Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to limit the invention, so that those skilled in the art may better understand the invention and practice it.
As shown in fig. 1, a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a continuously reciprocating lamination mechanism employing a sheet lamination feed mechanism of the present invention is shown. The continuous reciprocating lamination mechanism comprises a lamination table 10, a belt conveying mechanism, a sheet lamination feeding mechanism and a folding positioning mechanism, wherein the belt conveying mechanism is used for continuously conveying a belt-shaped belt material 1 and enabling the belt material 1 to be folded back and forth on the lamination table 10, the sheet lamination feeding mechanism is used for conveying sheet-shaped sheets 2 and enabling the sheets 2 to be sequentially stacked on the belt material 1 after each time of folding of the belt material 1, and the folding positioning mechanism is used for controlling positions of two ends of the belt material 1 which are folded back and forth. Specifically, the tape feed mechanism includes a lamination roller group including two lamination rollers 11 for guiding the tape 1, and a folding drive mechanism.
The sheet lamination feeding mechanism of the present embodiment includes a sheet feeding mechanism and a sheet positioning mechanism for positioning the sheet 2 in a set lamination area. The sheet feeding mechanism of this embodiment is used for conveying sheets to a set lamination area. Specifically, the lamination area of the present embodiment is an area between both ends of the back and forth folding of the tape 1 on the lamination stage 10. The sheet feeding mechanism of the present embodiment includes a feeding belt 20, a feeding driving mechanism, and a feeding control mechanism. Specifically, at least one end portion of the feeding belt 20 is provided as a feeding end 21. And the feeding driving mechanism is used for driving the feeding ends 21 to reciprocate between the starting positions and the tail end positions, and when the two ends of the feeding belt 20 are both set as the feeding ends 21, the starting positions of the two feeding ends 21 are respectively positioned at the two opposite ends of the lamination area.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, only one end of the feeding belt 20 is set as a feeding end 21, and thus, sheet lamination feeding mechanisms are respectively provided at both ends of the lamination table 10, thereby satisfying the technical purpose of respectively feeding the lamination 2 onto the tapes 1 folded back from both ends of the lamination area. Specifically, when the feeding end 21 is located at the initial position, the feeding end 21 is located outside the lamination area and near one end of the lamination area, and when the feeding end 21 is located at the terminal position, the feeding end 21 is located in the lamination area and near the other end of the lamination area, so that the sheet 2 can be located in the lamination area after the sheet 2 is conveyed from the initial position of the feeding end 21 to the terminal position of the feeding end 21. The feed control mechanism is used to move the sheet 2 synchronously with the feed belt 20 during the movement of the feed end 21 from its start position to its end position, and to disengage the sheet 2 from the feed belt 20 during the movement of the feed end 21 from its end position to its start position.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, both ends of the feeding belt 20 are set as feeding ends 21. In this way, the two feeding ends 21 are respectively located at two ends of the lamination table 10, so as to meet the technical purpose of respectively feeding the lamination 2 from the two ends of the lamination area to the strip 1 folded back respectively. There are two ways of providing the feeding ends 21 at both ends of the lamination table 10, respectively, a first way that, as shown in fig. 4, there is a linkage relationship between the two feeding ends 21, that is, when one of the feeding ends 21 is located at its starting position, the other feeding end 21 is located at its end position, when one of the feeding ends 21 moves from its starting position to its end position, the other feeding end 21 moves from its end position to its starting position, and when one of the feeding ends 21 moves from its end position to its starting position, the other feeding end 21 moves from its starting position to its end position. Secondly, as shown in fig. 5, a buffer area is arranged on the feeding belt 20, a fixed roller 38 and a movable roller 39 are arranged in the buffer area, the tension of the feeding belt 20 is controlled by the movable roller 39, that is, a tension mechanism 23 is formed at the same time in the buffer area, and due to the existence of the buffer area, when the length of the feeding belt 20 in the buffer area is long enough, the feeding ends 21 at two ends of the feeding belt 20 can be controlled to move respectively, that is, no linkage relation exists between the feeding ends 21 at two ends of the feeding belt 20 at the moment, that is, the feeding ends 21 at two ends of the feeding belt 20 can be controlled respectively and independently, and the control mode of each feeding end 21 is equivalent to that when the feeding ends 21 are arranged at one end of the feeding belt 20 only as shown in fig. 1, and is not tired.
Further, the feeding driving mechanism includes driving members 22, the driving members 22 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the feeding ends 21, and the feeding ends 21 and the corresponding driving members 22 move synchronously, and the feeding ends 21 and the corresponding driving members 22 in this embodiment are fixedly connected, so that synchronous movement can be realized, and the driving members 22 in this embodiment are disposed below the corresponding feeding ends 21. Specifically, the feeding belt 20 is further provided with a tension mechanism 23, so that the feeding belt 20 can maintain sufficient tension during the movement of the feeding end 21 at the start position and the end position.
Further, the feeding control mechanism comprises control pieces 24, the control pieces 24 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the driving pieces 22 and synchronously move with the driving pieces 22, and the control pieces 24 are arranged above the corresponding feeding ends 21. The control member 24 functions to synchronize the movement of the sheet material 2 with the feeding belt 20 during the movement of the feeding end 21 from its start position to its end position, and to disengage from the feeding belt 20 during the movement of the feeding end 21 from its end position to its start position. To achieve this technical purpose, the control member 24 may be implemented in a variety of ways. In a first way, the control member 24 is provided with a clearance control mechanism for adjusting the clearance between the control member 24 and the driving member 22. By adjusting the gap between the control member 24 and the driving member 22, the gap between the control member 24 and the driving member 22 can be reduced when the feeding end 21 moves from its start position to its end position, and appropriate pressure can be applied to the sheet material 2 to move synchronously with the feeding belt 20, and the gap between the control member 24 and the driving member 22 can be increased when the feeding end 21 moves from its end position to its start position, that is, no pressure can be applied to the sheet material 2, so that the sheet material 2 can be separated from the feeding belt 20. In the second mode, the control member 24 is a control roller which can rotate only in one direction and causes the tangential velocity of the closest point to the feed belt 20 to point to the end position of the corresponding feed end 21 when rotating, so that when the feed end 21 moves from its start position to the end position, the control roller is subjected to a friction force exerted by the sheet 2 on the side of the start position of the corresponding feed end 21, which friction force exerts a torque opposite to the rotatable direction of the control roller, and thus the control roller does not rotate under the friction force, i.e., the sheet 2 does not slide on the feed belt 20, so that the sheet 2 and the feed belt 20 move synchronously, and when the feed end 21 moves from its end position to the start position, the control roller exerts a friction force towards the side of the end position of the corresponding feed end 21, and the friction force exerts a torque opposite to the rotatable direction of the control roller, so that the control roller rotates under the friction force, so that the sheet 2 can be separated from the feed belt 20. Of course, there are various ways to realize the rotation of the control roller only in one direction, for example, a motor is used to control the rotation of the control roller, and a ratchet wheel or the like may be arranged on the rotating shaft of the control roller, which will not be described. In some embodiments, when the control member 24 employs a control roller, a gap control mechanism may also be provided on the control member 24. Of course, the gap control mechanism can be realized by adopting an electric cylinder, a threaded screw rod mechanism and the like, and will not be described again.
Further, in some embodiments, a guiding piece 25 for guiding the sheet material 2 when the sheet material 2 is separated from the feeding belt 20 is arranged below the feeding end 21, the guiding piece 25 moves synchronously with the driving piece 22, and by arranging the guiding piece 25, damage caused by transitional bending of the sheet material 2 in the process of separating from the feeding belt 20 can be avoided.
Further, in some embodiments, the rollers or balls are provided on the feeding belt 20 for rolling engagement with the sheet material 2, so that friction force of the sheet material 2 in the process of separating from the feeding belt 20 can be reduced, and damage to the surface of the sheet material 2 can be avoided.
Further, the sheet feeding mechanism of the present embodiment further includes a sheet conveying mechanism for conveying the sheet 2 to the feeding end 21, the sheet conveying mechanism being provided in one-to-one correspondence with the feeding end 21. Specifically, the sheet conveying mechanism of the embodiment comprises a front conveying roller 26 and a rear conveying roller 27 which are respectively positioned at the front end and the rear end, a conveying belt 28 is arranged between the front conveying roller 26 and the rear conveying roller 27, a receiving roller 29 is arranged on the conveying belt 21, and the receiving roller 29 is arranged close to the front conveying roller 26. Of course, the sheet conveying mechanism further comprises a sheet conveying motor (not shown) for driving the front conveying roller 26 or the rear conveying roller 27 to rotate, and the conveying belt 28 is driven to move to convey the sheet 2 to the feeding end 21.
Further, the sheet feeding mechanism of the present embodiment further includes a sheet slicing mechanism including an unreeling roller 30 for continuously preventing the web from being reeled, a cutter mechanism 31 for cutting the web to form a sheet, and a driving roller group 32 for driving the web 3 to the cutter mechanism 31, the cutter mechanism 31 being located between the rear conveying roller 27 and the driving roller group 32. By providing a sheet slicing mechanism, the continuous strip 3 can be cut into sheets 2. Preferably, a supporting table 33 is provided between the cutter mechanism 31 and the rear conveying roller 27 and between the cutter mechanism 31 and the driving roller group 32, respectively, so as to prevent the end portion of the strip material 3 from being inclined downward and not smoothly entering the cutter mechanism 31 and the rear conveying roller 27.
Preferably, in some embodiments, an encoder 34 for metering length is provided between the drive roller set 32 and the unwind roller 30 to ensure dimensional accuracy of each sheet 2.
Preferably, in some embodiments, a web buffer for buffering web 3 is provided between encoder 34 and unwind roller 30. The strip buffer area of the embodiment comprises a fixed roller 35 and a tension roller 36, so that the unreeling roller 30 can continuously unreel according to a set rotating speed, and the unreeling roller is not affected by the interval feeding of the sheet material 2.
Further, the sheet positioning mechanism of the present embodiment includes a sheet positioning member 37, the sheet positioning member 37 is provided at a terminal position near the corresponding feeding end 21, and the sheet positioning member 37 adopts a sheet pressing lever, a sheet pressing pin, or a sheet pressing block. The sheet positioning member 37 of the present embodiment employs a sheet pressing block, and when the feeding end 21 is moved to the end position thereof, the end portion of the sheet 2 is pressed and fixed to the lamination area by the sheet pressing block, so that lamination positioning of the sheet 2 is achieved, and the sheet 2 is separated from the feeding belt 20 in the process of driving the feeding end 21 to move to the start position thereof.
Specific embodiments of the sheet stack feeding method will be described in detail below with reference to the sheet stack feeding mechanism of this embodiment.
The sheet lamination feeding method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
1) The feeding end 21 is moved to the initial position, as shown in fig. 6, at the time, sheet lamination feeding mechanisms are respectively arranged at two ends of the lamination table 10, so that the sheet lamination feeding mechanism at the left is a first sheet lamination feeding mechanism, and the sheet lamination feeding mechanism at the right is a second sheet lamination feeding mechanism, and the sheet lamination feeding method of the embodiment is described in detail below by using the action process of the first sheet lamination feeding mechanism. Specifically, in the state shown in fig. 6, the feeding end 21 of the first sheet stack feeding mechanism is located at its start position.
2) After the sheet material 2 is sent to the feeding end, the feeding end 21 is driven to move towards the tail end position by the feeding driving mechanism, and the sheet material 2 moves synchronously along with the feeding belt 20 under the action of the feeding control mechanism. As shown in fig. 7, the feed end 21 of the first sheet stack feed mechanism is moved from its start position toward its end position.
3) After the feeding end 21 reaches its terminal position, the end of the sheet 2 is positioned in the lamination area by means of a sheet positioning mechanism. As shown in fig. 8, the feeding end 21 of the first sheet stack feeding mechanism reaches its distal position, and the end of the sheet 2 is positioned and pressed against the stack area by the sheet positioning member 37.
4) The feeding end 21 is driven towards its starting position, and the sheet 2 is gradually detached from the feeding belt 20 by the feeding mechanism until it falls completely into the lamination area. As shown in fig. 9, the feeding end 21 of the first sheet stack feeding mechanism is moved from its end position towards its starting position, during which the sheet 2 is gradually disengaged from the feeding belt 20.
5) The movement of the feeding end 21 towards its starting position is continued until the feeding end 21 returns to its starting position. As shown in fig. 10, the feed end 21 of the first sheet stack feed mechanism reaches its home position.
6) And (3) cycling the steps 2) to 5) until the lamination of the sheet material is completed.
Further, in order for the sheet positioning mechanism to be able to position the end of the sheet 2 in the lamination area, it may be achieved in two ways:
In the first mode, in step 2), when the sheet 2 is fed to the feeding end 21, the end of the sheet 2 is exposed outside the feeding end 21, and in step 3), the sheet end exposed outside the feeding end is positioned in the lamination area by a sheet positioning mechanism.
In the second mode, in the step 3), when the feeding end 21 reaches the terminal position, the feeding control mechanism drives the sheet 2 to move, so that the end part of the sheet 2 is exposed out of the feeding end, and then the sheet end part exposed out of the feeding end is positioned in the lamination area by the sheet positioning mechanism.
That is, both the two modes can expose the end of the sheet 2 outside the feeding end 21, so that the sheet end exposed outside the feeding end can be positioned in the lamination area by the sheet positioning mechanism, that is, the sheet end exposed outside the feeding end can be pressed and positioned in the lamination area by the sheet positioning member 37.
The strip 1 of this embodiment can be the diaphragm, and the sheet stock 2 can be first pole piece and second pole piece, and in the in-process that the diaphragm was folded back and forth, utilize sheet stock lamination feeding mechanism to fold first pole piece and the second pole piece that is the slice on the diaphragm in proper order to have the diaphragm between adjacent first pole piece and second pole piece, form battery or electric capacity structure.
The strip 1 of the embodiment can also be a first pole piece, and in the process of folding the first pole piece back and forth, a second pole piece which is in a sheet shape is sequentially stacked on the first pole piece by utilizing a sheet material lamination feeding mechanism, wherein the two sides of the first pole piece can be respectively compounded with a diaphragm or a solid electrolyte layer at the moment, or the two sides of the second pole piece are respectively compounded with a diaphragm or a solid electrolyte layer, or the corresponding sides of the first pole piece and the second pole piece are respectively compounded with a diaphragm or a solid electrolyte layer, so that a diaphragm or a solid electrolyte layer is arranged between the adjacent first pole piece and the adjacent second pole piece after lamination, and a battery or a capacitor structure is formed.
Of course, the strip 1 can also be a second pole piece, and the sheet 2 is a first pole piece, and the principle is the same, so that description is not repeated.
