referring to fig. 9, the control system further includes a monitoring module, where the monitoring module includes a detection unit and an alarm unit, the detection unit is electrically connected with the hydrogen fluoride detection sensor 12 through a control processor, an alarm (specific connection structure and working principle are well known to the skilled person and are not described in detail herein) electrically connected with the alarm unit is further installed outside the rotating base 3, the detection unit turns on the hydrogen fluoride detection sensor 12 under the condition of no filling, when leakage occurs, the hydrogen fluoride detection sensor 12 detects a hydrogen fluoride component and triggers the alarm unit, and the alarm unit triggers the alarm to alarm, thereby timely reminding the worker to perform danger elimination.
The working principle of the filling joint is as follows: after the filling is finished, the moving module drives the mounting seat 2 to move through the control processor, the mounting seat 2 firstly moves downwards and then moves to the position right below the filling joint body 1, finally moves upwards to enable the outer cleaning ring 4 and the inner cleaning ring 5 to clamp a pipeline of the filling joint body 1, then the flushing unit firstly starts the miniature electric push rod 9 through the control processor to enable the sealing head 10 to ascend so as to open an opening of the annular reflux groove 303, then opens the electromagnetic valve on the liquid spraying head 401 to enable the cleaning agent to be sprayed on the inner wall and the outer wall of the pipeline for a certain time, and after the cleaning agent is sprayed on the pipeline wall, the wiping unit starts the electromagnetic valve on the air bag 402 through the control processor to enable the air bag 402 to expand so as to enable the cleaning scraping plate 6 to prop up on the pipeline wall, then starts the servo motor to enable the cleaning scraping plate 6 to rotate, and the cleaning agent on the pipeline wall and hydrogen fluoride residues are scraped off together in the process of the rotation of the cleaning scraping plate 6, so that the self cleaning of the filling joint body 1 is realized.
