本发明提供了一种醋酸天丝织物，包括醋酸纤维和天丝纤维，醋酸纤维的外缘分布有多个天丝纤维和竹纤维，组成醋酸天丝竹混纺纤维，且天丝纤维与竹纤维之间的比例为2:1，由若干醋酸天丝竹混纺纤维相互缠绕组成醋酸纤维复合织物，此醋酸天丝织物结合了醋酸纤维、天丝纤维和竹纤维的各种优良特性，将醋酸纤维进行缠绕包裹，竹纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性，能够保证染色后的效果，整体置物呈现井状结构，保证整体的结构强度，且能够保证整体的透气性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域，尤其涉及一种醋酸天丝织物。
背景技术
醋酸纤维不仅具有色彩丰富、触感舒适、光泽柔和、悬垂性优良等类似真丝特点的性能，还具有合成纤维平滑、防霉排汗的特性。天丝纤维具有吸湿、透气、强度高等性能。为了获得同时具有较高的撕破强力、尺寸稳定性、光泽度、丝绸般柔滑的手感和悬垂性的织物，有生产型企业将醋酸纤维和天丝纤维混纺或交织后织成织。
现有的醋酸天丝织物在生产完成后，虽然可同时发挥二者的优点，但是两者结合过后，其表面进行染色加工时，由于醋酸纤维染色较为困难，天丝纤维容易染色，导致染色过后效果不佳。
因此，有必要提供一种醋酸天丝织物解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种醋酸天丝织物，包括醋酸纤维和天丝纤维，醋酸纤维的外缘分布有多个天丝纤维和竹纤维，组成醋酸天丝竹混纺纤维，且天丝纤维与竹纤维之间的比例为2:1，由若干醋酸天丝竹混纺纤维相互缠绕组成醋酸纤维复合织物。
优选的，醋酸天丝竹混纺纤维至少设置有3根。
优选的，多个醋酸天丝柱混纺纤维之间相互缠绕呈现井型结构。
优选的，天丝限位至少设置4根。
优选的，竹纤维内嵌有棉纤维。

本发明相较于现有技术，结合了醋酸纤维、天丝纤维和竹纤维的各种优良特性，将醋酸纤维进行缠绕包裹，竹纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性，能够保证染色后的效果，整体置物呈现井状结构，保证整体的结构强度，且能够保证整体的透气性。

请参阅图1至图3，本发明涉及一种醋酸天丝织物，包括醋酸纤维1和天丝纤维2，醋酸纤维1的外缘分布有多个天丝纤维2和竹纤维3，组成醋酸天丝竹混纺纤维4，且天丝纤维2与竹纤维3之间的比例为2:1，由若干醋酸天丝竹混纺纤维4相互缠绕组成醋酸纤维1复合织物。
醋酸天丝竹混纺纤维4至少设置有3根。
多个醋酸天丝柱混纺纤维之间相互缠绕呈现井型结构。
天丝限位至少设置4根。
竹纤维3内嵌有棉纤维5，能够对染料有很好的亲和力，保证整体染色效果。
需要说明的是，整体结合了醋酸纤维1、天丝纤维2和竹纤维3的各种优良特性，将醋酸纤维1进行缠绕包裹，竹纤维3具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性，能够保证染色后的效果，整体置物呈现井状结构，保证整体的结构强度，且能够保证整体的透气性。
