and communicated with the first groove 23 and the lock core accommodating groove 20, and two first through holes 27 are arranged on one end part of the lock core seat 2 and communicated with the other end part of the lock core seat 2; a locking seat 6 assembled on the rotary seat 5, the locking seat 6 is provided with a plug-in part 60, the plug-in part 60 is arranged in the locking seat containing groove 50 of the rotary seat 5, two sides of the plug-in part 60 are respectively provided with a positioning convex body 61, two positioning convex bodies 61 are respectively arranged in two second notch grooves 55 of the rotary seat 5, the locking seat 6 is provided with a locking slot 62, the plug-in part 60 is provided with a steel ball containing groove 63 penetrating the locking slot 62, two locking steel balls 64 are oppositely arranged in the steel ball containing groove 63, two opposite positioning slots 65 are arranged on the outer wall surface of the locking seat 6, the positioning slots 65 are provided for the positioning convex body 12 of the lock shell 1 to be arranged in, the outer end surface of the plug-in part 60 is convexly provided with two positioning convex columns 66 and a through hole 67, the two positioning convex columns 66 are respectively provided with a second through hole 660 penetrating into the locking slot 62, the through hole 67 is provided with two notches 670, a positioning block 7 is arranged in the through hole 67 of the locking seat 6, the positioning block 7 is provided with a spring containing groove 70, the outer wall surface of the positioning block 7 is convexly provided with two clamping convex bodies 71, the two clamping convex bodies 71 correspond to the two clamping insertion holes 53 of the rotary seat 5 and the two notches 670 of the clamping seat 6, a compression spring 72 is arranged in the spring containing groove 70 of the positioning block 7 and is propped against the positioning groove 52 of the rotary seat 5, a cover plate 8 is covered on the lock shell 1, the cover plate 8 is provided with a key through hole 80 and two screw holes 81, two screws 82 penetrate through the second through hole 660 of the clamping seat 6 and the first through hole 27 of the lock cylinder seat 2 and are screwed in the screw holes 81 of the cover plate 8, and one end of the chain 9 is provided with a fixed end 90, the other end is set as a movable end 91, the fixed end 90 is inserted into two first chain insertion holes 11 of the lock shell 1 and two second chain insertion holes 22 of the lock cylinder seat 2, a second fixing slot 900 is respectively arranged on the opposite inner side surface of the fixed end 90, a fixing plugboard 32 arranged in the lock cylinder seat 2 is inserted into two second fixing slots 900, and the movable end 91 of the chain 9 is inserted into the clamping slot 62 of the clamping seat 6, thus a chain lock structure is obtained.
In the assembly process, referring to fig. 1-5, a compression spring 72 is disposed in a spring accommodating groove 70 of a positioning block 7, the positioning block 7 is disposed in a through hole 67 of a locking seat 6, two locking protrusions 71 of the positioning block 7 are respectively disposed in two notches 670 of the locking seat 6, two locking balls 64 are disposed in a steel ball accommodating groove 63 of the locking seat 6, an inserting portion 60 of the locking seat 6, the positioning block 7 and the compression spring 72 are assembled in a locking seat accommodating groove 50 of a swivel base 5, the outer end of the compression spring 72 is abutted against a positioning groove 52 of the swivel base 5, two positioning protrusions 61 of the locking seat 6 are respectively disposed in two second notches 55 of the swivel base 5, two locking balls 64 are respectively corresponding to two steel ball grooves 51 of the swivel base 5, a lock core 3 is assembled in a lock core accommodating groove 20 of the lock core seat 2, a torsion spring 45 is sleeved on a protruding column 40 of a linking member 4, the second end 451 of the torsion spring 45 is embedded in the second spring insertion hole 43 of the linkage piece 4, the linkage piece 4 and the torsion spring 45 are assembled in the through hole 26 and the first groove 23 of the lock core seat 2, the first end 450 of the torsion spring 45 is embedded in the first spring insertion hole 25 of the lock core seat 2, the torsion spring 45 is in an elastic torsion state, the rotating convex body 31 of the lock core 3 is inserted in the positioning insertion hole 41 at the end part of the linkage piece 4, the limit convex body 42 of the linkage piece 4 is arranged in the first notch 24 of the lock core seat 2, the swivel seat 5 is assembled on one side of the lock core seat 2, the linkage convex body 44 of the linkage piece 4 is inserted in the connecting insertion hole 54 of the swivel seat 5, the assembled components are assembled in the accommodating groove 10 of the lock shell 1, the two positioning convex bodies 12 of the lock shell 1 are respectively embedded in the two positioning slots 65 of the clamping seat 6, the locking seat 6 is positioned in the lock case 1, the two second chain insertion holes 22 of the lock core seat 2 are respectively aligned with the two first chain insertion holes 11 of the lock case 1, the fixed end 90 of the chain 9 is inserted into the first chain insertion holes 11 of the lock case 1 and the second chain insertion holes 22 of the lock core seat 2, the fixed plugboard 32 is inserted into the first fixed slot 21 of the lock core seat 2 and the two second fixed slots 900 of the chain 9 (as shown in fig. 5), the fixed end 90 of the chain 9 is fixed on the lock case 1, the cover plate 8 is covered on one end part of the lock case 1, the two screws 82 are penetrated into the two second through holes 660 in the locking slot 62 of the locking seat 6 and the two first through holes 27 of the lock core seat 2 from the other end part of the lock case 1 and are screwed into the two screw holes 81 of the cover plate 8, and the whole assembly is completed.
When the lock catch is used, referring to fig. 6-8, the movable end 91 of the chain 9 is wound on an article to be locked, such as a frame or a wheel of a bicycle and a fixed column or a fixed frame, the movable end 91 of the chain 9 is inserted into the locking slot 62 of the locking seat 6 from the end of the lock shell 1, the movable end 91 of the chain 9 abuts against the positioning block 7 to move towards the rotating seat 5 and presses the compression spring 72 to be in an elastic compression state, the two locking convex bodies 71 of the positioning block 7 are separated from the two notches 670 of the locking seat 6 and are respectively inserted into the two locking insertion holes 53 of the rotating seat 5 (as shown in fig. 7), the rotating seat 5 and the locking seat 6 are not mutually locked by the two locking convex bodies 71 of the positioning block 7, so that the rotating seat 5 can rotate, the interlocking piece 4 is driven to rotate by elastic recovery of the torsion spring 45, the steel ball grooves 51 of the interlocking piece 4 and the rotating seat 5 are separated from the positions of the steel ball accommodating grooves 63 of the positioning block corresponding to the locking seat 6 (as shown in fig. 8), and the two steel ball grooves 51 of the locking seat 6 are separated from the positions of the two locking seat 6 corresponding to the two locking convex bodies 71 which are separated from the two locking convex bodies 71 of the rotating seat 6, and are correspondingly positioned in the two positions of the rotating seat 1, so that the steel ball seat 91 is positioned in the rotating seat 1, and the rotating seat is completed.
When the lock is unlocked, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, only the key a is inserted into the key through hole 80 of the cover plate 8 and the key insertion hole 30 of the lock core 3 to unlock the lock core 3, the lock core 3 can be rotated, the rotating convex body 31 of the lock core 3 drives the linkage member 4 to rotate, the torsion spring 45 is in an elastic torsion state, the linkage convex body 44 of the linkage member 4 drives the swivel base 5 to rotate, the steel ball groove 51 of the swivel base 5 returns to the position corresponding to the steel ball accommodating groove 63 of the locking seat 6, the locking steel balls 64 can move outwards into the steel ball groove 51 of the swivel base 5 and are not locked at the movable end 91 of the chain 9, and the movable end 91 of the chain 9 can be pulled out from the locking slot 62 of the locking seat 6.
In the invention, if the internal components are damaged to be maintained or the whole lockset is not used to be discarded and recovered, as shown in fig. 11, the movable end 91 of the chain 9 is only required to be taken out from the clamping slot 62 of the clamping seat 6 by releasing the chain lock, the tool B can be inserted into the clamping slot 62, the screw 82 is disassembled, the screw 82 screwed on the cover plate 8 is disassembled, the components can be disassembled and classified from the lock case 1, the damage tool is not required to damage the lock case 1, and the disassembly and maintenance of the internal components or the classification and recovery of the components are very convenient and rapid.
