Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of edible fungus cultivation, in particular to a greenhouse planting production method for Morchella in winter and spring.
Background
Morchella is a rare edible fungus variety, and is named as Morchella due to the uneven surface of the fungus cover. Morchella has high nutritive value, contains 7 amino acids necessary for human body, such as isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine and valine, and contains vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, pimemory alcohol, biotin and folic acid vitamin. Modern medicine shows that Morchella has the medicinal effects of "four-resistance", "two-resistance", "one-regulation", namely the effects of resisting rays, resisting tumors, resisting oxidation, resisting fatigue, reducing blood pressure and blood fat and regulating immunity. Therefore, the health care tea has unique health care effect.
At present, artificial cultivation and greenhouse cultivation are mostly adopted for the cultivation of Morchella. However, due to factors such as soil temperature, humidity, improper field management and the like, the yield of Morchella is low, a large amount of pesticides and chemical fertilizers are used for artificial cultivation, and the problems of high chemical residue of Morchella pesticides, low nutritive value and the like exist.
